“I recently purchased a Tower Dual basket air fryer but have misplaced the instruction manual. I was unable to find one online, I sent an email to customer services and had a very prompt reply from Sam, a team manager with a pdf copy of the manual attached. Fantastic customer service. Many thanks”

“Trays were fine BUT they wasn’t the same size as the original tray that was with the air fryer when purchased so they don’t fit the sides properly - they’re smaller - I have to use the metal mesh shelves and put tray on top!”
