Non existent customer service. Bought a 11 litre pressure cooker and using it for the first time found it would not come up to pressure. I found the problem it was a faulty gasket and tried phoning tower customer service which seems permanently unavailable. Next step I sent customer service a message using their messeging service and got no reply, and so tried again using the messeging service and yet again no reply. I have ordered a new gasket and hopefully it will arrive before Christmas. I know it's only a £5 part but a brand new pressure cooker should have not faults and a reply from customer service would have been nice.

Hi Colin! I'm really sorry you haven't received a response from us and I'm sorry that this has happened to your pressure cooker. With regards to your messages, I'm afraid we are experiencing a few technical difficulties with our email systems which we are getting looked in to with our IT department. I also apologise for you not getting through to us on the phone, did you leave a voicemail at all for us to call you back? We aim to answer our calls within 3-5 standard phone rings, so I will ensure this is fed back and looked in to. Please don't let this experience put you off, I can assure you that if you were to contact us again, your experience would be much more satisfactory.

Extremely poor customer care, and that's an understatement. I've been trying to sort out a complaint ive had with this company for over a year. I eventually wrote to the CEO, and have been chasing this up for about 5 months now. I tweeted them, receive an email from a customer care member to be told..... I'm sorry I've responded to your complaint and I would be satisfied with that response. Hope you are too. And within the response, I was told they are a high customer satisfaction focussed company and that I should appreciate the CEO is a very busy man. Really. So disappointed. In their customer. Are, the warranty they provide and the overall lack of respect in dealing with complaints.

I bought this to tidy me over while I got a new cooker, big mistake.Used on a standard worktop you need to be at least 7 feet 6 inches to use the rings without having your arms in the air and food spitting in your face.If you like toast, tough, the grill is so far away from the shelf it just cooks the bread all the way through before even beginning to brown it. There is no heat control on the hob rings at all, they're either on or off.The smaller one is useful for warming your hand ,I didn't manage to heat anything on it using a normal pan.You might have more success with a pan from the pound shop but anything heavier takes away the heat before it reaches the contents. You can use the rack on top of the pan to catch spillages in the oven but it's such a tight fit that with the heat expansion you can't get the shelf out til it cools, which kind of defeats the object! It's not all bad, pizzas and pies are a doddle using the shelf alone and it looks quite pretty. When I get my new cooker I'm taking this it to the tip,I wouldn't want to saddle anyone else with it.All in all a Jack of all trades that doesn't doesn't do anything as well as a proper cooker,I should have lived on takeaways while waiting for my cooker,it would have been cheaper and less trouble.

I contacted the company by email to complain about the Tower 2L deep fat fryer that I purchased last year. No response to email complaint and when I phoned I was not impressed with response.

The infinistone pan set received a few days ago has a serious fault with the lids. Steam and sauce is being trapped between the lids and handles. When washing the lids it is necessary to unscrew the handle from the lid! What a pain. They are being returned.

The silicon sealing ring is too small to ensure that the cooker can support the designed pressure. Adding tape to both add additional vertical and horizontal compression to the seal allows the pressure cooker to get the correct pressure (most of the time). Looking at online reviews this is clearly not a one off occurrence. As an engineer my assessment is that the life tolerance calculations have not been performed correctly. Note replacement of the seal with a new Tower part did not solve the problem. The cooker does not have any scratches, dents or wear that would explain the sudden loss of pressure before reaching working pressure. Summary this is poorly designed and potentially dangerous device due to sudden release of steam that could result in significant burns.

Bought a set of frying & sauce pans in baby blue from ideal world, they were supposed to be ceramic non-stick, THAT'S A JOKE! i tried frying an egg in the frying pan with oil & the egg stuck to the pan better than any super glue i have purchased. In fairness, contacted tower with my complaint, they replaced the pan telling me that they had been supplied with a bad batch of this item from there suppliers. On trying the replacement low & behold the same thing happened again. As a word of warning do not waste your money on these pans. I went to asda & purchased 30cm non-stick pan & guess what my egg frying abilities improved 200%, & this pan only cost me £8.00, as opposed to the £70.00 i paid for the set from TOWER.

Don't be fooled by tower telling you to leave review and you get 50% discount. Yes you get the code but when you enter it you will get msg saying it's expired. There customer service obviously are not bothered by this as 2 emails sent and no reply back so looks like they only want to sell there products and no after care or support.

Not had the 7 piece ceramic pans long but so far very disappointed. I have an induction hob and three of them (two saucepans and one frying pan only work on my smallest ring. Which is no good to me as I live on my own and will seldom use the large ones. Also on receiving them I had to tighten ALL the lid handles and they work loose very quickly. I have disposed of the packaging but I would like to return them

I bought the 7 piece set of the tower pans less than 2 years ago thinking that because they have a 10 year guarantee they are durable and reliable. I WAS VERY WRONG!! I haven't cooked pancakes for my children for a long time. The 'pancake' pan is still new, but sticky and unusable! The other pots are worn off and none of them are non-stick!! Yhe screws of 2 lids are also rusty. Why do you sell substandard products and pass them off as superior? I wasted money on the 7 piece Tower set!! I want my money back, or give me the genuine pans that would last 10years! I still receive emails from yourselves marketing your products. Are the rest of your products genuine? I feel that it's only fair that people should be warned that they're fake. I am waiting for your response.

We bought 2 ceramic (charcoal) pans in August, the larger has developed some surface damage which now means it sticks badly and today the handle fell off and cannot be reassembled or tightened. Really poor build quality. Will be taking these back to the retailer unless Tower have the presence of mind to replace!

I bought the three frying pans and set of saucepans, From Ideal world last November. I have to say these pans have not worn at all well. The ceramic part has never worked, you do need to use some fat in the pan. They are no longer non stick and have discoloured badly. The handles also keep coming loose and have to be tightened up all the time. I have always in the past bought Tower products. This experience has definitely ruined the Tower name for me as a brand.

Like many of the other reviews I also purchased the ceramic pan set and the Infinistone saucepan and Double pan sets from Idealworld in April 2015 in Sand and have had problems with the discolouration to the coating on the pans and handles after using a few times and it will not come off, very disappointed indeed also my daughter had the same problem. we both have had replacements but the same problem has happened, I called Idealworld several times asking if they would exchange for the Black sets but they said they no longer stock them so gave me the phone number for Tower which I rang twice but got cut off so now Idealworld has asked me to pack them all up and send them back for inspection which to say the least is very inconvenient and has really put me off buying the TOWER BRAND again.
