“I ordered a courier with a shipping service provider named packlink here in Spain to come pick my customers package last Friday. The courier is avoiding us because he has possibly stolen our last package as it has just gone missing and no one has answers at Packlink nor the contracted company (Through Packlink) Zeleris so I reported the issue to Trust pilot since their company statement seemed to be commited to honest transparency but Trustpilot took down my honest transparent review in order to protect Packlink and yet my customers package is still missing which was a rare Gianni Versace shirt. Packlink´s Zeleris courier is now saying he doesn´t work for Zeleris and that he is an independent coureier hired by Zeleris and this whole thing is like a fiasco circus show in which Packlink will not take responsibility. My customers rare Gianni Versace shirt has mysteriously been missing for two weeks going on what willl be 4 days now and Last Friday I had a new customer who is thrilled to get his item and now there is a new problem again after I decided to trust Packlink since I have had several successful orders with them in which Packlink´s courier Zeleris just told us right now by phone that they won´t come to our house because we reported the missing package. What is that all about? Everything is so personal and alI want is for my customer to get his Gianni Versace shirt. I have to do my job professionally so why can´t Packlink simply do theirs professionally? My new customer was supposed to recieve his package today according to Packlink´s system but packlink hasn´t come to even pick up the order because of their unprofessional alliances. Zeleris isn´t professionally responding either and since no one is taking professional action to locate my missing rare Gianni Versace shirt and since no one will come pick up my new contracted order I now have to wait until Thursday to hire a new service which means my new customer will now be waiting seven days exactly before his order is even picked up and shipped to San Francisco. So I´m paying for all of Packlink´s mistake protected by Trust pilot out of my OWN pocket because I can´t ignore my customers like Packlink andZeleris do and I can´t supress the actual real life truth like Trustpilot. This is a circus show and there isn´t an ounce of integrity or professional responsibility being acted upon by any party involved. If you are someone who takes your life seriously be very careful because Packlink won´t take resonsibility and their published number is a decoy which always seems busy. So you can´t reach them. Zeleris won´t take responsibility should you choose to hire them through packlink because they can´t be bothered to be professional and actually deliver and trustpilot will not be honest, trustworthy and transparent as their companies statement says because if they were they would have honetsly and transparently allowed me to publish my two honest reviews I have proof of. I have to somehow find my Gianni Versace shirt myself because this is crazy.”

“They are outrageously expensive for little service they provide. Also, the company does not go to bat for their customers. In many cases, we protested some poor reviews with legitimate concerns that supported their own claims, but they continually refused to help us get them changed/removed. Instead, they just counsel you to reach out to the customer and ask them to change the review. As if any customer would ever do that and not consider that harassment. The company does not show adequate concern for their customers and passes you around from rep to rep without telling you. Overpriced. Poor service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!”

“this site is 100% trash - they take off your bad reviews and give only that you violated some policy that doesnt exist. Please put this website in the back of a phone book somewhere so it can be forgotten about. What a waste of time.”

“People basically use this platform to leave negative feedback and try and get their own way when they are annoyed. They know the power of it and know the bad feedback will effect you as a company, thus giving them leverage. There is no protection to fight your own corner when you are in the right”

“I had my life savings in my 401k account and was persuaded to invest it with a company called ADVANTAGE GOLD in Los Angeles. I lost 40% of my account by the time I get my first statement. I wrote a review on TrustPilot about them (which grades them "Excellent") but they removed my bad review. Trustpilot only puts (mostly fake) five star reviews for companies. Be AWARE!”

“Recently had money stolen from me by kiwi.com a merchant on your trusted site. Went to kiwi.com and noticed a 4.0 avg rating and thought WTF impossible..so I counted the last 250 reviews.Total 1.4 avg and almost 80% 1 star reviews not 75% 5 star reviews according to your site. So to sum it up you are also a fraud or really bad at math!”

“Trustpilot isn't interested in the truth, on the whole it is just a winge forum for miserable gits who haven't got their own way. There are some genuine customer complaints but most are one sided, inaccurate and vindictive, written by spiteful people who just can't accept they are wrong.”

“Posted a negative review for a company that has horrible reviews with BBB, Yelp and other sites. Funny how Trust Pilot lets them have so many positive reviews. I looked through a number of the positive reviews and they are obviously fake, yet they keep them. My review gets removed. Obviously paid by the company since said company promotes Trust Pilot to verify their good reviews. No trust with them, do not rely on their fake review service.”

“You can't trust Trustpilot reviews. They don't validate them, and if the company pays them enough they will remove bad reviews. They let loads of fake reviews through. I even tested it on my own company. Do not use. Hopefully, there will be a change in the market and Trustpilot will stop being so dominant just because they have loads of money for advertising.”

“Today I found out from a Trustpilot rep, on the phone, that no matter how many stars a company has or has not got, TRUSTPILOT staff will decide their own final figure for the company, and they will decide how many stars it has, it's not an average at all. The reason I asked was because I saw one company had two times one star but were given a final's figure of 5.4, which out of five is obviously impossible anyway, and three stars overall. This is ridiculous. The rep said that even if I company has over 500 single stars, if they decide the company is better they will give them a total of three or four stars, eventhough they've had nothing to do with the company themselves at all, never been there, never used it. This is not JUST a con, it's absolutely disgraceful, I can guess who is paying them now.”

“I usually leave a review after receiving a service, with Trustpilot I gave up doing so, even if the company responds and addresses the issue, if they pay Trustpilot, the review gets removed. Some companies sent me a request and a link to review them, which I did, if they didn't "claim" (read pay) for it, the reviews were also "flagged" even if they were good. I think the site is the biggest scam out there, I make it a point to not buy anything from sites highly rated on Trustpilot”

“Unsavoury response from trustpilot if they deem something wrong when someone's christian / first name is used legally - via UK Companies house. So what if it in the worst case scenario identifies someone who's already in the public domain? Grow up Trustpilot. This is 2018. Worse case of customer bias I've seen in a while, all the time to protect their dumb customer named wewantanybike.com who are inept and excuse driven, and just in my opion are trustpilot now, although neither one have my "Trust" becasue of how they've behaved improperly”
