“I must thank Tower for replacing my saucepan set I did send a silly rude email which I now apologise for & credit to Tower they have gone out their way to contact me twice to resolve my issues I did write a bad review about their warranty but to their credit they have gone out their way to put right”

“The air fryer had been replaced following a recall. The new one came very quickly and is great! It’s quiet, easy to use and cooks food beautifully. A bit bigger so we can get more in. Very pleased with the item and the service from Tower.”
