Absolutely horrible service! I suggest you guys do grubhub or DoorDash! Uber eats is a joke! They can take hours, they constantly switch delivery drivers until one takes the order, and if your order is wrong or unsatisfactory, they will send you through hell to get any kind of refund, or no refund at all! They did me like this 3 times, and 3 strikes your out!!!!!

Got accepted as a driver just to have my account deactivated 12 hours later for "fraudulent documents" I don't even know what's fraudulent about MY insurance and MY Drivers license šŸ˜’ thought it was dumb as hell the other 4 platforms I drive for had no issues with my documentation but good old uber eats. I had issues ordering from them awhile back I should of known it wouldn't be any different trying to work for them.

Lady called ask for pin said forgot it it. I told you didn’t delivered to me. She said I’ll go back get it and bring back to you. But you said you delivered to me. Plus was in her car over hour I was watching on map. This is very unprofessional

Worst delivery service I have ever experienced in my life. They took an hour to deliver my food, in the pouring rain, on a BIKE and my food was damaged. The horrible customer service agent who was basically a robot would not issue me a refund since the order "was in process". I really don't care if it's in process the food was damaged and took over an hour to be delivered. I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund and he made me send a picture of the damaged order because he didn't trust me. I asked him if I needed a DNA sample too because that was just ridiculous. They better start changing their horrific policies or people are going to start leaving and going to DoorDash like I did. This customer service agent should be unemployed for how rude and unwilling he was to help me. WORST experience of my life with customer service. Do not use this app unless you don't mind waiting over an hour for soaking wet food and dealing with strict policies for refunds. They do not care about the customer.

Uber one is a joke and so is the overall company. Nonexistent support so they save money while charging you more. Pure greed. I hope another company puts them out of business.

I had ordered from Uber Eats $79 worth of food, for some reason the app put the wrong address even though my address is save on there. I tried correcting it but the app said I couldn't change the address and said I would have to cancel. So I did but no refund and the food I ordered went to someone else. Uber Eat refused to assist with this. So I'm out of $79. Total waste.

Their cancelation policy is total nonsense. I cancelled an order seconds after clicking on it. To this day the order shows in my activity as Cancelled. I placed a second order with the same merchant. Called the merchant to be sure the first order was cancelled and was told it was. When I received my bank statement the cancelled meal cost appeared. I messaged Ubereats and the reply was no refund offered after 48 hours. I replied why was there a charge since the order was Cancelled. I can't obtain an answer. Spoke and wrote to 4 different Ubereats people. Let's get a class action suit going!

I ordered from Captains Jay's. I was missing missing 10 chicken wings and large order of okra. I was given 5$ credit. Now I'm cautious of using Uber eats because I didn't get the food I PAID FOR!!!!! Uber has money and I don't have my food!!!

Ohhh I can't give it zero stars? I'm officially boycotting Uber eats! Too many times have I ordered food for a dinner party and the restaurant refused the order without any notification from Uber Eats! Don't use them ever! I HATE YOU!

Placed an order of total amount was $18 once it finalized a $32 . Not even a minute I canceled my order since it never gave me a break down of these hidden fees. Uber Eats said since it went through they started to prepare my food so Uber Eats went ahead and canceled my order, however;NEVER told me it was a $21 cancelation fee . UBER EATS is the BIGGEST SCAM I ever dealt with and NEVER AGAIN!!!! With all these other bad reviews the BBB should seriously look into them .

Last night my order was late so they have me a $5.00 credit. I used the credit today and my drink was missing which they refused to refund or redeliver. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service rep and communicating via chat support yet they refuse to deliver my lemonade or refund the cost. Uber Eats is the worst delivery platform out there! Their drivers can’t read simple delivery instructions or orders yet the customer is penalized.

I will NEVER use Uber eats again! I’ve had multiple issues with them. I’ve been using door dash and they are wayyyy better dashers!

Ordered groceries from Sainsbury but only received half!!! I can’t even contact customer service because the order is not ongoing? How ridiculous. I need to wait for an email back from them? I need my money back or the full order, and I want it NOW!

UberEats thinks a bike rider can deliver a catering order. I placed an order for food for 50 people 4 days prior to delivery. UberEats sent a bike rider with a basket to retrieve the order. This was ridiculous. Then, UberEats bike guys cancelled my order. They decided 6 minutes prior to delivery to cancel my order. After contacting customer service they said— sorry. they are the worst. Can not be trusted if using for business catering. Unbelievable to me how poor their service is. A single dinner, ok—— a Catering order- NO. They should take ā€œcateringā€ off the menu as bikes can not deliver and they refused to send a car. Also, the order is on my credit card and they have not cancelled it from AMEX. What is up with this dirt bag organization???? So many other Good Restaurants actually deliver and have service. UberEats is complete GARBAGE

I’m very very disappointed with Uber Eats and I’m about to write a bad review and on Facebook. I have been scammed. I ordered a gyro of buy one and get one free. But the App messed my order. I was not offered the remaining gyro. I was told it’s my fault.
