“I am quite disappointed with my tower hotplate. It is a great product, but a week after the manufacturer's warranty expired (1 year) it just stopped working. Unfortunately I did not know i could've registered for an extended warranty.”

“I have the rose gold pans. I am a qualified chef and the pans are incredible. I cook minimum of twice daily and they are like no others I’ve ever tried 100% non stick and so easy to clean even burnt on stains come off instantly highly reccomend !!”

“I have had a range of tower products over the years, pots, pans, slow cookers, etc and have recently purchased the Shadow collection 4.3 litre air fryer, it is superb. From making toast to cooking chicken, steak, etc I could not fault it. It is quick, easy to use and easy to clean. Excellent product and made in Britain”

“Best pots set ive purchased. Had the 3 piece pots, set for a month and it has been great. Nothing sticks to it and washes great in dishwasher. My last set woukd slip on my gas hob, tower set does not do this.”

“The product is very good and we are happy with, but disappointed with with the marketing of FREE EXTENDED GUARANTEE. That is what it says in big bolt letters on the sales paperwork inside the box. Then you come to the website first it says a 50% discount then a 35% discount on your extended guarantee. Not happy”

“Ok so ordered a nice new waste bin, due to arrive the 13th May 2020 but arrived today Saturday 9th May, if that is Hermes under a "huge" strain for deliveries then well done Hermes thank you, Now trying to register the product filled in all the details send it off immediately "Server Error (500)" great start........”
