Advertise reasonable prices that very often are not available and booking on the internet is a nightmare.

I wasn’t able to stay in allocated room as carpet was dirty not habitable room I had to go to Premier Inn instead as Travelodge was fully booked so I am expecting a refund I did speak to customer services I am waiting for a refund please

Very disappointed as declined my voucher code for bluelight or carer discount code either.Also kept telling me hotels where booked once I found and went to pay. Was not impressed

Booking was a nightmare, booked one room for two people for three nights. After trying to select extras the booking had doubled to two rooms for four people at double the price. When trying to go back and correct the booking it then tripled the booking instead! I ended up having to book using another device and it was only by deleting all the cookies on the first device that I was able to clear the checkout.

I have been trying since early afternoon (29/06/2023) to manage my booking at the London Central Tower Bridge Travel Lodge (Booking reference 1568331251) as I had to travel home due to a medical emergency. The telephone system cut my out without an operator on several occasions. I did speak to someone eventually who directed me to the website to amend the booking. Again I have had no success and stand to lose £173.00 which i really can ill afford. I am frustrated, dissappointed and quite angry at the poor level of service and would appreciate somebody from customer service to assist.

The problem was that I could not pay via your payment system as it would not accept my postcode. I had to use paypal. Can you look into why your system rejects my correct postcode? Belgium 1950. Paypal got it right.

Rang to ask about early check in before 3pm and very vague. Not helpful and unclear if I can at least drop luggage. Not feeling optimistic about the stay

Total rip-off. 150 percent increase from the night before. Just because it is a popular weekend you are cashing in to the point of pure greed. But no doubt you won’t reply to this email.

Awful smell and condition of the room. The rooms are very dated. My room was located by the car park there were a lot of people that left the hotel in the early hours. I was woken up at around 6 by people who were talking in the car park and starting the vans. I also had a rough night because of a dog that was barking and could also hear the person moving the room above me. Did not sleep well at all on the day I travelled up or back down which was 5 hour drive. Really disappointed.

The lift was not working had to go up 4 flights of stairs with luggage staff were very apologetic.. not their fault and were offering to carry luggage however this cannnot be good for staff wellbeing either

After a glitch in your website that change the dates on my booking when i went to change the bed type, i went to to ammend the bookin through manage my bookins and it showed two bookins i went to remove one and turned out it cancelled instead of ammneding. I explained this to customer services and was then told they could not help me or change the date because it had to be the exact amount that i was billed for. I offered to pay extra for the date i wanted and was denied that opportunity to pay £60 more for the same room. I trolled through the website and there was no matching price dates up to December 2023 for the orginal price i paid . Your terms and conditions trumped an error in your bookin system and i am now outnof pocket. Absolutely shameful.

Bluntly refused to change the booking 2 mins after doing online and putting the wrong date in. Simple error as booking was an emergency same day need. Couldn’t change date or even amend to any other TL hotel. Poor and will never use again. Slept in the car! Anyone want a room tonight?

Absolutely disgusted that after making a booking online I then went to amend the booking as I realised I needed a twin room and not a double and was charged a £10 admin fee to do so. Then I had to amend again due to my dates changing and on top of an increase in the room rate of £49, I was charged another £10 admin fee. No paperwork exchanges, no human contact... just fleecing a regular customer for £10 at every amendment....shame on you

Very dated. Toilet didn’t flush very well. Bed uncomfortable and rolled into the middle of the bed.

One of the worst and dirtiest places!!! The floor was dirty and not cleaned, there was vomit in the sink and the bathroom was unusable, and the water was cut off. Also, there were blood stains in the bedspread!! Customer service does not answer calls. Their only business is to take your money and then ignore you.
