Quickest arrival I have ever had at a hotel. I’m not sure if that’s a good thing. 2 towels in a family of 4 room! When asked for an extra pillow apparently in an entire hotel they have NONE. Sleeping on ONE flat pillow. Only half of a small toilet roll given. Most definitely will be not staying here again when they can’t even accommodate the simple things.

Booked room for 30th June finsbury park area. Paid £133 and then got confirmation that it was booked for 26th. Who's error I'm not sure. Called to amend booking but was told all u have is family room for £180 ish. Your rep was rude. Lost my £133. Have used travelodge for years rivately; and for work. Not happy !

As soon as we got out of the lift you could smell damp, and the upkeep of the room was in no way worth £120 per night

Still waiting in My refund for My horrendous experience in Your so called hotel in Tolworth. Nearly a year and You are still refusing to respond.

damn I don't speak English I went there, the receptionist did the buking for me, it was supposed to be for the same day, she put it a week later, I was almost out of battery, I didn't see the error at the time, I didn't understand why she didn't release the room, but When I got home I realized the mistake but now they don't want to refund my money..

I have been charged for 2 rooms which I didn't mean to book and I cannot get a refund. I feel that your booking system is not clear and being visually impaired, I feel that not be able to get a refund for an innocent mistake is discriminatory. I can't control my visual impairment and do the best I can, but I am human and make mistakes. Thanks, Naomi

The booking experience is archaic when compared to Premier Inn, booking.com etc... it's slow, clunky and I usually have to attempt it multiple times to get it done. At least 50% of the time I end up booking elsewhere.... Also the quality of the hotels ranges from disgusting(Morden) to very good (Covent Garden) but toy don't know until you have experienced the stay. You really need to upgrade your brand damaging hotels... I think the rest of the questions highlight just how poor your IT provider or team are...

The system didnt take my zip code. I tried to use the app but its the same result. To be able to book I needed to re-register for the third time. Last times i booked and visited I had the same issue. Now I have 3 accounts with you.

A lot of bugs on both website and App ... An example : an UK postcode is mandatory on the invoice address, even though you live in France ... If you enter the correct french post code you have an error message and you can't finalyse the booking ... I had to enter à fake UK post code to finally complete my reservation.

So expensive for just 7 days and with prices going up it's just so hard and expensive. Costing me near 700 just for a week as I've been evicted.

Our hotel room was underground and there was a distinct smell of damp. The room had no windows and we were not informed that this would be a possibility when we booked. An absolute rip off at £440 for 2 nights. On the Saturday we had no hot water so had to shower in cold water. Dreadful.

Would not stay there again, Noise from Lorry traffic all night passing by the Lodge and some passing around it to park up.

Even though I paid high price there was no fridge facilities no restaurant breakfast was delivered in box which we cancelled WiFi we cancelled as the pass was not correct 😑 we came from other side off leicester the carpet was sill being fitted we informed the receptionist and the supervisor regarding the window on left hand side like was broken we could hear noise all night even though the supervisor kept agreeing there wasn't wrong and they have some one looking though out night for safety I got up several times during night there was no one, the bathroom required updating, room had several issues bathroom door didn't have to hang your clothes no ironing facilities I have been several different hotels they where very nice and all the facilities where better at same price
