“I have used once and have found it very easy to use. Made lovely leek and potatoe soup which turned out delicious. Very pleased so far with this product. It is great that you can see the ingredients cooking.”

“Delivery came 1 day to late when I paid fir next day postage- had no reply from tower asking for refund of postsge . Microwave is not that good - the timer knob is a waste of time and doesn’t give a true timing. Anything under 2 minutes is about 1min 20 . It’s now in the loft and Ive bought a morph Richards .”

“Had to contact customer services to order replacement timer dial for AirFryer. My experience dealing with their advisors was 100% positive. Polite, helpful and efficient. Wait times when contacting by phone minimal, replies to emails prompt. A great company to deal with and airfryer a very good product.”

“I have not received it they said next morning delivery it did not come! I tried to rearrange but could not get through!they tried 3 times but I was qt 2ork I have requested my money back last week! But herd nothing! Tried to get again in contact but can't get through”

“Very basic & perfect for a 93 year old to use, warms tinned soup up well,thank you. We paid Tower for next day delivery which unhappily we did not receive. Its wrong to charge for a service that you can not fulfil.”

“I have the dual basket T17088 air fryer and I think it is a brilliant piece of equipment for your kitchen. I give it 4 stars only because there is not a good set of instructions, but after watching a YouTube video I now understand how to use it properly. Now looking forward to using it for most of my cooking.”
