“No news about my order for 2 whole month (it was supposed to arrive in 4 days).
I contacted them many times, I received ZERO help. They just told me to go to the post office to see what was going on, when it's their task to investigate on that (which is exactly what the post office told me).
I contacted them again after that, via their chatbot. I could reach the first row of the queue and talk to a person after 5 trials (about three hours spent). They opened an investigation which should have taken 5 to 15 days to determine the issue. Another month passed with no news from them. I will try again with the chatbot, I have no other option.
I am actually concerned I will never get neither the product I ordered nor the money back.”
“Dreadful experience from start to finish. Smashed screen on arrival due to them packing a UK adapter plug in the box next to screen. Then followed 6 weeks of slow and confusing communication. Got my money back and bought elsewhere.”
“Have 3 orders in BikeInn and there's all kind of problems. Dates and stocks are fake but that's not the bigger issue, I can accept that they don't have everything in stock and that an order can be delayed, what I can't accept, is when one or two items from the order don't get to the expedition center, the only option they give is to wait forever, get your money back or remove the item from the order and get an incomplete order.
Why do I have to wait forever for an item that must likely got lost when you say that the item is in stock into the store? If the item is delayed 3 weeks, why don't you sent another to the distribution center?
Company needs some human interaction to analise this kind of orders.

Es wird mit einem Rabatt und günstigen Preisen geködert. Erkundigt man sich bezüglich des Rabatts, bekommt man vorgefertigte Benachrichtigungen, die nichts, aber auch wirklich gar nichts mit der gestellten Frage zu tun haben.
Trotz mehrfacher, weiterer Nachfragen gab es keine annähernd sinnvolle Antwort.
Ich hatte die Schuhe bereits am 31.05. bestellt und der Liefertermin wurde schon dreimal verschoben. Mittlerweile ist es der 08. oder 09.07., auf den ich vertöstet werde!
So einen miesen Laden habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Be patient people were in the middle of a pandemic and every online store has taken 4-6 weeks to be delivered. I ordered from TradeINN and they responded to my emails and I could see where my parcel was being held. Even once a parcel arrived in my country Australia, parcels have to go through a security process which is back logged for week. You can even check your parcel through another tracking system that gave more info compared to PostNL. It also depends on how many items you bought as some come from different warehouses in Spain. They don’t send them off individual to your country, they wait till all items are at their process centre which took two weeks in my case. Then another 25 days in transit and 5 days in Sydney in quarantine and security check again. I purchased again 2 weeks later but this time only one item. It was sent off within a week and I can see it’s on it’s way to Australia. Limit flights too people!!! I read so many bad reviews but it was all to do with long delivery time. Then there’s a few reviews of ppl who received their items and were extremely happy. I am extremely happy with my items and the quality of them are exceptional as I cannot get these brands in Australia.”
“As far as I can tell, this company is a total scam. After I ordered, their estimated delivery time became much longer. Still, I am now three weeks past that later time. Their "tracking" stopped making progress five days ago, supposedly at a fifth USPS location. I asked for a refund, but the company hasn't responded in three days. “NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! they will rip you off every chance they get. Order from us and they ship from spain, takes over a month, if you have to return you need to pay cost, then if customs charges them a duty, they wont pay and send return back to you! They do not care one bit about their customers. No one picks up the bogus phone. Everything is done by email taking days in between to get any type of answer.”

When messaging the customer service no help at all just fob you off. Then when the trainers aren’t what you ordered to send them back they want £7.49!!!!! Nowhere it says that in the returns policy. Shambles of a company. Save yourself the hassle and order from elsewhere.”
