Restaurant doesn't know where my order is, Uber doesn't know where my order is, the only thing that I know is that they deducted 26 euros from my card!!! Useless customer service that reply only with pre-written messages.

I paid $28 dollars for dinner the other night, paid for priority shipping and the restaurant was about 10 minutes away from me. Driver took an hour and a half to get me food because she had orders before me, even though I paid for priority shipping. Customer service offered me $3 refund for priority l but at that point my drive had literally just dropped, droppped!!! my food at my door and it was extremely cold. They then offered me $9 refund on an almost $30 order. Awful customer service awful awful, don’t fall into the priority shipping money scheme cause if everyone pays for it then everyone is right back under normal delivery so you pay extra for NOTHING.

Uber eats is a scam- I was over charged on my order and IMMEDIATELY cancelled from Casey’s pizza - I drove to the store and spoke with the cook and manager because it’s close to my house and I go there every day practically it seems like for pizza or something else I spend hundreds of dollars there a month and they told me the order never came through and then I was a good to go. I get a email from Uber Eats today saying that I didn’t cancel with enough time that since they’ve already accepted the order at Casey’s I was being charged as a fairness to the store. The store didn’t care it’s Uber eats that their money. It’s a scam on American just another way for this country to seem like it’s going to crap- america - do something quick - the shining light we once were is a dull glow

Really disappointed, we order our food and waited for approximately one hour and my food never arrived, the delivery driver ate it. No refund was processed, they straight up just scammed us , took our payment and never given any food.

Disgrace for this company and they pretty happy to rip you off.. never received my food, the thieves delivery boy kept the goods , stated delivered and worth they wont refund. Disgrace and no respect for their customers

Not only are clients being led by the nose, but also couriers who write that everything is working fine, but in reality it is not. Support writes only the same thing. stupid service

I Placed An Order And Said No Mustard Or Mayonnaise, When I Received My Order It Had Mayonnaise On It. And Was Told I Couldn’t Get a Refund For a Sandwich I Couldn’t Eat Even After Showing The Uneaten Sandwich And Receipt.

If I could do no stars I would- Uber eats is a umbrella establishment catering to the companies that want their name out there and make it easy to order food- anyway I just had an experience where my tip amount was changed after my reading and confirming how much my order would be - explain me that

Horrendous service (one star is an overrate). Assigned a delivery person who was unable to understand ANY written or oral delivery instructions. When food order predictably never delivered, customer service refused any credit (even for the tip!). This business is an out and out fraudulent scam.

Order incorrect more than one time and not consecutively. But due to the inability restaurants to package order correctly and failure of the deliver drivers to ensure order is complete, I end up out of money and food because Uber decides they want to be greedy and fail to refund the money due to the issues. When store is contacted they acknowledge the order was incomplete either due to them or driver but a refund can only be done thru Uber. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service. Numerous orders delivered wrong, wrong food, missing food, poor driver handling or similar and ubereats apparently ranks you. Too many bad issues and they refuse to address it, correct or credit. Who thinks delivering a pizza WITHOUT sauce is acceptable and the customer is supposed to suck it up because the "Supreme Ubereats" deems you're over your quota? Had to report to FTC for failing to honor the contract. It's plain ole' fraud.

Horrible customer service. They charged me $47 to cancel an order within 30 seconds of placing it because it had wrong address. Terrible customer service, policies, and refunds.

Rarely do we get what we order and the drivers have some of the worst communication. We tried many times believing it would get better but it never seems to. Thanks God there are alternative such as Instacart and DoorDash.

Ordered UberEats for the first time today and i ultimately regret doing that. At first the process of ordering & check out felt easy to manage…..but too easy. After i received my food i got 3 separate charges from UberEats now keep in mind my total was $54.63 then suddenly i’m getting charges in my account that i didn’t perceive being $9.53 , $18.23 , and $64.31. I’m sorry huh? Of course i call them directly because that’s almost $90 taken from me. Originally they claim it was my fault for “double charging” how can i double charge an item if it wasn’t the same price, like make it make sense? That woman named Jayla then tells me i likely won’t receive my money back and she’s still doubling down claiming i double charged now she’s running out of things to say. She tells me to wait an hour and i’d get my money back and……NOPE. I actually waited two hours then i speak to another woman named Ali who honestly knew what she was talking about. At first i had no idea of the $9.53 charge then she tells me about it but claims she doesn’t see the $18 charge. It’s evident looking at the reviews i’m not getting my money back, UberEats you are a flat out scam and you should be investigated for ripping people off!

I ended up paying $24.55 for delivery of 3 bottles of wine, 11.45 on store. Ordered 3 bottles of wine, listed at $11.45 with $0 delivery. On the bill extra $3 (37.35), plus delivery which was promotion $0 but $5.99 on the bill, plus $11.45 "adjustments" what is this?, plus tax, what tax?, plus service fee.

I put in my request that I was missing just one thing from my order. Asked to just be refunded for that item, they didn’t get back to me until 48 hours later where food is already gone and they now want a picture ?? It never prompted me so they shut off my chat and I can’t reach anyone to research.. awful

The drivers are rude and act like they can’t take simple instructions and sometimes they take forever to deliver your food Uber chargers way too many unnecessary fees I rather order through DoorDash

Every single one of our deliveries is dropped off at a completely different apartment. Several times, when trying to contact the drivers they will answer the phone, say “no English” then hang up and complete the order as if we haven’t tried reaching out to them about the error they made. You can even see the proof of the incorrect apartment number in the pictures they post but even customer service writes it off. It’s extremely annoying dealing with this issue and I am not exaggerating when I say it’s every time.
