Have written 5 times to customerservice, with the same stupid answer erverytime: your parcel is on its Way, it Will be delivered shortly and Then trackingnumber !
Using TT the parcel is still on facilityplant in Denmark...?

“I never received BikeInn/TradeInn order 20544319. In the tracking information it says that it was damaged or lost and that UPS would notify BikeInn. i have not yet received any information from BikeInn. I would like to have my order canceled and a refund”
“Same bad experience as many others, I'm kicking myself for not checking reviews on this company. Now it's looking like I'm out of pocket $578. The company operates out of Spain. I ordered through them on 30 October 2020, with an estimated delivery date of 13 November. As of 23 December, I still haven't received anything. Many emails later, request for refund refused. Said to contact them again after 60 business days, so about 80 odd calendar days and they will "investigate". Just terrible.”

“I placed an order in May '20 - as of writing this negative review (which I rarely do) I have still not received the goods I ordered and paid for. The goods never left the dispatch location and after a long time chasing I eventually signed a declaration stating that I hadn't received the goods. Still no refund and no response to communications. I really don't know if this is poor customer service, theft or pure incompetence.
All I can say is that for me this company has taken my money and not provided the goods. Make up your own mind.
I have tried the ODR process to enter into dialigoue (which is a waste of time because they need to want to enter the process for it to work) and I have started the Eurpoean Small Claims Process only to find that this will stop from 1st Jan 21 for obvious reasons.
I would seriously consider all the reviews you can find about this company and check your making the right decision before purchasing from them because if something goes wrong, they are highly unlikey to respond and correct as per their contractual obligations.”

I have been waiting for my order from since end of September. Got a message that it was shipped on the 10/10/2020. Have made several follow-ups on the email and Whatsp. Still today in December almost I got no response besides the automated one. Beginning to think that I was scammed. Only I need now is my money back.”
“Avoid this company at all cost. Prices might be interesting but their return process is a nightmare.
We ordered shoes that didn't fit (wrong size). According to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we are allowed of 14 days cooling-off period which we can return a good bought online. For such returns, the buyer pays for the return and the seller pays for the initial shipping.
Because the item is not faulty, we can return the shoes and we have to pay for the return label. So I went on their website to start the return. It asked me to pay for the return label, which I did for £7. 4 weeks later they refund me but £6 less because of the return label. Hang on, they're charging twice for the same label. It may not be much, but it isn't right!
Then we tried to explain to the customer service who just doesn't care and keep repeating the same thing all over again.
For us, this company is dodgy, and we want to warn everyone we can to stay away from them.”

They pose as a shop in the USA but drop ship from places all across the world. If you ever actually receive your product there are no returns and no customer service available. They are located in Europe and do not speak English. They do not even have an accessible phone number.”
“I have unfortunately joined the ever growing ranks of people who have had the misfortune to order product from this company. They take your money quickly, promise delivery in reasonable time frames, and then when the goods are delayed by weeks they give you nothing but lame excuses.
Looking through the reviews here it is clear to me that they knew full well that they could not meet the shipping dates that they promised me. In fact I found out that they sell the same saddle through Amazon with Trade Inn shipping direct. The delivery date through Amazon was more realistic. In short, in their on-line store they deliberately mis-stated the shipping time.
Never again will I deal with them either directly or indirectly. For on-line retailers integrity is critical and they fail in that regard.”
“I've purchased a number of items from tradeinn which all went find. Then I had to return an item and posted it from overseas at my expense. The item sat in Madrid for months as tradeinn refused to accept delivery. My carrier said it was due to import taxes, and eventually the item was returned to me as tradeinn would not accept it. Sent in Feb 20 and returned in Oct 20. I emailed them to ask why and they didn't respond.I would never buy from them again, and I suggest you don't. The worst customer service ever.”
“I lost my money buying on this company, U$D 400 in two orders, they never arrived, I wrote tons of emails, even WhatsApp, they keep sending automated messages saying that I have to wait, that it's because of covid situation. Via Amazon UK. Shoes were too small and I returned but waiting for refund without adequate communication. Eventually had to lodge formal report with Amazon who refunded me themselves.”
