“I've emailed customer service about my parcel being returned to them as they didn't put a house number on my parcle, so evri sent it back. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my items and I've just moved house and still don't have them.”

“I found the website very slow to place my order and failed to recognise the item a Vortx 6ltr air fryer. It still will not allow me to register my airfryer as it doesn't recognise the model number or serial no. I wrote to customer service over 2weeks ago regarding this and no one has contacted me.”

“First, its a beautiful pot. Second, it very light to carry. Third,easy to wash. Fouth, doesnt stick. Overall, very good pot, wish it has like 32 cm and 7litres.”

“Tower T17024. Be careful to register for the three year guarantee. My parents air fryer failed just outside of the 1 year guarantee and they hadn’t registered the three year guarantee as they’re not online. Now it’s Landfill ……”
