Worst e-commerce service ever! Waited 40 days for an order which finally I canceled after being constantly postponed

Order a surf wetsuit in April, it’s June and still no estimated delivery date available. The Carrier (USPS) that Tradeinn told me has it, does not have any information on the package. Now the water temp is warm enough that I donot need it and I can’t get my money back until I get the package that no one can find and return it to them.

It has been about a month and a half they do not know were my package is and worse they do not seem to care.

Do not buy from this company period. It’s been over a month with one no product. The worst part is the delivery company says they don’t even have the package and this company won’t give me a refund. Please save yourself the headache.

Purchased items March 23 and shipped March 24- took 3 weeks to get from Holland to Chicago where it has sat since April 13! Tradeinn on line help center is awful and near useless , trained monkeys can do better- Try asking for a refund and you get the middle finger-I have had items shipped from Europe that take about week unlike these jokers - you are better off buying for a a site in country and at a higher price.

More than Two months now waiting for my order which status is in transit from 24th of March, I called the shipping company and they told me we are not able to locate your order, and most probably it is lost and need the company to file inquiry One month now I keep communicating with them without any response I believe this is fraud Can anyone help what I can do to get my money

You are the best customer service. I ordered diesel T shirts from Toronto. They were delivered on time even during a pandemic. This delivery service at it's best. Well done guys please keep it up

This is been nothing but frustrations trying to get and answer from this company, customer service is not existence.. I order two pair of shoes been waiting for them to arrive almost two months, I get no answers, the tracking number is not working, Im very frustrated, first time this ever happens to me, Im from Canada and in the past I had order from Germany amd the Uk with no problems...I will say to anyone who think in buying something from this company, think again and avoid the headache.

The customer service is terrible and absolutely useless. They never read your questions. Just send you auto-generated mails. When something goes wrong - you're really one-to-one with your problems. One of my order was hanging for a month with status "Your goods are on the way to our packeting center". Phone call was useless. They simply repeated that what I can read on the site. To all mail request I received only auto-generated answers. I canceled it and ordered another item, which seems to be on stock. Now it hangs for a week with status "sent", but the post-tracker says, that the parcel was registered, but never delivered to post office. I again receive the auto-generated mails. They simply ignore you. I've never seen something worse

Ive been waiting for my order for so long. I understand and i know its lockdown but i tried to reach for them and ask them whats going on. I got told its not their problem and its no longer up to them because they shipped my order. Im so mad at them for paying alot of money and get told that

Ordered a wet suit almost a month ago. Tracking said it was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of April and still haven’t received it and there is no update on the shipping since the 24th. Can’t get any help with customer service. Customer service is non existent. Tldr paid near 200 and package is nowhere to be found after a month.

It could be partly due to the virus but I found dealing with them very frustrating. Their website wouldn't accept my password when I was using my tablet. This is an exception. I finally got a return label only to discover I had to mail to Spain for almost the cost of the item. Needless to say, don't buy from them if you live in the US.

Do not deal with these muppets in Spain. Order was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago. Still waiting. They also make it very hard to contact them. You are told to check with the courier but that too is useless as the courier just provides an estimated delivery date that never seems to get updated. When i tried to chat with tradeinn people you are put into a queue of 22 then half an hour later you find tge connection gas dropped out and you have start again.

I purchased a Nike sweatshirt from this place. The price was unbelievable. I received my sweatshirt almost a month later. Once I received it, I was very disappointed. I wear a Medium/Large, so I purchased a Large. The sweatshirt I received look as if it was a 3X! I sent it back costing me $25! (I did not know this place is all the way in SPAIN) I still have not received my refund and it’s going on 4 weeks. Next time I won’t be so cheap I will purchased from somewhere local and save the hassle.

Order elsewhere - I did get my merchandise but it took > 1 month - so it didn't arrive anywhere near the estimated date. Also, they ship from Spain - then they blame their tardiness on "US Customs in Chicago". It isn't worth the few bucks you'll save. Maybe they can blame it on the COVID crisis which happened 6 weeks later.

If you are thinking about buying, don't. Wow are they bad. They made an error in shipping my item and were not able to correct in enroute so it had to go back. It is now taking months to get my money back. Almost 2 months since I paid and a month since the tracking shows they got the part back. Still haven't refunded. Wow are they bad! just ordered 1 simple part too.

This is a warning to all that are considering purchasing an item from Traininn, the product and price seem good , but after sales service disgusting. I ordered a sports watch for around 5K ZAR (the website showed local currency , and indicated a 7 odd day delivery to my address). 1. The parcel never arrived 2. I eventually traced it myself to local post office , where I picked it up sealed in a plastic wrapper sleeve. When I opened the box inside - nothing inside except two pieces of bubble wrap. 3. Reported to the company and followed all procedures with multiple photos etc informing them it was not damaged goods, but theft. Their Response -------------------------------------------------------- "Dear customer, we would like to inform you that we have received your photos and we can see that the parcel had been tampered with. We can clearly see that it has been re-sealed with a kind of clear tape we do not use. Your parcel left our warehouse in a flyer and was just hot sealed, with no tape at all on the outside (see photo attached of the outgoing parcel). (In this context, we need to inform you that as a distributor we exclusively use our white tape on which is written in black letters: `SECURITY SEAL - IF THIS SEAL IS BROKEN DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OF GOODS´. But your parcel was just hot sealed.) Unfortunately, your claim cannot proceed because you accepted a tampered parcel. For future orders, we recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery, before signing, for damage or anomalies (third party tape), and if you accept a damaged or tampered package, you must file a claim with the transport company in writing instantly, and send us a copy hereof. Or do not accept a damaged or tampered parcel, but refuse it. This is the standard procedure if you see at first sight that the parcel is damaged and the ordered item(s) will probably also be affected or missing. Possibly, it was not so obvious in your case but at least you know how to proceed in the future in similar cases now. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Kind regards, Tradeinn Team" 5. Final Facts I bought the item in good faith (guaranteed delivery to home address !! ) The plastic Sleeve was sealed when I picked it up. The box Inside was sealed neatly. No prior knowledge of "tamper proof" tape (mentioned above) when placing order. Very disappointing that a company like this can continue to trade .
