I was very disappointed with this appliance I have cooked chips in a tefal air fryer for some time always with a good result but the ones I cooked in this fryer were awful. although your product is more versatile and you can cook more in it I needed to replace the chip option. I am awaiting a label to return to the supplier I purchased from via amazon but to date they havent bothered to send it. So all in all a bad purchase.

Very poor Customer Service. They have no knowledge of how to use the machine. The leaflet that comes with it lists health & safety pointers, how to dispose of the cooker & how to navigate the buttons, but that is all. Could benefit from some sort of recipe guide. These were the questions that I asked:- Is rice cooked in the main bowl or basket, is it to be steamed or cooked in water? Optimum amount of water for steaming? Ingredients for yoghurt? Frying – is it for shallow fry or deep fry – how much oil or fat? The small leaflet that came with the Multi Cooker also advertised that cakes could also be cooked in it, not giving details as to which cooking mode, if the mixture went in the main container or if it was to be put in a baking tin. Can you recommend a useful book please? Cooker may turn out to be good if more information is supplied by the company. They tell me that the booklet will be updated. Was at first very excited by my purchase but now feel very let down!!

Would have given it NO stars at all, as it has already broke. Used maybe 5 times. Even took out the 3 year extended warranty, it would have been nice to get past 3 weeks. Rotary switch feels faulty to me, certainly not the same as first use. Cant believe this is a one off. It seemed a good purchase as Morrisons had reduced the price by £20 but £30 for 5 smoothies is a bit much.

Cost me a fortune all the electrics blew when used for first time, electrician said there was a fault with the machine, took it back for a refund

Sorry but the fryer went back to shop next day. It was too cumbersome, and the book detailing usage was useless. I cook every day but did not want to even try it.

Fills the kitchen with steam, 'spits' all over the worktop & when I sent a query in via the website no-one has answered me. Poor service on all counts, a very disappointing Christmas present.

I am most disappointed with this item, which was a Christmas present. I believe it is faulty and, despite three emails to your customer service department, I have not received the courtesy of a reply. I am afraid to use the pressure cooker now, as the mechanism that is supposed to indicate when pressure has even reached doesn't seem to work, so I am fearful of an explosion!!I have asked for a replacement, under the 10 year warranty, but no reply to that request either I would not recommend this product - it has been a waste of money.

Dreadful set of pans waste of good money everything sticks to them handles loose water trapped between lid and handle

Have returned the skillet to the shop as tried to use it twice and both times it burnt immediately on the bottom on a setting of 3. Black bits in the food. Very difficult to remove the debris as no plastic scourer etc to be used. Gave up after second soaking in hot soapy water

Very disappointed as no booklet to tell me how to use the pressure cooker, contacted customer service by email over 10 days ago and still no reply so have not used it

The instruction book is the worst I have ever had The cooking of chips is awful The design is dreadful I would say in cooking terms this is one of the worst products I have purchased

Vegetables take as long to cook as in a normal saucepan. No instructions provided, no indication of the PSI level. contacted tower to ask the PSI level and they have not got back to us. Was going to return but as we would have to pay return postage didn't bother as seller could possibly take the decision not to refund due to "used" condition, pan is in pristine condition, will remain so as will not use!!

im sorry i cant leave a review yet as i havent been able to use my preasure cooker yet as i am still waiting for you to send me a trivit as there wasnt one in the box when i bought it , i phoned you up and you said you would put one in the post for me im still waiting ,when i get it i will write a review ,plus there was nothing to say how much water i have to put in to cook with

I had to return it to morrisons as the seal came away I did not get a replacement as other people had also had the same problem the container leaked and the base started smoking Im sorry but I am pretty disgusted with it as I always thought Tower was a good make but Im not impressed

I haven't even received the roasting pan and rack yet... so I can't really review it! Do you have any idea when it might arrive... I rather wanted it in time for Christmas!!

COPY OF MY EMAIL SENT TO CUSTOMER SEWRVICES TODAY: Dear Sirs - I am very disappointed with the quality of the 5 piece ceramic pan set I purchased from Ideal World for £59.98 (+£5.99 P&P) in June this year. I currently have the following concerns: Some of the lids are showing signs of rusting inside the glass Some of the pan handles are working loose. These pans were demonstrated by Ideal World as having sturdy handles that were rivitted to the pan and they couldn't work loose. They also stated this made them superior to pans where the handle is screwed onto the pan as these could work loose. There was no mention that the Tower pans also had a screw attachment fixing the handle to a riveted sub-section The small pan has some uneven poor quality 'rivets' in the base Even though no metal utensils have been used, 2 small areas of part of the ceramic surface of one pan has already come off The paint on the underside of the pans which is in contact with the heat from the gas hob has already come off which means they look like I've had them for 10 years already. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of these pans and welcome your comments and suggestions as to how you will resolve my complaints. Yours faithfully, Wayne Cooper
