Bad place to find reviews as most aren't genuine as I have found out to my expense a number of times. Be warned, do not use trustpilot for reputable reviews.

This site was already flagged saying some reviews have been written by trustpilot employees. What freebies do they get from companies reviewed.

Misleading sales person, the sales representative call me several times and try to persuade me to try their paid service, I was wandering and not want to,and said the free version works for us, and then he said we can offer you 60 days pro trial and only charge $300.00, after that if you don't like it, you can go back to free version, yet after 60 days, he said I must choose paid lite version $300 per month for one year. This company is not reliable, and not trust able, never use it. not recommended.

Trust Pilot deleted my honest review. Perhaps Trust Pilot are corrupt or dishonest.

I wrote an honest appraisal of Clockwork removals and how they stole my families possessions and they did not publish it. If they are paid by the companies, they have a conflict of interest?

I actually thought the company was legit until I found out my negative review of a company called Leatherotics was removed. I noticed this years later, I don´t really actively use the website. It made me angry though so I posted another, again it was disputed and I was asked to provide a proof that I was a genuine customer of the aforementioned company which I did. However, they insisted since the proof of purchase was older than 12 months they still wouldn´t let the deleted review back on. Obviously, I stopped the communication right there. I have better things to do than to argue with a corrupted company AFTER I provided a proof of purchase. Trustpilot is just a pathetic fake. Would never use it again.

Trustpilot not really trusty, it is more for companies not for customers. This is why,I was looking for a web hosting and finally I found some good companies (suspiciously 100%) so I went for one of them sign in all good but I had several issues with the company Krystal Hosting so I did review them bad as they kick me out of the service returning my money without even ask for it, I was really frustrated so I did rate them badly, rude customer service. etc. SO I did review them after that, the company contacted me and its COO offering me free months with the condition to take my review down I refused as I am not a liar. Then the Krystal Hosting wrote a a review saying that I didn't want to sort the issue and Trust pilot flagged me arbitrarily, I did contact them and they still don't talk any action, bearing on mind that I have and I did provide proof emails and the chat logs with this company. Trustpilot no more, they are not even close to reality.

Bad communication. You can receive their email, but you will never get reply from them. Really bad communication.

I recently joined a website called 'Secret Benefits', a dating site. When I complained on Trustpilot that many of the profiles on this dating site were fake, Secret Benefits objected to my review and asked for confirmation that I was a member. I provided this confirmation to Trustpilot, who promptly deleted my review!! Secret Benefits pursue an active policy of protesting against negative reviews. Trustpilot should protect consumer rights to state their opinion. They have failed to do so in this case.

The customer service from Julie and Phil @Cookes Furniture Store in Erdington has been second to none. Julie made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. A big thank you to both of them.

Trust Pilot are contravening their own guidelines by not making negative reviews visible during thier investigation period. Although visible via their own search. When reviews are accessed via the merchants (Weedsupermarket)own referral to Trustpilot the review isn't visible.

Trustpilot confirmed online comments which indicated a vendor can have negative comments removed by paying the review site. They withheld my review of Gearbest.com because I missed providing some information of the transaction. They said, "Thanks for reviewing gearbest.com on Trustpilot. gearbest.com has reported your review because they don't believe you've had a genuine buying or service experience. Reported reviews are temporarily moved offline. We’d like to verify your experience so we can put your review back online. Help us do that by sending documentation showing your buying or service experience with gearbest.com. All you need to do is: Find your order confirmation, invoice, delivery report or proof of service with gearbest.com. The documents should show: the name of the business, your name, the date, and a reference number. See more here. Send your documents by replying to this email. We accept forwarded emails from gearbest.com, screenshots of user registration/profile or similar, and pdf attachments. ... When we receive your documentation, we’ll review it and get back to you. " Almost two weeks and no response. On the surface it would appear that Gearbest must pay Trustpilot some decent money. That being said, there are plenty of other negative reviews of Gearbest that appear on Trustpilot's site. Not sure why they are still suppressing my legitimate review.

On Trustpilot, a certain online business has a rating of 7.4/10. The owner of this business has just been sentenced to one year of prison for fraud. Most positive reviews on Trustpilot are forged. Truspilot was alerted many many times. It never reacted.

I am not an employee nor was one , this Dennish company is an Industrial platform scam which uses to promote the services of companies such as Chinese shops rather let the buyers post their objective experiences.

Used Trust Pilot before using a Travel Agent with 8.2 rating! Disaster as I lost almost £5500 when tickets didn't arrive before flight and they refused refund! Turns out Trust Pilot are full of FAKE 5* reviews all with similar wording.

Posted a negative review of a debt collection agancy I had tried to employ. They responded with a libellous post which included my name and most of my address. They also sent their bully boys round to frighten my wife so I took the review down. Trust pilot refuse to do anything about this and continue to publish positive reviews about this company. All my queries to trustpilot met with the same "Review is closed" email. Not to be trusted at all.

truspilot are part of scam. They blackmail businesses to become paid members and once you are a member, then you are allowed to push down negative reviews as a business. This is against the ethics and code of conduct of a reviews site. There are scammers out there who produce fake reviews and on the back of those reviews, they get to scam more innocent people. One such company is 247 home rescue. I recently put a review against 247 home rescue and provided truspilot with a proof of purchase. Within matters of minutes, they put it on hold under the name of investigation if the reviews was in accordance with their user guidelines. This allowed the scam business to put fake positive reviews so that the negative reviews is not seen on page one. It is impossible to convince customers to post 10s of 5 star reviews in a matter of minutes. Trustpilot are part of the scam!! Don't trust their reviews.

Trust Pilot are bullies!! They have set up a review of our website which we did not ask for, and has filled it with bad reviews from people who are'nt even our customers!! To counteract this we started sending our customers there to leave reviews, and every one that was positive got removed. They have phoned us on numerous occasions trying to pressure us into opening an account, and when asked what happened to our good reviews they come up with ridiculous excuses. Its getting to the point now we have no choice but to sign up just to get good reviews as well as the bad reviews. No one is policing them and this has to stop. Its extortion.
