“I forgot to enter a discount code before payment so emailed Tower to see if it could be added in retrospect. They replied very fast and sent a refund for the missed discount! Very impressed with the ease and helpfulness of the customer service department”

“I emailed the company to see if they sold replacement rubber feet for my grill plate as one has split. They replied quickly and were able to find what I needed and shipped it out to me. I’m now just waiting on it arriving.”

“My air fryer, which I adored, broke. As it was quite new I contacted Tower. A wonderful person, Azmina, took me through a step by step process to get my air fryer replaced. A very easy and pleasant interaction.”
