“It hasn’t arrived, the delivery confirmation had a blurred picture of nothing in it, and I am getting no response from tower customer services. Overall very unimpressed.”

“I bought this for New Year's Day as I had to cook a large joint of beef for fourteen family members and when turning on the light didn't come on so quickly put it in the oven and had dinner later, only to find out the cooker had started to heat up.I haven't complained as have used it again knowing it's only the light and the rest works perfectly, and it's only me that will use it”

“I bought a Tower slow cooker approx 40 years ago. I loved it. (It still works but the ceramic inside is now tarnished.) I replaced it with another make which went wrong very quickly and food burned. I therefore decided I must have another Tower. I was unable to find one in stock in any shops so bought my Cavaletto T16043BLK on line. It is brilliant. It is so controllable. It looks good and is a good size. Food cooks beautifully. I am very pleased.”

“The food only cooks on the top. If you fill it you are shaking and moving food a lot. Fine for one single layer of food. Youd be better off going smaller. Its a heating ring with a fan.”

“We own a Tower 4ltr Pressure Cooker. Recently I had to contact Tower customer services, regarding the purchase of a new sealing ring. Tower's website showed " Not in Stock" and had so for a few months. After a number of phone calls to Tower I was connected to a customer assistant called Lucy. Through this lady's help we were able to find the said Sealing Ring were in stock. I placed an order and paid for on the 15th Dec 23. That order finally arrived lunchtime today 2 Jan 24. If it had not been for Lucy persistence and keeping us informed, we would still be with a new sealing ring. Our Heart felt Thanks Lucy.”

“Two drawer air fryer: I cooked a complete Christmas Dinner for 4 people with the assistance of my buffet server in 3 hours. Everything cooked to perfection , minimal washing up. Go for it highly recommended”

“I needed a pan, for stews/soups and this pan is perfect. I've used it and I'm very impressed with the quality. Made of stainless steel, it does not stick and was easy to clean. I bought the 24cm pan and for the quality and price it cannot be beaten. An excellent service all round, the service is brilliant, my item was shipped out quickly and I received email notifications from beginning to end. A very happy customer.”

“This is my first air fryer. I chose the white one as it does not over power as a black one! I plan to do more cooking from the cook book I received at Christmas. It is easy to use and easy to clean.”
