“I bought a Tower 2 slice toaster (Model No. T20014R) at T J Hughes in Maidstone on 15.1.2020. I bought this model because the slots are wide enough and deep enough so that you can put a normal slice of bread in it and it doesn't stick out the top of the slot. Therefore, the whole slice of bread gets toasted. The slots in all the other toasters I looked at weren't wide enough or deep enough to do that. Well done to the designers of that toaster. Malcolm”

“I had enough of been ignored by your customer service. I purchased your product . I pay for it and now you telling me is faulty but no one wants to deal with it. Been chasing this problem for two months but no one wants to help. Why dont you check your products before you start selling them!!!”
