HORRIBLE Experience! Ordered since end May, tracking of parcel didn’t progress since early June. Wrote 9 emails, several FB posts and messengers PMs. Still waiting! And adding insult to situation, it’s app/website showed erroneously that it has been delivered. Hence, this Bad review to warn others!

TRADEINN is misguiding it’s customers. If you see there website, different products have different delivery dates to the same location. I selected this particular product as it showed 1 week delivery compared to the others that showed delivery between 2-4 weeks. I also selected PayPal to protect my interest. Unfortunately it’s been over the 5th week and I have not received my product. If I knew the delivery is going to be over a month I would have never bought it. Once you buy from them then your stuck as you can’t cancel your order if it’s been over an hour. They also mention you can track your delivery but you don’t get updates. Never buy from them Regards

I've ordered multiple times with them and I was happy until now. Last order is a nightmare, the last tracking info is on 11st of July and we are on 17th on september. Every time I write to them, either they are lying about being in contact with the shipping company, or just saying your package is in transit.

I placed an order on the 25th July, specifically choosing a guaranteed delivery option and despite the courier never receiving the consignment I have yet to get a refund. Nearly 8 weeks have passed, I've emailed numerous times and received incredibly unhelpful response, not even a commitment as to how long it will take before they can issue a refund. Shocking service. Amazon might be more expensive but you don't deal with this crappy service.

I have sent a dozen emails asking why two pairs of shoes that I ordered fit totally different. One is great, the other way too big. They are the same shoe, same size. Why can I not get an answer from you? Everyone skirts around the question and answers with generic crappy stuff. I need an answer. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM!

Wrong size sent and one item missing, no reply from them just robot generated emails. Phone customer service and same Indian robots repeating themselves to email return department.

Ordered on May 11th got an email that due to covid it might take longer BUT were August 23rd and I've never received the item FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Charged my card, sent an email promising delivery in 5 days. 2 weeks later, no update under tracking, and no straight answer on email. Their scamming people and it has do do with banking cash for months and earning interest on 10,s of thousands of orders, letting our money earn interest and be traded in foreign exchange markets. While their gambling with your money, they claim your order is lost, was sent, or at the least, will wait until you cancel the order. That’s why they have an option to cancel your own order on their page. By the time you get upset, they’ve used your money for 30:days.

I ordered my a jacket and jumper back in June.. I just received it a few days ago.. I read reviews after and thought twice about ordering off this website.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the delays probably due to covid and now have my items which I'm extremely happy with.. I think u just need to be patient!!!

Company Acts on bad faith and hides essential information in fine print from the consumer in order to have the “lowest price”. I bought a product under the impression that all delivery and taxes were included, however when the product arrived in country of destination was held by customs and it could only be delivered if I paid more than 60% of the original price. Conclusion, you are actually paying for a product and a half or you loose all your money as they won’t refund you with the excuse that it’s your job to go look for this type of information on their website fine print during check out.

I ordered my tennis shoes on 28th of June. They say they sent them to Royal Mail on 8th July but Royal Mail only record that the goods have been despatched to them not that they have received. I started to query the delivery when I go back from Spain only to be told they were investigating it. I have asked for my payment to be refunded but as yet no response. I agree with earlier reviews about this company. If this review is for the company then please refund or deliver!!!!

Ordered May 11th 2020 , Still no package July 28th. I had report the issue to my credit card company to get the refund. I think they are running a scam. I thought it was odd that they emailed me a picture of my package when they created a label and tracking number. It could be possible that they are not actually mailing the packages. Seems to me that there are too many complaints about not receiving whats been ordered. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE IT'S WORTH IT TO PAY MORE AND NOT GET RIPPED OFF.

I ordered wheels on Apr 23, they shipped on Apr 24, and had an estimated delivery date of May 5-8. Well, It's now July 24, yes 3 months later, and still no product. And it cleared customs on June 7, so in the US 1.5 months ago. Every time I've contacted them, they just say sorry, it's shipping to the US during COVID and we can't control shipping timing. That may be true, but shipping delays existed for a month before I ordered, so should have changed estimated shipping. Also, when I look at the same product, estimated shipping to my address using the same shipping option is 2-3 weeks. I still haven't received mine and they say I could receive in 1-2 weeks? They know that's false and very deceptive. I finally contacted usps and they told me to file an inquiry as it might be lost. But said international shipping law says the shipper must also file an inquiry. When I asked them to do that they said we're in touch with usps to make sure my package arrived, but said nothing about an inquiry. After 3 months I have filed a dispute of payment with my credit card company. Total scam

Ordered 14th July - now 24th July - no delivery not even an email! Cannot log in as they won't accept my password & will not send reminder so no means of getting in touch. Am applying for a claim back on my card perhaps then they will wake up? Complete waste of space

When I tracked my consignment it was said that it arrived in the country of destination on the 23rd of June 2020. Up to date I haven’t received my parcel. I went to the Post Office many times but it is not available. It is point blank not there and I don’t understand. They have my contact details but I have never been updated like they promised or whatsoever and am very disappointed. I understand the situation we are in now might have negative influence on the lateness of arrival of the parcel but what frustrates me is not being updated. Now I dont know if it’s lost or still on its way. Please do something because my hope is running thin. It’s been almost 2 months now since the day I placed my order and I don’t know what do do anymore and I’m considering on giving up bcoz it seems as if they don’t care. I doubt that I would even be refunded the way the do things. This is the last word u will ever hear from me and I won’t even bother by claiming my money back Regards Disappointed
