“I’d been looking for a VE Day mug for my son. I spotted yours on line and liked the design. I wasn’t sure it would arrive in time for Christmas but it came on time - Tuesday and it was well wrapped to protect it in transit. I was pleased to see it was not wrapped in plastic but biodegradable materials. Thank you!”

“Very pleased to find a set of steak knives on their website which was out of stock on the Robert Welch website at the time. Ordering was easy, I received confirmation straight away and within a couple of days the packaged arrived secured packed. I'm very pleased with my purchase, a small pleasure in a uncertain world.
