The instruction book is the worst I have ever had The cooking of chips is awful The design is dreadful I would say in cooking terms this is one of the worst products I have purchased

Vegetables take as long to cook as in a normal saucepan. No instructions provided, no indication of the PSI level. contacted tower to ask the PSI level and they have not got back to us. Was going to return but as we would have to pay return postage didn't bother as seller could possibly take the decision not to refund due to "used" condition, pan is in pristine condition, will remain so as will not use!!

Unfortunately, 2 weeks after purchase the machine blew up and so we returned to Debenhams.

im sorry i cant leave a review yet as i havent been able to use my preasure cooker yet as i am still waiting for you to send me a trivit as there wasnt one in the box when i bought it , i phoned you up and you said you would put one in the post for me im still waiting ,when i get it i will write a review ,plus there was nothing to say how much water i have to put in to cook with

I had to return it to morrisons as the seal came away I did not get a replacement as other people had also had the same problem the container leaked and the base started smoking Im sorry but I am pretty disgusted with it as I always thought Tower was a good make but Im not impressed

I haven't even received the roasting pan and rack yet... so I can't really review it! Do you have any idea when it might arrive... I rather wanted it in time for Christmas!!

COPY OF MY EMAIL SENT TO CUSTOMER SEWRVICES TODAY: Dear Sirs - I am very disappointed with the quality of the 5 piece ceramic pan set I purchased from Ideal World for £59.98 (+£5.99 P&P) in June this year. I currently have the following concerns: Some of the lids are showing signs of rusting inside the glass Some of the pan handles are working loose. These pans were demonstrated by Ideal World as having sturdy handles that were rivitted to the pan and they couldn't work loose. They also stated this made them superior to pans where the handle is screwed onto the pan as these could work loose. There was no mention that the Tower pans also had a screw attachment fixing the handle to a riveted sub-section The small pan has some uneven poor quality 'rivets' in the base Even though no metal utensils have been used, 2 small areas of part of the ceramic surface of one pan has already come off The paint on the underside of the pans which is in contact with the heat from the gas hob has already come off which means they look like I've had them for 10 years already. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of these pans and welcome your comments and suggestions as to how you will resolve my complaints. Yours faithfully, Wayne Cooper

I did not get an email to let me know my saute pan was guarantee d for 3 years and then you ask me to review I actually bought 2 one for my son and I have not got a reply

i have given a very poor rating and that is not for the kettle i have no idea what the kettle is like because i have been waiting for 10 days and it has never turned up i have sent and email and had no reply so i phoned customer services customer services have no record of my order even though i have a confirmation email saying paid for on pay pal i am now waiting for a call back to see what has happened to my purchase so the rating is for the service not the product

aften been given a tower seven piece pan set has a present i was very dissapointed after only three weeks it started to go rusty around the rim of the lid and around the serew on the lid i was rearly pleased when i received it because it looked lovely in my kitchen and being tower a well knowed brand i expected it to last for life

Reading the review's, the pan lids do rust, my advise is give them a wipe as you will never get the water out as this just stay's between the seal. Not at all impressed.

Tower cancelled my order in black Friday sale and refunded my money. No option to wait or replacement product. I contacted them and still no response. They keep sending reviews emails so I fill them in. Good products bad after sales

bought saucepan set after 3 weeks all screw and bolts rusted you would think that stainless steel bolt/ screws would have been used, will not be buying tower ever again!

I bought two ceramic frying pans the handles keep coming lose ,and if you don't clean the inside emediatly they stick like mad and are extremely hard to clean the outside colour was sage and this discolours very quickly and can't be cleaned ,the base has to be cleaned every time with a brill pad ,I emailed Tower about these points and they weren't interested told me to get in touch with with Ideal world which is a shopping Chanel ,I was told by them that you only have a certain number of days to get a refund these where supposedly with a ten year guarantee should have Stuck to PRESTIGE please don't send me any discount vouchers because I will never buy any of there products again.

Sold me an item they didn't have. Refunded money but at 60% off was a great deal now have to pay full price off which I will or use them again. A simple sorry sold out but will send the order when we have it back I'm stock would have been good service not crap. This review is because they asked me to give one on same day as they cancelled order, bad timing
