“My air fryer, which I adored, broke. As it was quite new I contacted Tower. A wonderful person, Azmina, took me through a step by step process to get my air fryer replaced. A very easy and pleasant interaction.”

“Very helpful person called Sam organised the online registration of my warranty for a Tower Empire kettle (great kettle, by the way) after I had made a silly mistake with the serial number.”

“Contacted Tower via fbook, was looking to replace a filter for my kettle, nothing was to much trouble even when i offered to pay for my replacement, 1 on the way, absolutely fantastic customer service, will continue to purchase from Tower. Thanks once again 👍👍👍🗼🗼🗼”

“Our kettle developed problems after 18 months so I contacted Tower for help under the 3 yr warranty. We provided the evidence they requested and we have been offered a replacement product. The assistant online was very helpful and prompt in her communications.”

“We love our tower air frier and use it on a daily basis. I bought it over a year ago, and to say it gets a lot of use is an understatement. Last week the timer button broke and we were really upset about it. I mailed Tower and got an immediate response. My button is in the mail as we speak. Amazing support, Amazing communication, Amazing service That's triple-A from me”

“The handle has come off one of my saucepans and I've only had it for 50 years - (one of a set of three given for a wedding present in Oct 1970). The other two are still going strong!”

“i have two tower air fryers. used for seperate cooking. they are so much easier and faster than a conventional oven, and the benefits are there. i love my fryers and recently had to contact tower for a replacement part. they were very helpful and to my surprise didnt charge me for the part. their customer service is excellent. and for me, i really would recommend them thanks tower for all your help”

“Was devastated when my Tower T17021 air fryer let me down as it has been fabulous from day one. So much so I have repeated it several times now as presents. However after getting directly in touch with customer services, it has been replaced without hesitation. Many thanks Tower and In particular Sam. Happy customer E.Ted”
