Ordered 2 items on 29/4, mastercard charged on 30/4 and now after 16 days no delivery. 6 Mails send and no response. Next step is reporting to Mestercard which will close their account. This is very unsatisfatory.

Originally tried ordering through their finance which failed, however, I had the cash so I spoke with someone from the shop about my order who advised to just re-do my order. Eagerly anticipating my bike it was past the first date of delivery so I enquired about my order progress. It was with me chasing that the shop then let me know that they had sold out of the bike and that they cannot get it till August. Why was I told to re-order a bike that they had no stock of?! Instead of acting professionally and offering a solution to a customer they made no effort and just refunded my money and canceled my order. Very poor customer service

Unacceptable behaviour of taking money for bikes they do not have and probably will not be able to get. Avoid.

Recieved bike and first ride out the chain snapped, I have emailed and sent pictures and have had no reply

Commande 124408 (WEB124408) faite le 7 avril, nous somme le 10 mai et jamais reçue. J'ai envoyé deux messages et ne répondent jamais. Quelle déception !

The status of my order is 'in picking' since the 18th of April. I've wrote multiple times to know the problem and if I could do something to solve it, but I didn't received any answer!

First i bought an E bike on Triton, when i get the Kona bike there was a missing piece on the frame. I explained it to Triton and finnaly get neither answer about it nor piece. After this i get a warranty problem with the Bosch engine, it was a warranty problem (1 month after that we get our bike). Triton said us to see with a french bosch pro shop. It was maid bosch change the engine for free but we get a bill from the french shop and Triton never wanted to paid this bill. The after-sales service is not good at all ! I don't recommand to buy something at Triton. Après achat d'un vélo, 1 pièce manquante jamais envoyée par le magasin. Un mois après l'achat nous avons eu un problème de SAV avec le moteur. Triton nous dit de voir avec un magasin français. Ce magasin GUIL E BIKE (05) a traité le problème avec Bosch. Moteur changé gratuitement mais facture du magasin français envoyée a Triton jamais remboursée. N'achetez pas chez Triton et merci à Guil e bike. Fabien.

bonjour, suite la commande du CYCLEOPS BÂTON DE TÉLÉCHARGEMENT SANS FIL ANT+, mon PC ne détecte pas la clé et aucune installation ne s'effectue, est-ce normal ? Je ne vois pas de différence avec ou sans. Merci pour votre retour

Ordered an item on 3 April that was listed on website as in stock and ‘Usually dispatched within 24 hours’ but still no update. No answer to phone calls or emails. I know the climate is tough at present but there are reviews here saying items have been delivered internationally quickly. It’s not a time to let up on customer service and interaction.

Order WEB124623 Hello in a previous letter I asked you where my order is because you were not able to give me the tracking number and you do not answer me, yet you say you are open on your site. if you don't answer me tomorrow april 17th 2020 i will create a dispute on paypal and i will go on the internet to tell everyone how bad you are Order WEB124623 we are on april 29 and you still haven't answered me and i still haven't received my order why are you so bad you took my money and i got nothing it's theft

No customer service. Order a single bolt on 5th, didnt ship until the 12th and I'm still here waiting for it to turn up. Tried to call and email but no answer. First time buyer and appreciate the times we are in but no answer to any communication is not something that makes me want to rebuy any time soon.

Commande passée avec le produit en stock une fois payé le produit apparait comme out off order avant plusieurs semaines. J'ai envoyé 3 mails pour avoir des informations et qu'on annule ma commande si c'était le cas après 3 mails en 10J 0 réponse. Je comprends que la situation soit particulière mais à ce moment la si on ne peut au moins avoir un service client pour répondre on refuse les commandes.

Sent the wrong size tyre Then had the cheek ask me to return it using my money Then decided i could return at the post office (am in lockdown and not going anywhere) Maybe if staff concentrated....
