“Poor quality no warranty”

“Don't be fooled by tower telling you to leave review and you get 50% discount. Yes you get the code but when you enter it you will get msg saying it's expired. There customer service obviously are not bothered by this as 2 emails sent and no reply back so looks like they only want to sell there products and no after care or support.”

“Not had the 7 piece ceramic pans long but so far very disappointed. I have an induction hob and three of them (two saucepans and one frying pan only work on my smallest ring. Which is no good to me as I live on my own and will seldom use the large ones. Also on receiving them I had to tighten ALL the lid handles and they work loose very quickly. I have disposed of the packaging but I would like to return them”

“My pans cracked after one use of them, rubbish. I wouldn't use them to beat a burglar over the head. Very dissatisfied & disappointed.”

“I bought the 7 piece set of the tower pans less than 2 years ago thinking that because they have a 10 year guarantee they are durable and reliable. I WAS VERY WRONG!! I haven't cooked pancakes for my children for a long time. The 'pancake' pan is still new, but sticky and unusable! The other pots are worn off and none of them are non-stick!! Yhe screws of 2 lids are also rusty. Why do you sell substandard products and pass them off as superior? I wasted money on the 7 piece Tower set!! I want my money back, or give me the genuine pans that would last 10years! I still receive emails from yourselves marketing your products. Are the rest of your products genuine? I feel that it's only fair that people should be warned that they're fake. I am waiting for your response.”

“these wer purchased via a friend from Ideal World TV at the tird time of using sausages stuck to the pan and after 10 minutes of scrubbing I am left with Discoloured pans which don't work as they are supposed to”

“I bought a ceramic coated frying pan last Christmas from Ideal World, it looked brilliant on the demo but sorry to say it is not non-stick you can not fry an egg without it sticks fish forget it more sticks to the pan than you put on the plate even with oil or butter would not recommend this product from Tower. D.W. Runcorn”

“We bought 2 ceramic (charcoal) pans in August, the larger has developed some surface damage which now means it sticks badly and today the handle fell off and cannot be reassembled or tightened. Really poor build quality. Will be taking these back to the retailer unless Tower have the presence of mind to replace!”

“I bought the three frying pans and set of saucepans, From Ideal world last November. I have to say these pans have not worn at all well. The ceramic part has never worked, you do need to use some fat in the pan. They are no longer non stick and have discoloured badly. The handles also keep coming loose and have to be tightened up all the time. I have always in the past bought Tower products. This experience has definitely ruined the Tower name for me as a brand.”

“Like many of the other reviews I also purchased the ceramic pan set and the Infinistone saucepan and Double pan sets from Idealworld in April 2015 in Sand and have had problems with the discolouration to the coating on the pans and handles after using a few times and it will not come off, very disappointed indeed also my daughter had the same problem. we both have had replacements but the same problem has happened, I called Idealworld several times asking if they would exchange for the Black sets but they said they no longer stock them so gave me the phone number for Tower which I rang twice but got cut off so now Idealworld has asked me to pack them all up and send them back for inspection which to say the least is very inconvenient and has really put me off buying the TOWER BRAND again.”

“I purchased a set of Cerasafe utensils, at first use the spoon discoloured they admit it was faulty. Tower were unable to replace a single spoon but I did get a refund from gropupon who supplied the items. In trying to purchase a new set from Tower I was told I could use a 20% discount voucher after 4 attempts to do so on line I phoned tower, after 5 attempts to be told the voucher was not valid, they charge 9p a minute to call and the customer service is abysmal. Asked to speak to a manager and told a manager could not help.”

“your pans are not British they are made and owed by NIGERIAN Aluminium PLC and are no way British and your costumers should be told the truth and not passed off has British”

“Bought two Tower Ceramic Colour Changing Frying Pans from The Factory Shop in July 2015. Within the first few uses the smaller one was getting harder to clean and now is stained and impossible to use. The bigger is slightly better but it hasn't been used as much. The handle on the small one is also working loose. Would definitely not recommend ceramic pans and am very disappointed with Tower. We cannot understand how they can demonstrate the pans on Ideal World and burn plastic, egg, milk etc to destruction and just wipe it clean. Have they put some coating on prior to the programme that we don't know about.”

“Bought a set of ceramic frying pans buy 2 get 2 free from Ideal World in Mid July. After using the large pan only twice the ceramic coating became stained brown and everything sticks. I was so disappointed I asked for a refund but as it was over 14 days from purchase this was refused. Ideal World did however replace the pan . I am now left with 5 pans which are useless . Would never buy again”

“We bought the pan set a couple of months ago for a present. 8th July 2015 for £69.99 from idea world , the pans are starting to discolour badly only been used a couple of times, It has took two weeks for idea world to come and pick them up and we are still waiting for them to pick them up. I got my self the the steel handles pan set they are fantastic. Do you still have these for sale ?”

“We bought a 7 pieces tower pan set off Ideal Home 8 months ago, it has to be one of the worse sets we have ever bought they stick and they burn, handles go looses on them, they also discolored within a few uses”

“I bought a ceramic frying about a month ago. Its the one that changes colour when hot or cold. I done every thing by the book as you dont use oil with it. Its the worst pan i have ever had even tried oil to see would that help but to no avail every thing sticks to it. . i lost receipt for it so cant take it back to the shop. Does anyone have the same problem. Very dissapointed. Joy”
