I've felt better since the first day. I'm sleeping better, had WAY less anxiety, and I've been able to better focus throughout the day. I'm loving the technique.

Our in-person instructor Rita, is truly a gifted teacher. She always took time to answered the most to the most far fetched question we asked. She gave us all confidence that TM should be effortless. She followed up with each of us daily and the whole experience both fun and meaningful.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but my teacher John was awesome in explaining each step and put me at ease. Each day, I find new levels of meditation. I think one of the keys is to meditate 2x a day for 20 minutes.

Over the years I have used mindfulness techniques and guided imagery which all have their place. I have found TM to be a unique, effortless and highly effective way to reach a deeper meditative state. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn the technique.

Michael Thune was a wonderful teacher. He took the time to explain the information in a way that we all could understand. He has a calming nature about him. Since taking the class it has helped me relax and go deeper. To stop judging myself for thoughts coming and going. I look forward to more classes and a better understanding as my future with TM grows.

I was a skeptic but no matter how hard my mind tried to fight me on the whole idea that this would work, it’s starting to work. I’ve only been doing it for a little over a week and I was in the worst mental state ever at my first session. Negative thinking is a habit and I am at a point where I feel like my negative thoughts want to pull me back but there’s something else pulling me in the other direction telling and not allowing me to fully listen to the negative thinking. It’s a great feeling. I used to wake up trembling on the inside with fear of just everything. If less than 2 weeks has made this drastic of a change, can you imagine a few more month, years, decades! I actually see a light at the end of the tunnel. My teacher Michael B. Responded quickly when I went the first email requesting information. And he has been so patient with me through the initial 4 meetings when you start. I would cry at every one in fear that this would not work for me. I can’t even imagine that amazing life I have waiting for me and I’m open to receive it all!! I finally found something to look forward to and that will change my life!!

I had a wonderful experience with my local TM teacher. The process was easy and has already greatly impacted my life. I'm so happy that I made this choice for myself. Best decision ever! I honestly came into it a little bit skeptical but was interested in lessening my anxiety and increasing my creativity/sense of inner peace. Both have happened in just a couple of weeks with TM. It has truly been a gift.

So far I like it and I do notice a subtle difference. Helps with relaxation, seems like I process things faster and my sleep with a few exceptions has been better.

I've seen improvement while doing TM in just one week. My thoughts are more clear and less intrusive throughout the day. It feels like my thoughts are now just floating clouds and i identify with them less. I feel more calm throughout the day and more in control of my emotions. I can't wait to see more results.

I was skeptical and then was curious after reading Bob Roth's book Strength in Stillness. Then I found Robert Robinoff, a teacher of Transcendental Meditation. I am grateful to Robert Robinoff for teaching me Transcendental Meditation. He is a wonderful teacher and mentor. Learning Transcendental Meditation was natural and effortless and so fulfilling. For me, Transcendental Meditation has brought energy, clarity, focus, grace, and peacefulness. These gifts (benefits) were felt as soon as I began the technique and have become more bountiful and deeply rewarding with every day.
