Absolute gubbins. Recieved this as a work gif and on first use the blender had thick black smoke coming out of it. A quick look at Amazon shows many other customers having the same experience. This is down to the motor grinding against the poorly made rubber contacts which is a clear design flaw. I spoke to Tower and despite the warrenty they told me I would need to speak to my employer. Avoid at all costs.

very poor first one I received the lettering came off even though only used a paper towel and nothing else, second one decided to overheat and cook too fast even though temperature and time were set correctly , I have been using halogen ovens for over 5 years now and have found a couple of manufacturers who make this item that they are faulty in some way or another....sorry for negative comments

Bought this product and was rubbish. Everything stuck to the pan. While cooking the pan turned a dull yellow colour. Got money back bought another cheap brand non stick pan and does the job amazing

Very disappointed - I consider it to have been a waste of money, dread to think what my wife will say when she is back from holiday.The surface is really 'none stick' but the cooking surface of the pan is 'domed' so that all the cooking fat/oil collects 'ditch like' around the edge of the pan leaving the central cooking area dry resulting in the food 'burning' and there is no transfer of taste from the cooking fat/oil to the food. The inner surface was definitely 'grey' when the pan was brand new but after the first use in parts only about 2cm around the rim is grey most of the surface is a dull white and only brightens a little on heating. Conclusion - Good idea pity it doesn't work !

Sent a number of emails about a faulty soup maker costing £100 asking for it to be fixed as it was a present from my late mother and is still under warranty but never had any reply from customer service.For a company with 100 years service this is unacceptable and rude.

Very disappointed with the pressure cooker / smoker .Booklet no use at all.Online info.applies to a USA model and requires you to order ingredients from there.Wish I had not purchased this. If I. had not registered the guarantee I would return it.

sad as it sounds I looked around for ages for a decent frying pan and decided on the Tower, I've had it for 2 weeks and already the handle is very wobbly! It doesn't sit safely on my gas hob so wouldn't recommend for anyone with gas hob as it feels unsafe. I'm going to return it really disappointed and although I may be unlucky with the faulty handle it isn't as I say suitable for gas hobs.

Good Afternoon Anne, We are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your pan. We do make the handles removable as they have a 10 year guarantee and handles can get damaged in this time.As such, they can be loose sometimes but are easily tightened. With regards to the pan being gas hob compatible, they are all gas hob safe, however, we can never guarantee that they will be appropriate for every hob design as they vary considerably. I was very disappointed with this appliance I have cooked chips in a tefal air fryer for some time always with a good result but the ones I cooked in this fryer were awful. although your product is more versatile and you can cook more in it I needed to replace the chip option. I am awaiting a label to return to the supplier I purchased from via amazon but to date they havent bothered to send it. So all in all a bad purchase.

Very poor Customer Service. They have no knowledge of how to use the machine. The leaflet that comes with it lists health & safety pointers, how to dispose of the cooker & how to navigate the buttons, but that is all. Could benefit from some sort of recipe guide. These were the questions that I asked:- Is rice cooked in the main bowl or basket, is it to be steamed or cooked in water? Optimum amount of water for steaming? Ingredients for yoghurt? Frying – is it for shallow fry or deep fry – how much oil or fat? The small leaflet that came with the Multi Cooker also advertised that cakes could also be cooked in it, not giving details as to which cooking mode, if the mixture went in the main container or if it was to be put in a baking tin. Can you recommend a useful book please? Cooker may turn out to be good if more information is supplied by the company. They tell me that the booklet will be updated. Was at first very excited by my purchase but now feel very let down!!

Would have given it NO stars at all, as it has already broke. Used maybe 5 times. Even took out the 3 year extended warranty, it would have been nice to get past 3 weeks. Rotary switch feels faulty to me, certainly not the same as first use. Cant believe this is a one off. It seemed a good purchase as Morrisons had reduced the price by £20 but £30 for 5 smoothies is a bit much.

Cost me a fortune all the electrics blew when used for first time, electrician said there was a fault with the machine, took it back for a refund

Sorry but the fryer went back to shop next day. It was too cumbersome, and the book detailing usage was useless. I cook every day but did not want to even try it.

Fills the kitchen with steam, 'spits' all over the worktop & when I sent a query in via the website no-one has answered me. Poor service on all counts, a very disappointing Christmas present.

I am most disappointed with this item, which was a Christmas present. I believe it is faulty and, despite three emails to your customer service department, I have not received the courtesy of a reply. I am afraid to use the pressure cooker now, as the mechanism that is supposed to indicate when pressure has even reached doesn't seem to work, so I am fearful of an explosion!!I have asked for a replacement, under the 10 year warranty, but no reply to that request either I would not recommend this product - it has been a waste of money.

Have returned the skillet to the shop as tried to use it twice and both times it burnt immediately on the bottom on a setting of 3. Black bits in the food. Very difficult to remove the debris as no plastic scourer etc to be used. Gave up after second soaking in hot soapy water
