I love my air fryer love the rotisserie I've had it about a year now bought from b and m , only problem I have at the min the door keeps opening while it is cooking so I have to be near to check it doesn't open 😟

Steam mop left my kitchen floor soaking wet, had to get on my knees to dry the floor. Literally used for 5 minutes. Everything back in original box and packaging, told no returns due to being used..why would I buy and not open? How would I know if it was any good or not?? Never had this before. Not a great example of Tower purchase for me I'm afraid....won't be using again. Now sat in the box in my cupboard...back to shark, more money but great products and customer service.

The lettering on the timer and temperature controls getting rubbed off - Tower said take it back to the retailer has stopped trading so I have a fryer we cannot get accurate cooking times and temperature

Hi Chris It was disappointing to read your comments about your recent contact with Tower Customer Services. Your product is supported by a fixed 12 month warranty scheme from the retailer where you originally purchased your product from. I was sorry to learn that this retailer has ceased trading. When we were made aware of your update we have requested further information from you in a bid to fully resolve your enquiry - this information remained outstanding on your part as of this morning. Unfortunately it’s not great and I’ve been advised that I can’t receive a refund as it’s been used once. Currently now sitting in a box waste of Ā£109 I’ve been told I can’t have a refund so can’t answer the refund question

New multi functional pan: the Cerasure+ ceramic coating is amazing. First use, carbonised kebabs and the burned marinade just wiped off with a paper towel! Easy clean. The thermostat worked well at controlling the cooking temperature. Much better than a previous pan (other make).

Good quality, very sturdy. Very happy with it. It cooks potatoes and chips much more evenly. A bit fiddly getting it in and out, especially when the oven is very hot.

Received my bbq quicker than I thought. Used it twice now and it's so easy to use. Food cooks beautiful on it in and no time no waiting for ages for coals to heat up and it's so easy to to take apart to clean, highly recommend this bbq.

Love my Tower Vortx dual basket air fryer. Simple to use and cooks a large variety of foods efficiently and easy. As good as my oven which I haven't used since. Unfortunately my air fryer cracked at the side after less than 3 months. Was hugely disappointed needless to say. However, I took the chance of returning and purchasing the same again in the hope that this was a 1 off flaw. Sadly, I was unable to purchase at the reduced price from last time so am a little miffed I'm out of pocket. Fingers crossed that this time I don't have similar problems as it is a great air fryer.

As your product is supported by a 12 month retailers warranty the normal practice is to offer an exact replacement for your product should a fault occur.
