“Fantastic customer service I needed to ask a question regarding my recent purchase , air fryer digital control four litre which is just great cannot believe I waited so long to purchase one. Charlotte at tower customer services was so polite knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you. such a nice experience especially within customer service that myself and friends have come across of late. You know utilities etc hanging on the phone or awaiting a call back etc that never comes. I have purchased several tower products over the years and impressed with them all , once again thank you Charlotte, thank you tower keep up the good work , all take care stay safe . “I bought the Tower XPress Pro combo 10-in-1 digital air fryer this morning . I cooked a full chicken and chips and I must admit using the set programs they was cooked perfectly and tasted great.Old chip pan Iin the bin now. I then took out the free extended 3 year guarantee win win. Really pleased and so easy to clean as well.”

“I would like to tell you that this is an amazing product, however I have not received it. I was emailed by Evri on 24/11/22 to say it was out for delivery then a further email saying there was a delay with delivery and they would contact me the following day. I've heard nothing since and there is no way of contacting them. I have informed Tower customer services by email and I'm currently waiting to hear back. I would be extremely grateful if this could be investigated as I have no delivery notification and feel extremely disappointed with the service Evri is supposed to provide. I have rated 5 star as I am fully aware this has been dispatched by Tower. Kind regards, Melanie Pedro”

“We ordered a 2 draw air fryer which arrived damaged, delivery company at fault. I contacted Tower customer services via email explaining the damage & supplied photos. I got a reply from "Sam" within an hour which was a surprise. After a couple more emails & more photos a replacement was organised to arrive with a few days. I have to say Sam at Tower customer services was fantastic to deal with. This is how all customer services should be done. We'll done Tower, I would recommend you to anyone.”

“Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family so not had the opportunity to see it 'in action' yet! As a matter of interest I bought it directly from you at £199.99 because there didn't seem to be any around in the shops. Now I find they've all had deliveries, so I could have bought it from Argos for £125 Black Friday price (£150 catalogue price)! Just my luck!!”
