“i have an issue with uber eats they dont want to issue my refund after getting burnt food. Any time i had an issue with my food i sent pictures too to prove to them about the food. i even had one time the uber driver dropped my entire order outside and they didnt want to refund me back lost out on money and today once again. Lost out on money and im starving. Uber eats the worst. No matter how many times some one has issue with a order you should refund them back especially if they have photos to show you.”

“The delivery times are SO long and Always Drivers have delivery stops along the way which just results in needing to order 90 min to 2 hours ahead and COLD food or drinks that are melted Usually regret my order and Customer Service is lacking for example offered a $4 Credit rather than refund on an $18 order for 3 of my 4 items delivered 90 min after order cold and ice in milk teas completely melted”

“Delivery drivers are working ILLEGALLY. This is the 3rd time my delivery driver was completely different to the person allocated to Deliver my food on the app. Today was supposed to be a middle aged Asian man, when I opened the door it was a young foreign woman who spoke NO English whatsoever. Police need to shut this illegal operation down.”

“Prices were high, only received 20% of my order after waiting over an hour, manager at restaurant confirmed the Uber driver did not pick up all the items, customer service at Uber was terrible as they took no responsibility for they’re mistake. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.”

“Charged for the food. Food never arrived. 3 weeks of ignoring and lies by customer service and no refund. Stay away from this trash. Or at least don't attach your bank card to your uber account.”

“I was charged for an order when there delivery driver failed to contact me. I reached out to the driver as soon as the order was placed to let them know that the address location was wrong and I could see the driver read my message but refused to answer my messages. Uber eats system is flawed for this. Do not use this food delivery service.”

“The app for Uber eats posted my order for pickup when it was actually supposed to be delivery like I always order it atleast 3 times per week and when I called to try to correct it I got told that if I couldn’t pick up the order which was 40 miles away that I would just have to pay for it anyway and it was 43$ worth of food they have lost me as a customer”

“I am only giving it one star cause I can’t leave zero the food was absolutely awful. I couldn’t eat it nor could my husband our pizzas were stone cold when they got to us. Our pizza delivery man arrived on a pushbike then he couldn’t find our house despite the fact my husband was standing outside the door waiting he was two streets away, food comes in the house food is obviously cold and on top of that not cooked properly the pizza dough was poorly cooked the pepperoni was nearly raw. The mushrooms were raw. There was very little sauce on the food and when I complained they refused to give me my money back. I spent £55 on this order and that’s that’s nothing to be sneezed at For a takeaway that’s actually a lot of money please do not use Uber eats I beg anybody who is thinking of buying food from any of their restaurants please don’t because when it goes wrong, you won’t get your money back. They’re a rip-off company use Just Eat instead.”

“My order took forever to be delivered as there were no Uber Drivers available so when I tried to cancel the Support Team told me that they would not refund me so basically people pay for food not received🙌🏼I mean its not my fault that Uber couldn’t find a delivery partner.”

“Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered from McDonald’s told 30 mins to deliver waited an hour called driver who said he was just about to collect. 20 mins later called again he said he was on his way. 2 hours pass I call Uber eats told he’s 2 minutes away. Another 20 mins pass and I call back. He turned up while I was on the phone. Stone cold food and the time on the sticker from McDonald’s was 2 hours before he gave us the food. Melted warm ice cream Order was cancelled his end so we can’t give feedback. Vile driver sat with it in his car I could have driven from Swindon to London in that time”

“I have been a customer going strong for Uber eats until this year. Uber eats sucks. Wrong order, over and over and over. Uber eats use to listen to their customers, respect their customers and now they say sorry no refund, not even a partial, not even I’ll fix this for you. Uber Eats you have officially been boycotted by me. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN. I would appreciate it if restaurants got their own delivery drivers. I’d rather pay them and if I have a complaint or If order is wrong, at least the restaurant can rectify the situation.”

“About 6 weeks ago, I had a random UBER debit to my PayPal account - $A9.95 - without having obtained a service from them in years. PayPal would not enter into the matter and my emails/messages directly to UBER were ignored. Will not use them again. Ever.”

“Uber eats is a scam my food didn’t have no meat the rice was mushy and my full order was not given I called them they don’t have a resolution for me. Really it’s always a freaking run around with them that why I DoorDash everything because they care about there customers.”

“Ordered bday meal for my son, almost 100$ we only got a side salad delivered. Restaurant manager confirmed my food was not picked up, gave me his number and email, supported it was not and uber would not refund said they couldn't they are thiefs”
