No customer service at all during covid. No phones communication, no response to messages on social media or through their website. 5 months of waiting for a refund and nothing from them at all. I wouldn't mind if they had the courtesy to send me an email to let me know whats happening. Apparently they are too busy but still not busy enough to take new bookings. Did a charge back through my credit card and this terrible company managed to find the time to dispute the charge back. Funny that. Too busy to press the refund button but not busy enough to appeal a charge back. I appreciate that we are in difficult times but there is absolutely no excuse for this when it's clearly evident that the staff had time to communicate with my credit card company. Never booking with this company again.

Holiday on 12th July cancelled. Refund schedule stated would be paid in August. Still no contact regarding refund even after making several requests through online customer support form. Phone lines have been disconnected.

Had holiday booked for 2nd August 2020 got cancelled 29th July and they said I'd have refund in 7 weeks well 7 weeks on and my refund paid in my bank and I've not had to send 1 message as thought I'd give the 7 weeks with all this going on with virus and they would have lots to sort out and they done what they said they were going to do so thanks travel republic and Defford book again with them

I have tried on numerous occasions to contact TR by email since the middle of July, no one to this day has had the decency to reply, they put out a refund schedule, which my refund was scheduled 2 weeks ago, I’ve heard nothing, no refund and no reply to my emails - disgusting way to treat a customer - shall never use this company again and will be urging all friends and family not to use them !,

I would recommend not using travel republic. My holiday in early July got cancelled. I had a email saying I would get the refund by end of August. The end of August come and I got a message saying my card what I used to pay the holiday has expired so they can not give me my refund and someone will contact me in a couple of days time to sort out alternative payment. I checked my card and it has not expired so that's a lie also waited a week and no one emailed me. So i messaged Travel Republic and again waited a week and no reply. So I have emailed them again and still nothing it is has nearly been 3 weeks. You cant ring them as it says they are closed. Travel republic are totally unprofessional so stay well clear as they keep your money.

Been trying to get hold of TR since the beginning of July with no success, I’ve paid for a holiday to Thailand and I’m due to go on weds this week, I’ve not had a single form of communication from them , even though my flight has been cancelled by Singapore airlines which I found out for myself, I honestly have no hope in ever seeing my money again, shocking customer service ,

I’ve been trying to change my holiday since the end of July. I’m being ignored. I have tried contacting the press but I’m only one person. If everyone who has problems contacts watchdog or Martin Lewis then maybe something will get done !!!

i am shocked. tried calling about 30 times. sent support contact forms. still no answer. I want to pay € 3,000 and they IGNORE me. once I had ordered several hotels and always suPer and now I AM DISAPONTED, STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE AND NOBODY CALLS ME !! I am considering going to court Adam

I have travelled with Travel Republic for many years and not had any problems until now. Like everyone on this platform ive been trying to get hold of them since 6th August through customer support. Phones are switched off. They have all my money as I moved my holiday from March and now we won't be going on 16th September. We need someone like Martin Lewis to get involved and find out what is happening or if they have gone bust. 😣

They are still taking money for upcoming America holiday in November Although FCO advice not to travel Other companies have stop taking further payments and refunded the amount paid Travelling on United Airlines from Edinburgh told by an insider they have advised all there Scottish staff not to return to work until next summer timetable 2021 as no flight to from USA until then So what’s happening with the fights Hotel closed full of down and outs And gun lobby no space for tourists If Travel republic know this stop taking the money Wait to see what happens in November when no flights and the USA still in the top ten of cases in the world New York shut down riots shooting looting and all tourist places closed This not 1981 escape from New York film set Escape from covid 2020 more like Where Kurt Russell when you need him Start refunding and listen to FCO travel advice Our insurance companies are watching you travel republic No calls no emails no updates Travel Rubbish rebrand should be k

We’ve been trying to cancel part of our booking for a few weeks now, because one of our party is having treatment, there has been no response whatsoever. Then today I rang the hotel we are booked into to be told they are shut until April 2021, and that they had informed all travel agents of this, but we’ve not been told this by Travel Rebublic 😡. Our hotel is Electra Palace hotel Rhodes, so if you’re booked into this hotel I’m afraid you won’t be staying there. What are people supposed to do.

Shocking display on how not to perform as a business. Agreed there has been a global pandemic but many other travel companies have performed well and kept customers informed. Facebook is not exactly the bezt way to communicate with customers who have been left high and dry. Shut the phone lines, Tape the mail box shut and hide behind Facebook is possibly not the best strategy to follow to please customers. Contact is key and they have failed miserably for well over six weeks with there copy and paste replies. Avoid as this company are a letdown and whoever is in charge of making decisions needs a swift kick up the rear end and a P45.

I've been trying to contact them for over two weeks without any joy about a booked holiday. I've tried both telephone and online without any success. Terrible service when alot of other companies are returning to some sort of normality.

I only gave 1 star cause you have to to write a review😠 This company dont reply to emails or you can no longer contact them about a refund, shocking service to be honest, waiting since June for refund even though on there web page it states I should have had my money back week commencing 3rd August, concerned they will go bust and i will lose £500🤬🤬 If one day the world goes back to normal 😷I vow that the normal will not include booking a holiday with these cowboys ever again

Excellent service from Travel Republic. I had to cancel accommodation booking to Crete due to quarantine restrictions. I messaged them through manage your booking. I got a lovely reply from Claire the next day advising the money we paid would be transferred back into my account within 3-5 working days. Money was back in my account 3 days later. well done Travel Republic 😀😀

10 days to go untill my holiday to Turkey. TR reminded me i had the balance to pay and so we paid. Lucky enough my other half took a look at Brit airways flights and found flight home had been cancled!! Not a word from TR. We have had to re arrange our own flight home. Tried many times to contact them via phone and customer support. Have they pulled the plug? Never again will i use TRAVEL REPUBLIC.

Lufthansa flights to Bodrum for late May booked through Travel Republic I was informed by them that flight was cancelled, no contact since. I contacted Lufthansa direct and was informed that a full refund was forwarded to Travel Republic in June, as far as I am concerned they have stolen my money!

we travel in two weeks time to benidorm ive emailed a number of times and constantly rang only to be told offices are now closed and not one reply to my emails ,, we have had flight time changes that they haven't notified me about so would of turn up late to my flight if i hadn't checked luckily with ryan air there service is a disgrace will never be using these again
