“I finally managed to purchase the Tower 11Ltr 5-in-1 Air Fryer Oven, still early days using it, I'm not sure on times & temperatures yet but I'm sure I'll work it out soon. We'll pleased with my purchase.”

“Purchased a Model T17076 11Litre Air Fryer Oven at the start of the month and absolutely delighted with the ease of use and the cooked food it produces. Additionally, I’m saving on electricity and consuming far less fat. Win/win all round.”

“No air cookers available at this date but this product I already have similar that’s 6/7 years old and allowing for wear and tear is just as good as it was when first purchased”

“Very pleased with my purchase still getting used to it. Did chicken wings patted dry, coated in cornflour and seasoning last night.was like fried chicken but without the fat. Did roast beef dinner in it on Sunday all cooked in an hour.”

“Placed an order 6 days ago and no update on when will receive my order even though the website said within 5 days. I did receive an email two days ago thanking me for my inquiry and asking me to rate Tower on their response to my query which i never made? Waiting for a response to my email sent today asking for an update on my order but have received a response stating they will get back to me within 7 working days. VERY POOR SERVICE”

Across the last week we have been making some changes to our Tower website - sadly your order was impacted during the change period whereby no order confirmation was communicated to you. “Bought tower kettle and toaster. Kettle after 2 weeks of use the inside coating started to peel. Response received after 2 weeks and that was after i chased my first email. Poor mistrusting response from customer service requesting to cut the cord and send a pic then they will send replacement.”

“Well made. Position markers/pointers on temperature and timer controls could be clearer. There is a small bump on the knob to indicate which is barely visible. A white or silver mark would be clearer. Otherwise all good so far.”

“Fryer seems OK, if size limited, but the ‘recipe suggestions’ that come with it are a joke - 5 recipes? Serious reconsideration is required by Tower”
