“We have had this kettle a week so it is early days to comment on the build quality. However it boils fast and is quieter than our previous kettle. It is good (and easy) to see how much water to be boiled which means not wasting money on boiling water unnecessarily. However, you can also see the buildup of scale so it means lots of cleaning to keep it looking good - we are in a very hard water area. The blue lights are cool. We didn't see the point of controlling the water temperature in a kettle as seldom need 'warm' water for cooking. Compared to other kettles ( and we looked about about 50 different kettles on shelves of different shops) it is looks nice and is relatively good value . We paid £32 - some kettles were over £100!”

“Recieved the 6L stainless steel one touch pressure cooker as a present. I was a bit apprehensive about using this as i thought it may be difficult but it was very easy to use and it the best pressure cooker i've ever had!. The person who gifted it to me said it was delivered super quick also.”

“Very happy with the blender and succesfully made smoothies, soups and drinks. It does take a little longer when using some hard vegetables, but overall pleased with my purchase at a very good price.”

“Although I really like these salt and pepper pots and they are easy to use, I do find that if you knock them over, the batteries fall out of their slots, meaning you have to undo the pots and put the batteries back in.”

“I recently bought a set of pans from ideal world and I am not happy with the lid of one of them . The glass lid round the rim and also under the knob gives appearance of rust and you can't get into clean it .”

“We bought the stainless steel 6 liter pressure cooker and we found it quality product . The offer of 10 year gurantee is unmatchable. There was mention of lot no which is require to extend your warrenty but we could not found on pressure cooker bottom but we found it on to packaging. Also we would like look forward spare parts combo deals so that customer can buy 1 set extra along with purchase only.”

“I am very pleased with these pans. The only bad point is one of the lid screws has gone rusty. I will be contacting tower after Christmas to hopefully get a replacement screw.”

“Delivery was rapid,product looked as good as expected,pans deeper than expected ,which,for me,was a good thing.Overall quality was good except felt lighter than expected but still sturdy and do not wobble on cooker as old pans did.Nice strong colour without being garish,have no issues and would recommend.”

“I have only recently purchased the tower frying pans and saucepans. I find that the inside of the pans are very easy to clean but if you spill food on the outside of the pan then it is very difficult to clean. When I saw a representative using these pans cooking and cleaning the inside was perfect but it was not mentioned about the outside.”

“so far I like the easy clean up of the pans, also like that I don't have to use fats or oils when frying up a breakfast that includes frying eggs. a very healthy cooking option”

“Ceramic coated frying pan does what it claims sofar, very light to handle and easy to clean, also very little cooking oil needed. Price very reasonable too.”
