“Horrible, horrible, horrible will NEVER from Uber Eats again. Uber driver started that he didn’t speak English and kept hanging up the phone. Uber agent assured me that the driver was at the restaurant picking up my food 3 +hours later, I get a notification that they cancelled my order due to delivery failure and issued me a refund.”

“Ubereats receive my payment for an oder, but I only received half of the oder, they did want to refund what did not receive or replace it, I am not here to give away money. So I Uninstalled the app. Ubereats account.”

“If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Simply put, not only is everyone who works for this company a liar, they are also a thief. They WILL NOT deliver what you paid for, but they will charge you for it,and then tell you that it is your fault it was not delivered and that they can do nothing. This company should only be used if you actively enjoy being robbed”

“WORST SERVICE EVER. Uber Eats took $30 even if my order was not prepared, nobody received my order after 1-2 hours. The driver cancelled twice to bring my order. They sometimes take forever to receive your order because of the tip that the client offers.”

“Came back from and was so hungry. Ordered from Yumas and waited for more than 30 minutes. The delivery rider ends up delivering to the wrong person and doesn't even tell where he delivered. Can you guys not add a simple code to confirm who the actual person to be delivered is. I got the refund but you end up hungry and have to wait for food again.”

“I only gave 1 star because I was forced to. This company has the worse service. They delivered my food 45 minutes late after the biker called me several times about my address. When I finally got my food the bag was torn the food was freezing. I didn't trust the food so I tossed it uber eats are refusing to give a refund”

“My order from Jack-in-the-box on 281 was not filled. I asked Kenneth the Delivery Driver to please get my 2 shakes, and I'd add a better tip. He said he would but never did. I asked Uber Eats for a refund of $16.28, and they responded with a half credit on Uber cash. I firmly stated I want myoney back. They refused: "Hi, We understand that you are expecting a refund, however, won’t be able to provide you with a price adjustment on this order". My order before this in January was never delivered. I watched him pass me by in a red truck, even with my waving, head to his home 4 minutes away, he stopped for 5 minutes, so I'm thinking he dropped off my order at his residence, came back down the road towards me, passed me by again, and kept on going. I called Uber eats, and she acted like I lied about him, said she'd call me, never did, but at least I received my $50 back. I guess he fed his family my food??? STAY AWAY FROM UBER EATS they're a rip-off!!!”

“Food was so late, poor compensation from ubereats. Just hollow sorry's that do nothing to make the bitter frustration and empty stomachs. $5 compensation for an order than is already more than 30 minutes later than latest time. And 50 minutes late based on initial expectations. $5 is an insult and joke. They also have the balls to say the food will be fine.”

“Uber eats is one of the worst delivery services I have ever used. Every time I order food they take my money, two hours later when I ask where my food is, customer service tells me a delivery person has my order, when I find out no one has even picked up my order. My order has been sitting at the restaurant for an hour cold. Then my order gets canceled. Happens every time.”

“Absolutely disgusting customer service. I had a failed delivery that I have been told was not eligible for a refund. I have asked multiple time for evidence of a delivery, and I keep getting generic responses that never once addressed any of my queries. Were photos taken, can you confirm the driver even attended my street, doesn’t the recipient have to confirm an order code with the driver? None of this happened, I didn’t even receive any tracking details… I wouldn’t even know if my order was collected from the store. Zero support or empathy from customer service. I won’t be using this service again, and I will be warning others too”

“I use to love UberEats until they stopped properly refunding. I recently ordered & was missing 3 items i take the photos, write the description, their response “the order matches the order details therefore a refund won’t be issued.” I’ve had the UberOne membership since December & I’ve received more discounts before the membership than i do now! Once my membership expires i’m moving to one of the other two food APP’s. Mind you, the membership does help with the pricing (too an extent) but if their not willing to no long refund the screw ups, I’m no longer willing to give them another dime. My S/O has DoorDash & receives better help when it comes to screw ups.”

“I would never use Uber Eats. Roya, an Uber driver was disgruntled about me not giving her food from my restaurant because she didn't have a hot bag. I blocked her from my shop. So, she wrote a bogus review on Yelp. Uber does NOT care about the food they deliver, they do not care who they hire and they certainly don't care about your experience with the overly expensive, cold food they just delivered. Take third party delivery out of your equation. Order straight from the restaurant or pick it up yourself. Covid is over.”

“Horrible customer service! Order came 45mins late and I paid for priority delivery, which is 15-30 mins. They told me there is 2 arrival times, the second one is an hour later than delivery and if it was delivered before that time it wasn’t late EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA for it to be delivered in 15-30 mins. MAKES NO SENSE! So priority delivery is REALLY 15-55 minutes for that u might as well wait the regular hour time frame and not pay extra since there is NO difference and they REFUSED to refund me the extra service fee!! Smh. Will NEVER use them again!”
