Never use this this website to book flight! I requested a refund for a flight and they said estimates refund amount is 700 dollar. I was happy with that so I decided to process it. However I got back only 460 dollar, with NO explanation. I emailed them and got the answer that it is the cancellation fee from the airline. But from the beginning to the end of the refund process they didnt tell me about it at all. They said that's now they have informed me so they hope I understand. Cant believe they have this terrible service and the lack of customer protection.

Hi, The traveloka website was easy to use, but didn't reflect citilink airline policy. I paid extra luggage for my surfboards, only to be told at the citilink counter I should pay a sports equipment fee. Traveloka don't state this on their website and tell me they can't refund the extra luggage fee I paid but could not use. Their responses were short, dismissive and reflect poor business etiquette. Never again will I book through them.

Traveloka is a scam. The worst platform ever use. They took 3 hours to response a flight re-schedule, and by the time i made payment they took another 3 hours to response during the mid night. By the time, the price has gone up and they request for more additional charges. Stranded in overseas, i had to booked another flight, lost of another ticket worth plus a business opportunity thanks to traveloka! Beware of their fake advertisement saying "easy re-schedule". I will never use them ever again and they should shut down the company.

Do not use Traveloka, they gave me completely different flights to what I had ordered, different dates, and different times. Additionally, they want me to pay 1.3 million dong for rescheduling to the original tickets that I had bought, even though the problem was entirely because of their website. So unless you want to be scammed do NOT use this travel company.

This is bad experiance from travelokal.. by tiket for 4 person 1 adult 2 chill 1 is infan..fill in form tralvelokal for the chill and infan can not key in the birth of date because bellow 12 y old only name and pasport no can key in, after buy the tiket and go to airline counter to print the e-tiket to check the detail, when check the detail found date of birth for chill and infan wrong key in.. many time contact travelokal operator.. can not change the date antill now depatual april 17, 2023.. so when i cancel the tiket and refun the money, travelokal return half the price to me.. iam asking to operator why i recive half price this is not my foult.. your side wrong keyin the detail.. the operator can not answer.. this is very very bad service from this agensi.. if you want money just asking to everyone we want donatetion to our company.. dont do like this.. i dont trust this company anymore..

Advertising prices well below other booking agents for same dates, but when you go onto the site to book the price is increased immediately.

STOP USING TRAVELOKA. Terrible services & like scammers. Bought return flights from this website. Throughout my life, I never encounter MAS Airlines does not include baggage for any of their ticket. Before my departure, I realised its 0kg and when checked with Traveloka they blamed that is the airlines offers. I called MAS airlines to find out and to my shocked, they said the traveloka selected the "RESTRICTED TICKET" offer which does not include anything in order to bring down the ticket price. Upon checking add baggage from traveloka its RIDICULOUS, for 20KG it cost MYR985.71 versus from the MAS airlines website site which is 20KG at THB3780. Its 50% profit for TRAVELOKA.

WARNING, DO NOT TRUST TRAVELOKA AT ALL. Worst company to ever book anything... Super bad and slow service. Requested for reschedule, all they do is kept asking me to wait and wait till cannot wait and I have to book another flight to fly off... then when ask for refund, rejected immediately....

Booking flight gara” tidak ada nama belakang, dan minta ganti nama, tidak di gantikan Alhasil 2 tiket harus rugi sekitar Rp.800.000 idr Benar benar tidak masuk akal, cuma 5 menit setelah di book, dan minta bantuan ganti nama aja butuh 800k

I recently booked a hotel in kk with a sea view room 2 weeks before the actual day. On the day when I checked in, i was given a city view. My email did mention i booked is the sea view but the hotel booking system only mention city view. Complaint to the hotel receptionists and they said the booking error is from “ Traveloka “ and they can’t do anything about it. I’m very disappointed that i paid for the sea view prices and only to get city view room in which the price difference from sea view to city view is $126rm for 2 nights

You pay them, then wait for hotel to confirm the reservation and Traveloka customer service never gives a straight answer. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible service, wrong information and cheap excuses from the customer service. I booked a flight from Bangkok to Luang Prabang and back and had to reschedule the flight due to unforeseen circumstances. I informed customer service the day before that I had to reschedule the flight, they didn't come back until the next day. When calling me back they could not let me know the price for the change. I waited another 2 hours until they sent me an email that the system had a problem and that I had to wait another hour. After this I received a mail with the price confirmation for the change of 143,75 $, before being able to make the change they called me to inform me that the price is 9800 THB ( more expensive then the whole ticket just to change one way) during the same call they apologized informing me that the correct price is 143,75 $. When trying to process the payment on the system it did not go through since the system blocked it. I called customer service again and they told me that the price had increased again to 9800 THB because I didn't proceed the payment on time - but this was due to the non-working system. When I told them I didn't accept this price increase because I could not perform the payment on time due to their system they said that this was a policy if Lao Airline due to the NO SHOW - but on the Traveloka page they show under rescheduling conditions that I can change the flight until today until 7 pm. I just received another email that they insist on charging me 9800 THB to change the flight for one way ( note that this is almost the roundtrip price)- 5 minutes later I received another mail generated by the system saying that the price to change the flight is 143,75 $. Again, if I try to pay - it does not go through. I also want to mention that I booked a flight for my colleague separately through Lao Airlines and I could change the ticket 2 times without any cost and in less than 10 minutes! BRAVO Lao Airlines for such great and flexible service. I am still discussing with Traveloka to receive the price they have confirmed in two emails in writing 143,75$ I have booked very often with Traveloka, but this is definitely the last time.

On 13 september 2022, i purchased a ticket from Ho Chi Minh city to Phnom Penh, the airline is called Lanmei airline. A few days after, that the airlines cancelled my flight by themselves, they said it is due to operational issue. Until now, i do not get refund yet and i already ask both Traveloka and Lanmei airline about this but it does not really helpful, Traveloka said the refund process can be up to 90 days, shorter or longer and they are not sure when i can get refund. Be careful guys, doing business with Traveloka and Lanmei airlines will only waste your time and money, i do not know what they do with our money in that 90 days, they are not bank and they should not keep our money for that long....ironically, it only needed 1 hour to fly and 10 minutes to purchase the ticket but 90 days to refund money that is not theirs. I only wished i can get second chance to buy ticket from another airline and from another website. so many thing are wrong. I have issues with login, and payment. Everytime I login, I have to select "Forget Password" , then I have to create a new password. Also, the website doesn't accept 2 of my credit cards. I talked to the customer service, but their replies are so strange and tread me like I'm a criminal. Because of that issues, I search other places and find cheaper prices. Thank you.

If I could give them zero I would, We downloaded Traveloka over 3 years ago,we supplied everything for the app, all our personal details all verified, 2 credit and debit cards, 1 from New Zealand and 1 from Australia, both verified by our banks from both countries, we own a Villa in Bali and need to top up electricity PLN token, very small payments about 30 USD, Everytime we go to use our loaded credit cards they are blocked by Traveloka our banks say payment verified with a sms message to our phone we comfirm it. We then spend the next 4 to 5 hours on Traveloka message app to sort out , everytime they say will contact fraud card services, then they come back a few hours later for my passport again holding up a statement in front of mirror stating this true and correct, then they ask me to take another photo of credit and debit cards showing the last 4 digits, after about another hour they will unblock the cards for few hours and then block again, we go over this same process every time, stay away from Traveloka if you have a overseas debit or credit card, I have fully removed the Traveloka app and will never deal with them again due to wasting so much of my life.

super dissappointed with Traveloka. I have been using Traveloka for years!! I have made booking and successfully made payment for my flight. I have also received email stating that my payment is successful and my eticket will be issued within 30 minutes. And suddenly i received cancellations of booking just because there is a change in prices. How unprofessional!! You cancel my booking without consulting me! Not even a courtesy call or an email! And when I call your your company, I was dismay that your customer service is operating from home!! And she just said as a matter of fact that nothing can be done. My booking that was confirmed has to be cancelled because of price change . I am not at fault but I was penalised. Is this how Traveloka runs the business?? I do not wish ro share my unfortunate incidents but will do so if I have no choice!! The family of the 2 passengers that are supposed to fly tomorrow have travelled all the way from jawa timur to jakarta to pick them up. They are poor peasant from Indonesia privince. 1 of them have to be home urgently as her mother is very sick. Hope she makeit in time to see her dying mum! I have made a booking and lock in at the price given and suddenly i received cancellations of booking just because there is a change in prices. How unprofessional!! Suddenly Traveloka cancel my booking and wanted to make a refund because there was a sudden change in price. 5. No one from Traveloka bother to get in touch with me or to consult me before making the cancellation 6. It is very dissappointing that such a well known travel agency is running a business in this manner I believe if this is being brought up to the media or the the authority, it will not bring a good name to your brand. We booked a flight through them and had to change it due to unforeseen circumstances. When we called we picked a new flight, agreed to pay a fee, they said it was complete and we were good to go. 8 hours later we receive a call saying there’s only 1 seat on the flight and that we would have to pay quadruple what we agreed to earlier. This obviously was unacceptable because it we had already closed the deal earlier only for them to come back and try to leverage us into completely different terms. Also there is 2 of us so 1 seat isn’t an option. Basically what happened was they had said everything was complete but they are incompetent and waited 8 hours to contact the airline and when they finally did, other people had already booked the seats. To add insult to injury they refused to refund our money. They are the ones that made the mistakes but their customer service thought it was fair for us to bear the consequences of their failures. Buyer beware, this is a predatory company
