After only 10 weeks approx 20 uses of the Tower Colour Changing Ceramic Frying Pan food started sticking to the pan and the handle became loose. Notified Tower who told me to take it back to shop unfortunately shop 130 miles round trip as I explained to them. Thought they would be interested in seeing the faulty pan but apparently not. An expensive item for only 10 weeks use.

Hi - Bought a set of ceramic pans from Ideal World TV in late December 2014. These are sold on the basis that they are far superior to usual non stick pans, sadly they are not. The saucepans appear to be okay at the moment however, the 2 large frying pans are now useless and virtually everything sticks to them. We have used silicone or wooden utensils in them and avoided, as instructed, putting them in the dishwasher. I have no doubt that the small frying pan and eventually the saucepans will go the same way. We have now had to buy two new traditional 'Non Stick' pans, we have had better longevity out of these in comparison. Sadly these ceramic pans have gone from what we thought was a great buy to the worst we have had. Our old faithful stainless steel pans which we have had for nearly 16 years are still as good as new and our best buy. I have sent an email about these to Tower, lets see what happens.

We are extremely impressed with our recent purchase of the Tower Airwave low fat fryer . On opening the package ,the thing you notice first is the classy black ,compact design, which makes the price a pleasant surprise ,compared with other similar products . We have owned two halogen ovens previously , both from reputable manufacturers but neither of them compare in speed and performance to the Tower air fryer .We would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quick, clean ,low fat method of cooking .

Bought ceramic frypans from Ideal World - says ok for induction on description and on bottom of pan, but will not work on my induction plate. The bottom is not magnetic which is required for use with induction. Needless to say have been sent back.

I got tower pans from ideal world and no wonder they are guaranteed for life, because they are crap, the only good thing I can say about Tower None Stick Pans is Thankyou I ruin everything I've put in your frying pans so will turn veggie so at least I will be able to eat

I sent message about my pans I bought from Ideal world and still waiting reply .i am not happy as the lids are rusty inside glass and one pan showing chipping inside . These are ceramic pans with ten year warranty and I would like these replaced or my money back Margaret Duncan

Recently purchased a seven piece ceramic pan set from ideal world ...very disappointed with this product from opening the box to find one pan scratched .contacted ideal world immediately.. But no reply from them meant we had gone past the return date . upon using these pans the eggs slide to the edge and stick .have wasted a lot of eggs trying to get one decent fried egg ..only used silicone or wooden kitchen tools in these pans and never cooked on high heat yet food still sticks ..scrambled egg in a saucepan .you would think easy with these pans think again . great for cooking peas in but that's about it.

Bought your 5 ltr pressure cooker on Ideal World never again the booklet that came with it was rubbish no recipes hardly any instructions on how to use the cooker very disappointed with such a large company ellenmcavoy98@gmail.com

Terrible poorly made cheap product, Shoppers do not waste you money. Motor burned out after I used for 2 weeks. Thankfully I got my refund as I had bought product through a reputable company.

I bought the vita blend blender model T12002 in January of this year (2015) and have had issues with the seals on the blender blades. During January one of the seals had split or slipped into the bladed area. The twisting motion of tightening the blade attachment onto the cups I believe forces the seal to stretch and protrude into the bladed area. Now a second seal has broken rendering my blender useless after only 5 months of use. After every split the juice leaks which not only stain the appliance but also may diminish its use gradually. No doubt I will have to now contact tower on a regular basis to purchase numerous seals which will no doubt be costly... Danny WB

I have never used as much crap in all my life, the frying pans are basically useless, I got the set from ideal world, NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BUY TOWER, the small frying pan had a chip in the ceramic the large one was no better,I have ruined more eggs trying to fry them in these , in fact Edwina Currie was better for eggs than this crap

My purchase broke the very first time I used it. I felt the machine was a little to powerful for the attaching part and caused friction causing the machine to smoke up. I was only wisking eggs. On the positive side the warranty lady I spoke two to replace the parts was understanding and professional, it will take 15 days to received new parts. Hopefully I can start using my purchase after that.

When I first opened the box I was surprised at how heavy the motor was,however that is a good thing in my book.When I tried to lock the bowl and motor together,It felt wobbly,as if the top wasn't locked onto the bowl.It did switch on and worked empty briefly.Time to load up,decided the first job was going to be ground bayleaves.The leaves I dried completely in my dehydrator, put them into the bowl switched on and got nearly whole leaves back.Next I broke them down in a pestle and mortar,put them in the bowl and still they didn't grind.I finished them off in the pestle and mortar and ended up with the desired powder.I can only assume there's some sort of design fault with the fitting together of the device.

Absolute gubbins. Recieved this as a work gif and on first use the blender had thick black smoke coming out of it. A quick look at Amazon shows many other customers having the same experience. This is down to the motor grinding against the poorly made rubber contacts which is a clear design flaw. I spoke to Tower and despite the warrenty they told me I would need to speak to my employer. Avoid at all costs.

very poor first one I received the lettering came off even though only used a paper towel and nothing else, second one decided to overheat and cook too fast even though temperature and time were set correctly , I have been using halogen ovens for over 5 years now and have found a couple of manufacturers who make this item that they are faulty in some way or another....sorry for negative comments

Bought this product and was rubbish. Everything stuck to the pan. While cooking the pan turned a dull yellow colour. Got money back bought another cheap brand non stick pan and does the job amazing

Very disappointed - I consider it to have been a waste of money, dread to think what my wife will say when she is back from holiday.The surface is really 'none stick' but the cooking surface of the pan is 'domed' so that all the cooking fat/oil collects 'ditch like' around the edge of the pan leaving the central cooking area dry resulting in the food 'burning' and there is no transfer of taste from the cooking fat/oil to the food. The inner surface was definitely 'grey' when the pan was brand new but after the first use in parts only about 2cm around the rim is grey most of the surface is a dull white and only brightens a little on heating. Conclusion - Good idea pity it doesn't work !

Sent a number of emails about a faulty soup maker costing £100 asking for it to be fixed as it was a present from my late mother and is still under warranty but never had any reply from customer service.For a company with 100 years service this is unacceptable and rude.

Very disappointed with the pressure cooker / smoker .Booklet no use at all.Online info.applies to a USA model and requires you to order ingredients from there.Wish I had not purchased this. If I. had not registered the guarantee I would return it.

sad as it sounds I looked around for ages for a decent frying pan and decided on the Tower, I've had it for 2 weeks and already the handle is very wobbly! It doesn't sit safely on my gas hob so wouldn't recommend for anyone with gas hob as it feels unsafe. I'm going to return it really disappointed and although I may be unlucky with the faulty handle it isn't as I say suitable for gas hobs.

We do make the handles removable as they have a 10 year guarantee and handles can get damaged in this time.As such, they can be loose sometimes but are easily tightened. With regards to the pan being gas hob compatible, they are all gas hob safe, however, we can never guarantee that they will be appropriate for every hob design as they vary considerably.
