“No matter what they say, it is a totally dishonest website. Several of my reviews that were totally valid and legitimate were automatically removed by their so called software. When I provided them the evidence, they never came back. Shame on them!”

“Not Trustable. It is interesting, if You write a good review You don't have to prove anything for them (so companies can trick their customers to write good reviews, like winning or paying for their reviews), but when You write a bad review, You have to have evidence and You have to provide it also.”

“So far, we’ve only found your service to be a problem. You consistently remove valid customer reviews and leave the business with zero recourse. You don’t even have the decency to inform the customer that you’re removing their review so they have an opportunity to comment. We’ve reach out multiple times ans it’s become evident that you don’t care but literally advertise about your ethical “trustworthy” approach but in practice it seems to be quite the opposite. Long story short, BUYER BEWARE. TrustPilot has zero concern about your business, your customer, or how detrimental it’s practices are for both! When you seek their help you’re either ignored or sent a canned email explaining something that’s has no bearing on the situation. It seems no matter what you do you’re just keep in this loop with zero resolutions. I’ve given 1 star because zero wasn’t an option.”

“Trust pilot remove views for money from dodgy companies. We sent everything to them proving we dealt with super 1 investment and they still remove the review on the request of super1. funny how they never remove fake reviews”

“I left a genuine negative review for an Energy company and within minutes my review was removed. I'm also unable to log back into my Trustpilot account. I can prove I was a customer of the energy company. I read the reviews on here from people who experienced the same thing and I'm not really surprised. It makes total sense that Trustpilot and businesses would be in cahoots. Sooner or later it will back fire. As for Trustpilot, I will never trust or use them again.”

“Trustpilot allow a scam organisation like Alphafxc to have fake 5 star reviews. I originally thought this meant Alpha were a kosher organisation. Alphafxc is now a recognized scam by European and Australian governments and financial organisations but only because people such as myself who have been scammed by them provided factual detailed reports of their fraudulent, criminal behaviour. Trustpilot is therefore supporting criminal behaviour. The internet gets more dodgy by the minute.”

“I left a Negative review for Premier Property Lawyers /PPL like many other people, it seems that PPl have someone working full time in trying to remove these legitimate reviews (rather than having any staff to actually do their conveyancing work !) and like many of these reviews Trustpilot remove them leaving a higher positive rating than the company actually should have thus making the leaving of reviews pointless as this is now a fake rating of PPl /Premier Proprty lawyers. If Trustpilot cannot be trusted to show true reviews then they should not be hosting such a service ! !”

“From time to time I do simple reviews just to help others. Sadly no more trustpilot after they removed my review without any particular reason. Them more interested in making profit from companies, rather actual reviews.”

“If you submit a genuine BUT negative review there automatic censorship rule systems may delete your review or at worse block any future reviews. You can challenge deletion but done expect quick response. In addition it seems many many genuine responsible companies large through to small don't bother reviewing reviews or even responding let alone try to fix problems reported. So it's really bit of a waste of time but helps probably de-stress any annoyed reviewer by giving them a tool to vent THERE anger! Better to compliment and or complain the old fashioned way nice or not so nice letter to the company HQ and Chief Executive by researching his/her name. 99% chance of a response.”

“I reviewed Octopus energy on Trustpilot I received an email from Trustpilot saying that my review was now online and could now be read by anyone, It was not, furthermore my account with Trustpilot was locked, also I can no longer comment on anything via other companies using Trust pilot. I tried unlocking my Trustpilot account but all I seem to get is rejected by automated Trustpilot web sites. I am under the impression that Trustpilot have rejected me in-favour of octopus energy to protect them from my review. I wish someone from Trustpilot would contact me and put me and my account straight. Or could it be Trustpilot cannot be trusted?”
