I ve bought a kit for bleed vtt brakes last Friday, I have paid 7 euros for transport we are Friday and I wait !!!! I wrote yesterday to Triton to know when I can have my kit they said wait until 5 or 7 days, there s no answer if I want to follow my command!!!!

Very poor service, failed to post items..and lost £200 sale, totally unprofessional, doesn’t respond to emails...makes repeated excuses and expects people to wait around on of chance of a delivery day after day. Find a better service provider

ordered 2 x trp spyre pad retaining pins costing £8 total on the 17th of January 2020, phoned up a week later and the guy on the phone didnt know where they were and seemed to imply that they had gone missing?? then said he would post them again?? i dont think they were posted the first time, still waiting for them 10 days later NOT HAPPY

Very disappointed in relation to postage and communications there off. I ordered a pair of shoes that were in stock on Sunday the 29th of December 2019. They said the item was in stock it also said at check out that this would be a next day delivery, It is therefore presumed that Monday 30th would be a normal working day the item would be picked packed and shipped with an expected delivery of Tuesday 31st of December 2019. This transpired not to be the case as on Friday 3rd January 2020 having contacted the store it wasn’t clearly determined whether the item had been dispatched or not, I was informed that they had only returned back to work on Thursday 2nd of January 2020 which is quite acceptable as it was the festive period, however there were no opening hours on the website for this period so this cannot be proved or disproved nor was it immediately obvious to customers shopping. Now Monday, the 6th of January 2020 and the item still hasn’t arrived nor are there any tracking details available for this item to myself. I myself run a business with an online service, I too have closed for a number of days during the Christmas period however at all times it is perfectly clear to my customers what days I am open and at what times, and when I dispatch items and I claim it is next day it does indeed arrive next day with full tracking details for the customer both by means of text and email, I also have confirmation of arrival times and who it is signed by. I’m sure I’m a smaller business than Triton Cycles but If I can manage it then I feel that others should be able to do the same, likewise I do full international shipping also. It is fair to say that I am very disappointed with the time frame considering the item was a small box and shouldn’t have presented any problems. I only wish now that I had purchased them from my local cycle shop as I would’ve had them last week, this was the whole purpose of using Triton cycles on this occasion, as they said they had the item in stock and offered a next day Postal Service. My Mistake.......

Hi Dean, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your order. We were closed over the Christmas break, we added our opening times to three pages on the site. I'm sorry that you missed this and assumed we'd be open. Your order confirmation email also has an estimated delivery date window again i'm sorry to hear you missed this. The meta title on the product page says usually dispatched within 24hours this would be on a normal week day when our couriers are working and offering a full service which isn't the case over the festive/new year period. We're now back up and running with a full service and working through all the orders placed in our sale. There may be a few days delay in getting things out, but rest assured we are working through this as quickly as possible.

Délai de livraison non respecté , toujours pas reçu mon vélo depuis 3 semaines ... Le vélo est en stock il devait être expédié sous 24 h !!!! Pas d informations , je déconseille ce site .

Items advertised as being in stock that are not, deliveries cancelled, this has happened both times I have used them, not good enough.

TLDR: I ordered a t-shirt on 6th December 2018 and it didn’t arrive until 1st March 2019, that’s 85 days for delivery or 67 working days according to Triton’s opening times and Christmas break. I ordered a Trek-Segafredo t-shirt as a Christmas present for my nephew on 6th December 2018. It was showing in stock when I ordered it and I’d been told an expected delivery date of 10th - 14th December but when it hadn’t arrived by 21st December, I thought I’d chase it up. At this point I’m told that I should have received an email from their warehouse (which I hadn’t) explaining that they’re sold out but that new stock is due in on 31st December if I’d like to wait or I could cancel my order. Not a massive problem for me, I wasn’t seeing my nephew until after Christmas anyway, so I accepted their apology and waited for the new stock to arrive. Well, all of January came and went with no delivery from Triton and no correspondence from them either so I emailed them again on 30th January asking if there was any update. I was told that the t-shirt was on pre-order (even though the stock was apparently due a month earlier) and would be with them on 4th February, again I was told I could wait for the delivery or cancel my order if I wanted to. At this point I should have picked up on how keen they appeared to be for me to cancel my order but having waited this long I decided that I’d stick it out and told them that I’d wait but asked that since they were getting it on the 4th, would it be reasonable for me to expect it on the 5th or 6th of February. There was a tiny glimmer of decent customer service here and I was told that they’d put it on a next day delivery service at no extra cost to me. Well surprise surprise, the 5th and 6th of February came and went with no delivery from Triton. When it got to 27th February, I emailed them yet again to ask where my order, from what was now the previous year, had got to, especially as it was showing in stock on their website. I was told the following day that it would be in stock in the early part of the next week (w/c 4th March) and that it would be sent on a next day service for me. Having been told that they had no stock until the following week, imagine my sheer amazement when I got an email from their courier, DPD, informing me that they would be delivering my order on 1st March. Well, much to my surprise, DPD actually delivered it this morning. To be clear, the product is exactly as ordered, was well packaged and was competitively priced, but, and this is a really big but, I had to wait for 85 days from the point of order to when it actually arrived and I had to send 5 emails chasing my order. At no point did Triton voluntarily get in touch with me to keep me updated and the only apology I ever received was in their very first email despite the fact that every anticipated delivery date was incorrect (including when I finally got it). Now I’m sure everyone at Triton is actually a really nice person and I certainly have nothing against any individual there, but it really does seem like the company is poorly run, lies are told to hold customers off and they should really re-evaluate whether they are suited to selling products online.

I did order two trek remedy pivot bolts M10x1x18 and received M10x1x21 instead. I can't use the bolts and I am still waiting for an answer to my email request to the customer service.

Parcel delivery by DPD poor. Was alerted with my one hour delivery slot a minute or two before it arrived and unsurprisingly I was out .

Hi Neil, Having looked into your order i can see we dispatched your order within two working days of it being placed and DPD attempted delivery the following day. I'm sorry to hear DPD let you down on this occasion. Normally DPD are very good and do still offer one of the best delivery services in the UK. Having looked into this with DPD. They sent you the delivery notification at 8:45am and then attempted delivery at 9:05am. In this instance it seems you were one of the first deliveries of the day, it's unfortunate you were out and it caused a delay in you receiving your shoes. Hopefully this isn't a reflection on our service and hasn't put you off shopping with us in future. Kind Regards Triton Cycles

Very poor orp horn, particularly the orp extension Bought one last year and soon the extension tip snapped off inside the horn. I sent it back not knowing what the problem was and orp told me it was my fault. So bought a new one - it wasn't replaced under guaruntee. That worked ok but got stole as left on bike so as not to fiddle with connection. On 2nd May ordered a new one which I now take off the bike once or twice a week when parking bike in an "at risk" area of town. Have been very gentle, but lready the extension, probably as now need regular disconnection every few days, it only works with one noise - not obviously broken however. I want to love this horn, but poor quality extension and lack of free replacement when first one broke mean I have wasted about £170 now. Also Triton shop only seem to respond to my emails when I phone up and chase them

Seht schlechte Kommunikation – mangelhafte Verpackung Da einige Positionen meiner Bestellung nicht auf Lager waren verzögerte sich die Bestellung um knapp einen Monat! Der bei der Bezahlung vorhergesagte Liefertermin wurde nicht eingehalten. Anstelle der bereits verfügbaren Teile zu senden wurde die Bestellung über Wochen festgehalten. Das Beste war jedoch: Über den Lieferverzug wurde ich nicht informiert! Erst auf Nachfrage wurde mir die Verzögerung mitgeteilt. Schlussendlich wurden die Teile mit großer Verspätung geliefert. Verpackt waren diese in einer einfachen Plastiktüte – glücklicherweise haben die Teile den Versand schadlos überstanden.

Hi Jason, I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with the service we've provided. Having looked into your order i can see that supplied you the correct cable guide as you'd ordered and delivered it within 3 days of you placing your order. Our image shows an inch of cable and sheath entering the cable guide for illustration purposes. However this isn't included and we don't mention this is included. Having looked through your email correspondence i can see you'd assumed this was included, i'm sorry for the confusion and i've our asked for this to be photoshopped out. they marked a product i urgently needed as in stock. It was not. I ordered on a saturday, called to chase on tuesday, was told it would ship that evening. called again to chase the next day and was told unapologetically it was not in stock and never was. To late to get from anywhere else without heavy delivery charge. think they should have paid this charge for me. no apology issued. My first purchase with them. wont buy anything again. terrible customer service. could have kept me with a modicum of decency.

As a first time customer I used triton as they carried a particular Bontrager product. Ups made a shipping error - I contacted triton to arrange a refund of the shipping costs with ups; they refused. Simply put there are other online providers who will give you a better experience. Chain reaction / merlin or my personal favourite, bike components.de I won’t use them again.

Hi Richard, I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service we provided on your order. Having looked into your order i can see we dispatched your saddle within 2 business days. Sadly UPS misrouted your item which did add an extra day to the delivery schedule . I apologise for any inconvenience this caused, we have taken this up directly with UPS. As we already subsidise the shipping to Switzerland heavily we are unable to offer a refund on the shipping costs. Once again i'm sorry, we didn't meet your expectations on this order. Hi Carl, I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with the service we provided on this order. Having looked into your order, i can see your order was placed before the Easter bank holiday. We were extremely busy before the Easter weekend and we were closed from Thursday to Tuesday for Easter which did cause a few delays to orders. I apologise for this, having looked through your order history all previous orders you've placed have been dispatched within 24 hours. So hopefully you will understand this is not our normal service. Ordered and paid for a tyre online and was expecting it between 6-9 days after purchase (lengthy delay) Tyre didn’t turn up and website said order was “in picking” so I called after 11 days. Was told I’d get a call back shortly but didn’t. I had to call back after another 2 days only to find out the tyre wasn’t and still isn’t in stock !! Cancelled and requested a refund for my order. Shocking service.
