“WORSE company EVER. Tradeinn canceled my transaction without my authorization and they did not send me any notification by e-mail saying they have decided to proceed like they did. Two days before they canceled my purchase, I received an e-mail from their "customer service" saying there was an important delay with the shipping and they asked me if I was okay with that. I answered their e-mail by ASKING IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO CANCEL my transaction and they REPLIED IT WASN’T (apparently because the package had already been shipped). And now, when I log into my account, I can see that they canceled it anyway. This is a crooked way to get money out of customers’ pockets and make them go through a nightmare for being fully reimbursed. I am glad I paid via PayPal. I know PayPal will be able to help me with the reimbursement since I doubt Tradeinn will actively do something about that.”

Cuando el pedido llega todos contentos cuando no llega no saben qué hacer. Un pedido llegó en 30 días y el otro que era de una compra anterior todavía dice en tránsito y nunca llegó al país de destino. Según el traking luego de 4 meses sigue volando y ellos me dicen que espere. No son recomendables. Pedí la devolución y me dicen que para devolverlo primero me tiene que llegar. Una vergüenza. Son inoperantes. Aaa no reciben publicaciones en Facebook ni en Twitter por algún motivo lo deben hacer.”

DO NOT buy from this website. I bought a pair of soccer gloves for my son in early September. I was given a shipment tracking number that I believe was fake, because the courier company couldn't find the record in their system at all. 2 weeks later after numerous emails with Tradeinn, I was told the item wasn't sent. Even after I asked them to send the item to a new address as I was leaving the first address, they claimed they had sent it out already. OK then I kept waiting but this time I wasn't even given a tracking number despite multiple emails requesting for one. I asked for refund but they just ignored me. I asked them again and again to send the shipment and give me the tracking number but all they said was they would check with the courier company. They basically copy paste the same response to me every time and would not refund the money to me. It's been more than 5 weeks now and I was left frustrated and angry. I would never buy from them and urge everyone to stay away from this cheaters. This is so far the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had.”
