Trade Inn delivered the boots I ordered. They were excellent except I had to ask for the tracking number, when they should have provided it upon shipping them. When I messaged they notified me. Thank you Trade Inn we love our purchase! Recommend them.

I ordered my a jacket and jumper back in June.. I just received it a few days ago.. I read reviews after and thought twice about ordering off this website.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the delays probably due to covid and now have my items which I'm extremely happy with.. I think u just need to be patient!!!

items came in perfect condition, only problem was it came 2 weeks late but that doesn't bother me at all, all the fairies on this need to grow some patience

I’ve ordered a half a dozen times through this company. I have seen the negative reviews which inspired me to write of my experience. I’ve purchased Dynafit binding parts, soccer cleats and many bike parts thru tradeinn over the last few years. They always provide tracking but the link never works. However if I message them they have always reply quickly with the tracking number which does work every time when entered manually. I’ve always received everything I have ordered. I’m in Canada. It gets here faster than any of the large UK online bike parts dealers: usually 2 weeks max. I recently had an issue with a pair of hydraulic brake levers. It was a warranty issue and the manufacturer agreed it was warranty but the product had to be returned to the retailer who would then send in for warranty. I had used them for 6 months. I dreaded this, but had no choice. I contacted tradeinn (bikeinn) and they responded within 48 hours advising they would send me a prepaid waybill for DHL and that they would then send the product to the manufacturer. I packed the levers and sent them off. They sent me an email about 10 days later comfirming receipt and advised not to contact them as they would have no info, but they would work with manufacturer and get back to me. 4 weeks passed and nothing. So I did contact tradeinn, stating that it was unusual for this particular brand to be anything but expedient and accommodating with warranty so I should have grounds to inquire on status at that point. They actually replied within about a day and said they would try and find out. I figured I’d hear nothing back and contacted my credit card company to commence a claim but had them put it on hold as I would give the retailer several more weeks to come thru out of goodwill. It was tedious but tradeinn had, thus far, done everything they said they would. Tradeinn sent me an email within 48 hours of the former email to advise that they were sorry and would be refunding my purchase. They said funds would show against my cc within a few days. 3 days later the refund was there. Fine by me. I don’t know. Not great. But certainly pretty good for a huge online retailer of just about anything sporting goods related and pretty deep lines for all products.

I have waited 52 days for item I have ordered. Because of insufficient communication, I got left in the dark. With a bit of investigation, I determined that the silence started the moment the item reached the Country I live in. I eventually received the item in very good order and therefore retract my previous negative review. The postal service in my Country leaves much to be desired. My apology and thank you for the product.

I was cheated out of money I ordered new bike carbon wheels. The product is OK, the delivery time was in accordance with the stated deadline. But... Be careful when ordering anything on invoice as an EU company. Shop doesn't calculate a net price - so you have to pay a gross amount. You then receive a VAT refund, but the amount is calculated by their finance department to your detriment. They have given me too little money, they have not been able to answer my questions clearly for over a week. The customer service is tragic. Respond, but avoid clearly answering straightforward questions - such as how they calculated the amount to be reimbursed. I advise against! I feel cheated!!!

Order elsewhere - I did get my merchandise but it took > 1 month - so it didn't arrive anywhere near the estimated date. Also, they ship from Spain - then they blame their tardiness on "US Customs in Chicago". It isn't worth the few bucks you'll save. Maybe they can blame it on the COVID crisis which happened 6 weeks later.

I ordered scuba diving equipment from TradeInn on Nov. 28/19. They indicated delivery to Canada would be between Dec. 9th and Dec. 12th. I received my package 2 months later (January 30th). I dealt with TradeInn customer support on and off for 6 weeks trying to get an answer on where my missing parcel was. They were polite, but I never really got a straight answer from them on the whereabouts of my parcel. I had given up on them, thinking I was scammed, so I was very surprised when the order finally arrived. The package was badly damaged in shipping, but none of the items I ordered were damaged and all items were exactly as expected. Not sure why this company has "shipping" issues, as is also reflected by so many other bad reviews. I could have given this company 5 stars, had they honored there estimated delivery date or were able to provide me adequate answers when I questioned them about the delivery status.

Don't order from this company, they have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Totally unhelpful, slow to come back to me and refusing to accept their mistake. I have been sent the wrong item and they are refusing to pay the postage return and are asking me to cover the £11.00 to return an item I did not even order. Avoid at all costs

I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Trade in company. Their customer service is practically non-existent. Despite writing several emails to them with numerous questions about their terms and conditions, I never received answers to any of my inquiries. Instead, I received the same generic response repeatedly, stating that there are issues with the equipment I sent and that they require proof of purchase. The item I was trying to sell was given to me a few years ago, and I never used it. How can I ask someone who gave it to me for a receipt? None of the emails I sent were ever signed by a person, and when attempting to call them, they do not introduce themselves and refuse to provide a name if asked. I requested that Trade in return the item to me, but they refused. Essentially, they kept the item without explanation as to the grounds for doing so or demonstrating that they are legally allowed to retain it. This lack of transparency and disregard for customer concerns is highly disappointing and unacceptable.

I placed an order from diveinn website on 23-03-2024. The delivery date appeared on the diveinn website as 13-03-2024. The product still appears to have not been shipped. Even though I contacted the site sales staff many times, the problem persists. The delivery date is constantly postponed. It's like a horror movie. Beware – SCAM products. First of all, please note that this company scores approx. 32% (1.6/5.0) on Trustpilot UK, meaning that the vast majority of its customers are scammed, robbed, overcharged, do not receive products, etc. In my case, an order of hundreds of euros from diving equipment was never delivered. The company refuses to reply, rectify its ‘mistakes’, or simply refund the amount stolen. Worse yet, they sell insurance on their website………….but the insurance company does not reimburse you for so-called ‘lost products’, and claim that this is the responsibility of the trader, i.e., the insurance you pay for has no value whatsoever if the company ‘lose’ your products. It seems like the TradeInn and the insurance company have an agreement to take customers’ money for both products and insurance, NOT deliver the goods, tell you to seek damages from the fake insurance they sell, then keep your money. I have reported the matter to the relevant Spanish authorities and am personally in the process of pursuing legal action against such fraudulent and illegal behaviour. DO NOT purchase online from the company. A little over 3 out of 10 chance you get what you paid for, as independent reviews attest online. I will update this post accordingly in time.

Don't buy anything from this company. It's a scam!!! I bought a fishing rod from this company but received a broken item. I always buy "Route Shipping protection" So I filed a claim for a damaged product but it was denied? How is that possible? I purchased a new rod but received a rod that was broken. Also, I purchased the insurance just in case a situation like this. However, when I explained the situation that rod came broken it was denied for any customer service and said that shipping protection fee was to be refunded back to me. How is this possible? I purchased ahead on the time of purchase, but the insurance purchase will be refunded when I made a claim about the broken rod that I received. I really do not feel this is fair at all and there needs to be something done as i paid for a new rod but received a broken one. I sent so many inquiry about the current situation, but i have not heard anything back. I also requested for a return and refund but they never responded I can't believe that a company this big would provide such poor customer service to avoid responsibility for an $80 fishing rod? Of course I paid for a new product, but if they accidentally send damaged one to customer, shouldn't they allow the customer to return it and get refund? FYI - They said in a previous reply that they were proceed on a refund but they were lying, not a single dollar was refunded. Keep scamming customers for your business thriving !! My order# 45949446

Brought a item over 6 months ago that never arrived, I chased Tradeinn regarding this and kept getting told "it's on its way " . I don't blame Tradeinn for the item going missing in the post but had to send many emails to get a credit . Was told the money will show in my account after they processed my credit, it's been 14 days. Have sent many emails chasing this credit and get the same response " it's on its way !" . Last email told me to check with my bank ??? My wife works for our bank and said there is nothing our bank can do . Tradeinn support staff definitely don't know what's going on . I keep getting the same generic email reply . Have just sent another email trying to get my money . Be warned ⚠️ 🤡 🤡

The order was paid on 28/12 and is still stuck at Spring dcs up to today. Despite sending multiple emails.all I got are with standard delay responses and my request for a refund has been completely ignored. This blatant disregard for customer service and failure to address my concerns is UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE

My experience echos many of the other reviews. I ordered a pair of cycling shoes at the beginning of March and was given a delivery date of between 18-21 March. I kept trying to track the parcel, but it never showed the parcel as being despatched. Tried contacting Tradeinn, but all you get is a robot with prescribed responses. No human interaction. This situation never changed, but then on 21 March my hopes were raised when I got a message saying 'arriving by 8pm'. It was a false dawn. Nothing arrive. Then I got another message saying despatch had been delayed and they would contact when a date is known. They don't deserve any stars. They are a bunch of con men. I don't think they ever had the goods I ordered and paid for. What is disturbing is that they are allowed to trade on the Amazon platform. Come on Amazon get a grip. I have been promised a refund. I'll believe it when it happens.

I bought batteries from Tradeinn. They normally have a shelf life of around 10 years. Tradeinn sent me batteries which had an expiry date of less than 10 months. I will not buy from them again.

I purchased an item in August 2023. You sent the wrong item and I therefore returned with proof of return. I am 6 months down the line and still not been refunded for an expensive purchase of a wrong item you sent me.
