Every single one of our deliveries is dropped off at a completely different apartment. Several times, when trying to contact the drivers they will answer the phone, say “no English” then hang up and complete the order as if we haven’t tried reaching out to them about the error they made. You can even see the proof of the incorrect apartment number in the pictures they post but even customer service writes it off. It’s extremely annoying dealing with this issue and I am not exaggerating when I say it’s every time.

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered , first time. Signed out as guest , an option available in their website. My order came back with expired items. After hours on the phone i was told that there was nothing they can do, that they cant refund me because as a guest they didn’t have my information.. they emailed me, they charged my credit card, how can they day that they cannot access my information. If so, why that is not clarified in their website ? Be alert, this company doesn’t care about it’s customers.

The drivers don't speak or read English, so you can't help them find your location. They keep delivering to wrong address. One time it was left in front of a utility door. So done. Thanks for grub hub and doordash.

I placed an order via uber eats for Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse. I cancelled the order in t less than a minute to change the address. It said it cannot be refunded $201. All agents i contacted kept repeating the same statement that they cannot provide price adjustment or refund since they already started preparing the order that was just cancelled in less than a minute. I placed the same order as new order which went through and got delivered but was still charged for the cancelled one. I called the merchant and they informed me that they never received that cancelled order in their system, so they never started preparing that order. The agents kept repeating the same reason that the merchant was already preparing the order, like 7x despite telling them the merchant never received that order. They could have just informed us of a non-refund policy for cancelled order rather than misrepresenting the merchant and repeating the same fraudulent statement. I asked the help desk to be connected to the proper management to have a resolution but was dismissed with the same insult of being informed they cannot give adjustments because the merchant was preparing the order.

They double charged my card for the food and said they would refund me then days later when I asked for the refund they refused!! Awful I will not use them again.

They don't take responsibility or feel it's right to reimburse customers when items are missing with their orders, customer service is TERRIBLE!

Charged for food that never arrived. Said the window to ask for a refund closed after 24 hrs, but I didn't notice the charge until I got my credit card statement which was 5 days later. No food and out $40. Crooks!!!

This company is an absolute nightmare! The app is a complete disaster, and despite never signing up for membership, I found out I've been charged for at least six months on my credit card statement. I've called Uber Eats about eight times in the span of a month, and every single agent I spoke to just spewed out the same robotic response: 'I'll escalate the issue, and you'll receive an email from our escalated department in 24 to 48 hours.' Well, guess what? Not once did I get an email from them! These agents might as well be programmed machines because you can't get through to anyone else. It's been a month, and my problem still hasn't been fixed. What a joke!

Refuse to refund 12 charges placed within a that I did not approve . I have not order from them in over a year…. They refuse to refund to the point that I’m getting a lawyer to handle it

I don't recommend ordering from Uber Eats at all, they always got my order wrong and their policy doesn't make sense. I have never received the correct items I ordered. The first time I ordered I shrugged it off, assuming the item was out of stock and that they had to replace it. But this kept happening, sometimes they sent the wrong items and other times items were missing a few things. At first, I asked customer service to refund me and they did, but then they started to refuse to refund me. I was frustrated but I didn't push because the amount wasn't much. Recently I ordered again, and the delivery driver called to inform me that a few items I ordered were out of stock. I assumed that I would get refunded the money for the items that got canceled. After the order got delivered I found that some other items were missing as well. I reached out to customer support but they said that due to their policy, I could not be refunded. I tried to ask for any form of compensation, because the cost of the items I didn't receive was much more than before, but they said that they couldn't do anything.

Started driving for Uber today. Horrible experience. Rotten tips. Plus it cost me to deliver seven orders. I made $21. Doordash for the same. Seven orders paid me $96 I'm out

UberEATS will double, triple, or quadruple charge you for orders. The first time they hit my with 9 different charges (totaling $250) for one order, then a week later did the exact same thing (this time four different charges totaling $120 for one pizza)!! They refunded me the first time after I hounded them for a solid 24 hours. In the middle of hounding them again, we'll see how it goes.... Needless to say they will straight up steal money out of your account if you're not paying attention

We ordered 80 dollars worth of food. Delivery guy named SENTHILKUMAR picked up our food and delivered to the wrong address. I called the driver who was rude and barely spoke English. He ultimately hung up the phone as I could not understand what he was saying. I drove past the address he posted and it was not even remotely close to the picture of the address. Uber eats is turning into a complete scam and we had to drive and get another order. Deeply disappointed.

Uber eats is an utter pathetic app I ever had. They have such a poor delivery services and always irresponsibly drop off order to wrong addresses. Their delivery people are with language barriers and it gives trouble while tries to communicate with them. My order was delivered to wrong address multiple times, and when I called the delivery guy to get my food back, he didn’t cares at all he didn’t even understand what I am saying. I don’t know what pathetic service they providing.

Order was delivered, fairly rapidly, to the WRONG house! Was sent a picture of it sitting outside a house, not mine. Trying to contact uber VERY difficult. Following several prompts, the money was supposedly refunded...haven't seen it yet. Then got on Uber chat with people who could care less...told me to reorder. Eventually told me address was listed incorrectly, it wasn't. Basically had no interest in helping. Had no resolution. Couldn't gaurentee reorder would be delivered properly... Total waste of time. Very disreputable company, process and people. I'll stick with door dash or grubhub.

I ordered food it said it was delivered never got here called Tracy the driver she never called . I called her three times no answer . I called the restaurant and they said Tracy called and changed the order but I never received it . Uber eats was no help they didn’t replace the order not g no customer service nothing horrible service there just people that take your money and don’t deliver . Never using them again big waste of time

I made the order at 2:55 am April 17, 2024. After an hour of the order being “prepared” I called McDonalds to figure out what was going on. The worker checked every register in the store and never saw that my order was even sent. I had to call UberEATS customer service where they were originally going to just cancel the order. Me and my best friend put up a fight to at least get a refund if the order was cancelled. As we’re on the phone with customer service the order mysteriously got sent through and accepted my McDonald’s. Seeing as to where I put my order in at 2:55 and waited until 4:24 for a driver to even reach McDonald’s, ubereats has the worst service. This is my first and last time ever using Ubereats. Looks like I’m sticking with DoorDash.

I have not received the order. When I asked "Uber eats" online help they are saying this : What should I do now? Uber eats is so arrogant and not taking care of customer satisfaction. I don't recomment Uber eats.
