If you live in North America don't order anything from this website. Should you have to return an item it will cost you a fortune. I had to return a 220$ CAN ski helmet and it cost me 77$ Yvan G

At first I was skeptical that the site and my item was not legit because of the reviews here. But still I ordered because I was so desperate of getting the bag I wanted for so long and only found it on this website. After anxiously waiting for tracking/delivery updates, my bag was a day late in delivery. But that's because of my local post office and Tradeinn has no control over that. Still the delivery was fast even though it was overseas and I'm on the other side of the world. (NOTE: You cannot blame Tradeinn for delivery delays or etc. They have totally no control over that.) Will surely order again from this website. Cheers for the good work! For all my fellow Filipino buyers there, take my note. 15-17 days shipping and pick it up at Phlpost office for faster transactions.

I have received an empty box in the mail instead of a Garmin Watch worth of €700. I sent 18 emails to TradeInn.com , to be exact, to get one automated reply that had nothing to do with my case. I kept chasing them for weeks but they just kept saying that a special team is looking after my case and as soon as they have an update from the delivery company, they will get back to me. After about 3 weeks I reported my case with Visa they asked me to fill out a chargeback form and wait 30 days. If they not reply within the next 30 days I will automatically win my case and I will get my money back. They never got back to me, and visa refunded my money. I ordered the watch on the 3rd of Jan and I got my money back on the 26th of February. Now, I will order it from somewhere else and I recommend you to do the same.

I’ve ordered a half a dozen times through this company. I have seen the negative reviews which inspired me to write of my experience. I’ve purchased Dynafit binding parts, soccer cleats and many bike parts thru tradeinn over the last few years. They always provide tracking but the link never works. However if I message them they have always reply quickly with the tracking number which does work every time when entered manually. I’ve always received everything I have ordered. I’m in Canada. It gets here faster than any of the large UK online bike parts dealers: usually 2 weeks max. I recently had an issue with a pair of hydraulic brake levers. It was a warranty issue and the manufacturer agreed it was warranty but the product had to be returned to the retailer who would then send in for warranty. I had used them for 6 months. I dreaded this, but had no choice. I contacted tradeinn (bikeinn) and they responded within 48 hours advising they would send me a prepaid waybill for DHL and that they would then send the product to the manufacturer. I packed the levers and sent them off. They sent me an email about 10 days later comfirming receipt and advised not to contact them as they would have no info, but they would work with manufacturer and get back to me. 4 weeks passed and nothing. So I did contact tradeinn, stating that it was unusual for this particular brand to be anything but expedient and accommodating with warranty so I should have grounds to inquire on status at that point. They actually replied within about a day and said they would try and find out. I figured I’d hear nothing back and contacted my credit card company to commence a claim but had them put it on hold as I would give the retailer several more weeks to come thru out of goodwill. It was tedious but tradeinn had, thus far, done everything they said they would. Tradeinn sent me an email within 48 hours of the former email to advise that they were sorry and would be refunding my purchase. They said funds would show against my cc within a few days. 3 days later the refund was there. Fine by me. I don’t know. Not great. But certainly pretty good for a huge online retailer of just about anything sporting goods related and pretty deep lines for all products.

Ordered at the end of Nov 2019, still haven't received my goods, despite countless emails still nothing 3 months later. I have been told my parcel was lost and that I would have to fill out a form from the shipping company to verify my claim, I did that and still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

AVOID THIS COMPANY - SCAMMER ALERT My ski boots didn’t arrive. The order tracker claimed they delivered it when I was abroad. I’d paid a premium to get the ski boots before I went abroad (to go skiing). So they screwed up my holiday, and made a phantom delivery. It is next to impossible to contact “customer service”. There’s no phone number (presumably because of all the losses off customer calls) no email address. I came across a form, by accident, filled it in. No automatic email came through to acknowledge no message number on screen. Presumably so they could deny that I ever tried to contact them. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS

I ordered scuba diving equipment from TradeInn on Nov. 28/19. They indicated delivery to Canada would be between Dec. 9th and Dec. 12th. I received my package 2 months later (January 30th). I dealt with TradeInn customer support on and off for 6 weeks trying to get an answer on where my missing parcel was. They were polite, but I never really got a straight answer from them on the whereabouts of my parcel. I had given up on them, thinking I was scammed, so I was very surprised when the order finally arrived. The package was badly damaged in shipping, but none of the items I ordered were damaged and all items were exactly as expected. Not sure why this company has "shipping" issues, as is also reflected by so many other bad reviews. I could have given this company 5 stars, had they honored there estimated delivery date or were able to provide me adequate answers when I questioned them about the delivery status.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered an item as a gift for someone who would be in town for a few weeks. The estimated delivery date was between 12/27-12/29. This item was not even set up to be picked up by the shipper until 12/28. Most of their replies to my outreach were slow. The item arrived 2 weeks late, AFTER my guest left. I was embarrassed to not have a gift for them for their special occasion and I incurred additional postal expenses mailing the order out of state to the recipient. Tradeinn's solution was to have me return the item to them at MY expense. Tradeinn is the worst ..... buyer beware!

PLEASE READ: This company is a scam. I ordered $450 worth of scuba gear on Nov. 28th. It is Jan. 24th and it still has not arrived. They gave me a tracking number on Dec. 9th that basically has never changed its status from "delivered to country". Contacted TradeInn about 20 times and always got the "sorry you are having a bad experience, we'll look into it". I've asked for a refund and no response back. I've been had - so take this as a warning if you are thinking of ordering from this company.

Total con job. Paid and never got my order. Stay away. Customer service is either unreachable or gives lame excuses like company policy restrictions.

Ordered in November and have not received package or refund. I have contacted them multiple times and was initially told my package had been returned at customs and I would receive a refund. Still nothing and each time I contact them to ask for an update I get a response saying that they have passed my query on to another department then no response. Be very aware of using

It looks like my suspicions were right. Looks like this is a scam if i look at all the other comments. I placed 2 orders and when I ordered it said that the items are in stock and should be delivered in 2 weeks. Because they were gifts I sent an email and asked when they would be delivered but it was said that then all of a sudden it was out of stock. Then I cancelled my orders, ordered from another supplier(where i waited 4 days for delivery) and its almost a month later and still no refunds paid from TradeInn. Everytime I mail them they reply with it takes 24-48 hours for payment with credit card and up to a week for other payment type but we are way past that time frame now. I regret the day I placed an order with them!!!

I bought a lot of hiking hear from their Trekinn website and two items happened to not for me, so I went through the returns process which is pretty straight forward. Since I live in Australia I organised delivery at my considerable cost to send it back to their returns centre. After over a month my package was sent back to me marked "rejected" or something to that effect in Spanish. Although it had the returns number etc and it had reached the returns centre, the package was never opened, but simply returned back to me. What the hell.... And when I contact their customer service email, I was asked for my order number which I had included in the contact form and resent. And then nothing despite repeated requests for a follow up. It has been over 2 months. I think if you are an overseas customer they simply do not do any customer service. Happy to charge you for goods, but screw you on post purchase service on purpose knowing it will be too hard to chase them up.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered a backpack on December 7th and I still don't have it (after 40+ days). They keep sending me a link to track it that DOESN'T WORK and have told me several times, "you will have it soon". I was assured that I would have it a few days after Christmas. Today I waited 2.5 hours to talk to someone in the Chat Box. I was 55th in line. When I had about 8 people in front of me--a message popped up that they were no longer on line. Seriously? I've never seen anything like it. At this point, I just want a refund--but I'm pretty sure I'm screwed. I will NEVER order anything from them again--I hope you do the same.

I purchased a jacket and paid an additional $19 USD for shipping as the website displayed the item would arrive on December 23-24, in time for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, the item had not arrived, and I was forced to rush to several stores on Christmas morning to get a gift for my dad. Tradeinn referenced their return policy and refused to refund my shipping costs to and from. INCREDIBLY DECEPTIVE to charge a customer MORE for shipping, as we are more willing to pay to expedite around the holidays. I was offered 5% off my order for my next purchase, which will never happen from this company again. I urge you to do the same.

Un article commandé sur un site extérieur, réponse de Tradeinn, l'article est en stock vous allez le recevoir aux alentours du 06 janvier. Ne voyant rien arriver j'ai envoyé un mail auquel on me réponds que l'article n'est plus en stock or sur le site l'article est toujours à la vente mais à doublé de prix. Mensonges donc de la part de Tradeinn, je déconseille des menteurs.

Like others, ordered on 14 o december, been told "items shipped on 18 of december" but nothing has come yet and the tracking number issued is a fake. Customer care only copy and paste the same answer for everyone. my hope is paypal can do something, about... but stay away from this scammers!
