After purchasing a towe waffle make a was very pleased with results, I thought I'd give there air fryer a go, read instructions a few times did a trail run, noticed only the top level got hot, had to keep rotating the shelves to get everything cooked which seemed to take a lot longer than my oven, after the cycle had finished and food was cooked, half the food was cold, thought I was doing something wrong, checked reviews and a few had same problems as me, will be returning after xmas

Work's well. I find it takes a bit of getting used to, but perhaps that's just me. Not used the Rotisserie yet.

Bought a 4 slice toaster, plugged it in for the first time & found it was faulty. Reported it to Tower immediately but I’m still trying to arrange an exchange, Tower are asking for proof of my extended warranty! And now I maintain the appliance! Im afraid they have not been very helpful to date.

Good, clean design, very good display and touch- control. A smarter device than I expected. No plastic packaging, all wood pulp/card. Small niggle (not important when used to it)- need to take the weight off the pan when inserting, or it jams.

The unit arrived well packed. We got it out of the box and started to read the instructions. The instructions are good as far as programmed buttons but there is no instructions that you can follow if you wish to heat any products that are not listed on the instructions to advise how to heat these types of food. It would be better if you had the instructions better made in proper english to follow on from the way to start a heating a item not listed as pre programmed food. Otherwise we did get a method to work but it was a hit or a miss. You definitely need to upgrade the instructions.

Bought a dual air fryer in October 2022 from B&M. I registered the warranty and received confirmation it was for the extended 3 years. Sadly in November this year one fan failed and I needed to contact Tower, that’s where it all went wrong. I was asked to produce a till receipt, which I could not (B&M don’t always give them and have confirmed they can’t produce a duplicate more then 22 months old) Despite several emails and speaking to who was quite frankly a very rude customer service person, Tower were not going to back down and honour the warranty . I can prove I bought one item at B&M on the day and paid £99 for it. This it seems is not good enough. Reality is that if you want quality, pay for it and not buy a cheap alternative that is likely to break down and then the company twist their way out of responsibility, despite them confirming I had a 3 year warranty. If it is so important why do they not insist on a receipt at the point of registering. I suspect this is because they assume people don’t keep receipts.

As part of our warranty we do request you retain your proof of purchase - this was confirmed to you when you registered your warranty as well as being shown within your products Instruction Manual. Sadly a copy of a transaction from a bank statement is not proof of purchase. It was also disappointing that you feel a reputable organisation such as Tower is attempting to twist our way out of honouring a warranty enquiry. I have arranged for one of my Leadership team to contact you to discuss your enquiry further. I have a smaller air fryer but decided to get a twin drawer one. The Tower was difficult to use, setting the temperature but having spoken to Tower, I found that the instructions in the booklet omitted one instruction. After asking, I found it very easy to use. I've cooked roast potatoes and they were perfect. My smaller air fryer is now kept as a reserve in case I need a third drawer.

The idea is good but needs to be developed. At the moment it's to clumsy to get in and out. Have practiced many times to get used to it but no good. Probably won't use it again. Hope this honest feedback helps. Yours honestly. A N RIOZZI

We paid for next day delivery and our products took 4 days to arrive, not a huge issue but don't charge for next day and not deliver, pot was fine but frying pan is garbage, everything sticks to it so it is not antistivk as advertised, thrown in bin after 3 days

I bought a Toshiba microwave combi air fryer last week and was so disappointed with it. Try as I might I could not work out how to use it. The instructions are useless and I lost confidence completely. I did go back to the supplier who showed me the sequence of buttons to press but still I couldn’t get it. To the rescue came my daughter and grandson who showed me their 5 in 1 model T17038. I couldn’t believe how easy it was to use. I asked them to order one the same for me. It arrived yesterday and tonight I made my first meal. It is so easy just set time and temperature and go. You don’t need a degree in technology. It was half the price of the Toshiba and I love it.
