“Great price and have had no reason to contact customer service as yet. I bought it from a local Tesco superstore so no delivery issues!”

“Not only has this air fryer saved me money, it is as good an innovation that people rave about. I wanted an air fryer that I could roast a chicken in as I stopped the Sunday roast due to high utility costs. I am so pleased I invested a bit more money as I am finding the only time I now use my oven is for large pizzas. I cook everything else (hob aside) in this great, fabulous, money saver. Food cooks really well and tastes great. No preheat time has saved me loads on my bills. Also, easy to keep clean - thank you! I just love it!”

“Absolutely ECSTATIC about my BM buy of a dual TOWER AIR-FRYER , I was very sceptical about the product but after just using it twice I AM IN LOVE ...I cannot believe I waited three weeks to open the box and put it in my kitchen , AMAZING PRODUCT”

“Excellent product. Easy to use, big enough for our family, food tastes so good. Finally we can have crispy chips again! Jacket potatoes are done so quickly and lovely crispy skin and fluffy inside. Easy to clean. Very impressed would recommend.”

“AIR FRYER REPLACEMENT - DEFIES LOGIC I have used the TOWER 4.3 litre DIGITAL AIR FRYER for just over 2 years, and have been very happy with it. That is until recently when it kept ‘tripping my fuse box’. It is still under the Extended Warranty, so I contacted Customer Service to report the problem (Ref: 722926). They were very understanding and, after asking for proof of purchase and telling me to cut the power lead from the appliance (and send photographic proof that I had done so!!), they agreed to replace the Fryer. I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a (more expensive) Dual Basket Air Fryer, and I would pay whatever the difference in cost was. I was informed that was NOT possible as (Quote) “When offering an air fryer replacement it has to be like for like model”. I cannot understand the logic of this, as I am offering to pay TOWER more money, and would be interested in the reasoning behind this ruling.”
