“After our second air wave low fat air fryer broke after 2 years of using, we have been looking to buy another one. Previous two mentioned have been bought in one of the cheap stores and item's price was around £30. The problem was the heating element just burnt and the replacement would cost much more then the whole new thing. So we have been searching for new one and just by accident seen one in DS and for promotional price, as this store was reducing prices due to near closure. Since we picked our alien, as we nicknamed it, because really looks like alien, we are happy to use it nearly every second day for making fish, heating of meals, baking the rolls, making chips and many more... This was really great buy and also the fact, we could extend our warranty for free makes this purchase to feel like bargain of the year... Only one thing makes me sad: the print around the knobs disapears, so soon won't know the temperature levels.”

“Airwave Low Fat Fryer: The product cooks evenly and heats up quickly and definitely cooks thoroughly. There are many parts but it is quite easy to wash. Food tastes good cooked this way and is a good substitute for those who do not have a fan oven,”

“Purchased 4 liter pressure cooker. So far have mixed feelings it kind of works fine, however instructions are not straight forward and a bit chaotic. Some more pictures and diagrams would be useful. Steam seem to leave through the handle before it reaches proper pressure. However it seems fine after pressure is high enough. Food was cooked perfectly, however nearly burned because to much steam escaped before I've learned how it works.”

“The product itself is excellent value for money as I also recommended this to a friend who also purchased, however the packaging was too large - it was three times the size of the item. Also the label on the item had the wrong address on - it was only due to the paperwork being correct that the parcel was delivered to me instead of the other end of the country. Improvements required in dispatch department :/”

“I ordered an air fryer on 19/5/16,received an email on 21/05/16 to say it had been dispatched,still had not received it by 26/05/16 so I telephoned customer service who informed me that yodel the courier hadn't even picked it up from them,understandably I wasn't impressed considering I'd been given a tracking number on the 21/05/16,the girl was very understanding& telephoned me back to let me know she'd arranged for 1 to be sent out to me which I would receive today & I did, but she refunded me my postage as an apology,thankyou TOWER,customer service does work”

“Powerful, so it's quick to boil. The glass makes it easy to see how much water is in it and the blue light makes it obvious when it is switched on. The capacity is good also. The only design fault is that the lid does not open to a full 90 degrees, so it is difficult to fit the kettle under our tap. the hinge on the lid is also rather flimsy, so I am concerned that it may not last long.”

“Bought as a replacement for a Kenwood that had died after 13 months. Kettles need to be more than pretty, they must be functional and not annoying within days of use: they should also last years (take heed Mr Kenwood). This kettle has a 3KW element so great for rapid boil; the glass body makes it very easy to see the water level and the blue LED light is a bit silly but a nice gimmick. The base is sturdy and very easy to locate the kettle on 360 degree base (they are not all like this). My wife's initial comment was that it was a bit heavy but she has got used to it. I would like to see the lid open another 20 degrees or so to make filling simple and not just easy. At less than £30m it was very well priced and much below the £120 plus asked for "designer brands" who had obviously never seen a kettle! Apart from that I am very impressed; just hope it last more than 13 months. Love the extended warranty by the way.”

“I really like this kettle, was looking for one like this for ages, had a budget of £30.00, lots of the other kettles were more expensive... but to be honest this was the best looking and the easy of the lid opening did help... it even better when plugged in and working the base of the kettle lights up blue lights... A1 item”

“Kettle looks good, clean and smart. It took several boils to get rid of the plastic taste the kettle gave with every cup of tea. Don't know if I am going to like the build up of limescale that you can see on the glass, have to wipe it inside after each use. Apart from that it is was good value for money.”
