It is surprisingly powerful. My teacher was certainly right to warn me not to practice while I am driving a vehicle! And on other matters, as well, he provided excellent advice. And felt privileged to have been taught by him!

I love TM. It intensifies my happiness and gratitude for the life I have every day. I find my thoughts are even sharper than usual. Melody Katz seems like a very nice lady and is a wonderful teacher. One thing I will say is that I signed up because the website said that TM is taught one-on-one. Later, I learned that only the first class was individual. Had I known this, I probably wouldn't have signed up. Nevertheless, I was able to get one-on-one instruction for my four days and I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. To date, I cannot agree that group meditation amplifies my personal satisfaction with the technique. Perhaps this will change. Either way, I think some may really appreciate one-on-one instruction. Also, I love the Palm Beach center. It is attractive and comfortable and is easily accessible. Thanks, TM!

I must say that I’m getting a full nights sleep. Seven to nine hours since I have been practicing TM. I have followed my teachers suggestion to the letter, once In the morning and in the afternoon at least 20 minutes each. I feel good at being consistent with TM. Thanks

I got off to a rocky start with getting the morning meditation routine nailed down but I've gotten into the habit of doing it first thing when I wake up before getting ready for work. The sessions have been going really well but for some reason, during the evening meditation especially, I start to get itchy around my neck area, when I wasn't itchy at all throughout the day prior. I hope it's part of stress release because it's really irritating when it happens and only while meditating! Other than that, I'm enjoying it.

I've been practicing for only 10 days but find that I look forward to each of my 20 min sessions. It leaves me feeling refreshed and energized. The ease of this technique is key for me. Not having to concentrate to quiet my mind makes all the difference.

Everyone should try this technique. It is simple yet immensely powerful. Western science is just learning how the mind-body connection works. This ancient technique can be a powerful tool to avoid many of the modern-day diseases stemming from us trying to control our minds which is counterintuitive. As the mind is already too busy with information overload. TM was highly effective for me to help in freeing my mind and I am incredibly happy with the positive influence it has had on my body. I was unknowingly holding onto stresses in my body which just melted away. I was a skeptic saying I am not sure i have the time as I have too many things to do. But even after taking the time out for meditation I am getting more work done as I dont feel as tired as before, my sleep is better and feel much more stronger overall mentally and physically. Love the technique
