Uber is just thieves, Keep your Uber cash..I want my hard earned money back.. I use this app daily My lunch, My 6'4 and 6'5 teenage son's lunch and dinner most times do bvb to my work schedule. I had to order 3times in one hour to get all of the meal for them to tell me my delivery fees and tips will be refunded in Uber cash. And I just want add this is not the first time I'm just tired as F right now of being robbed without a gun...Uber kiss my @$$..sincerely DeeDee Daniels...p.s. You can't take a Photo of something you never got $amn $ummies

Uber has very hight deliver changes. If you have any issues with your order its impossible to get in touch with support. So you just have to deal with your messed up order.

I've been a loyal customer of Uber Eats for quite some time now, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been nothing short of disappointing. In the last few months, I've encountered multiple instances where my orders were simply not delivered, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer support, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from Uber Eats. Not only have they failed to deliver on their promise of timely service, but they've also refused to refund or resend my orders, leaving me out of pocket and my handicap brother who lives in a nursing home hungry. This has happened at least six times now, and it's incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Prior to these incidents, I had no issues with Uber Eats, but their consistent failure to deliver on their end has left me with no choice but to seek alternatives for my food delivery needs. As a paying customer, I expect reliability and accountability, neither of which Uber Eats has been able to provide lately. I sincerely hope Uber Eats takes these concerns seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their service quality and customer support. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The cancelation policy sucks. They need to be more up front about policies. If you're going to charge a fee, let the customer know up front what the fee is and how to handle a situation that doesn't fit their script. If choosing Other Reason, transparency should include immediate chat with a rep. I placed an order for the first time today for contractors working at my place since I wasn't able to leave and it will be my last ever. The driver went to the wrong location and advised I should cancel. So let that be a lesson. Take no advice from a driver.

I placed an order with McDonald's through Uber eats 1st march. The delivery driver was delayed. And on the tracking I kept seeing him driving around in circles, heading back towards McDonald's, and then driving down the sea front. One hour and 20 mins had passed. I then cancelled the order because the food would have been very cold, soggy, and not suitable for the microwave. Uber eats charged me a cancellation fee of £12.66. I of course contacted my bank (barclays) and received the money back into my account straight away. I then placed an order 26th march and again £12.66 was taken for the past cancellation fee, and my order was declined. I contacted my bank (tsb) who returned the money straight back into my account. Today 2nd April £12.66 was again taken from my bank account without me even placing an order. I messaged Uber eats who are just being complete MORONS. So I have now reported them for fraud. Because that is exactly what it is this time round. Be very careful of these corrupted THEIVES.

Past 5 orders we missed something. But the past order was 91 dollars and we got a picture of a coke! 91 $ for a coke lol. Said they responded in 6 to 12 hours . Lmao use another delivery service

I've worked for UberEats for the last few months. This company preys on its own labor force, and screws over customers without any blowback.

This is abysmal. My delivery was given to the WRONG house which is very clear in the photo, since I order ALL the time and the previous photos will show the correct house. Thinking they’ll obviously help me out, they refused a credit or a refund or literally anything to do to help. Like other reviewers have said, they just kept telling me company policy guidelines and they couldn't offer me a refund. I NEVER recieved the delivery that I PAID for and there is PHOTO evidence. That is literally theft. I am disputing my charges and after years of ordering anywhere from 1-5 times per week, I cancelled my subscription and won’t use this service anymore.

Uber Eats is the worst delivery service. I always have issues with receiving my refunds even when the merchant verifies that the drivers left items. My friend of another ethnic group admitted she never has this problem. I follow through making sure that I give my pin number each time for my orders. There have been many times that the driver nor the vehicles match. They have canceled drivers many times,causing my orders to be over an hour.

I got order of somebody else there were two persons one was driving and another was delivering. After handing me a bag they just ran away quickly Couldn't even had time to stop them And uber has no customer contact number and no answer from app. Nothing. Won't use anymore uber

The worst! Left our food in the middle of a street, somewhere??? Took a pic, and we walked everywhere and couldn't find it, called, but they would not answer. This was back 2-17-24 and we are still waiting for our refund of $63.17 after 5 attempts reaching out to customer service! We cannot find a number to call and talk to a person to settle the matter. Uber Eats stole $63.17 from us. Absolute scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered Uber eats quite a bit in the last few years. I do not often have an issue. But a few times my driver left out an item from my order. I went on the app and got a small credit to my Uber cash account. Then about 40 minutes later my Uber cash was gone by giving my driver an extra tip. I informed Uber about this issue and nothing has been done. So basically if the driver forget some of your food at the restaurant you have to still pay full price and customer service does not care and doesn’t take this issue seriously.

Ordered two children’s meals from Toby carvery. Delivery driver from Uber went to McDonald’s then kfc to pick up food. I text him to see when my order was being delivered said in 5 mins but he still hasn’t picked it up. I phoned Toby carvery to see if driver had picked it up after 1 hour wait and it was still there.after complaining to Toby carvery I then saw another driver was on way to pick up my food . It was then delivered to me 1 hour 30 mins from when I ordered it. Discrasefull

I will never use Uber eats again. On 3/30/24, I waited over an hour for my order. It was picked up by the driver, so I waited patiently, but it was never delivered. I finally got through to a representative who told me the driver cancelled it from her end. He proceeded to tell me I could order it again and I would not be charged for it, so I did, thinking that was very nice. Today, after they've taken my money, told me they don't provide complimentary orders. I was lied to by the representative I spoke with last night and not a happy camper. Miscommunication NO. Verbatim I was told, "go ahead and order it again and you won't be charged". I repeated what he told me and he said yes. I am NOT a happy customer, now former customer. Guess it's time to change to a different delivery company.

Awful customer service! Speechless. Never got my delivery and was yet refused a refund! Just kept telling me company policy guidelines and they couldn't offer me a refund. I never recieved the delivery!! The driver broke down and cancelled my order. Absolutely disgusting. Never use again. Be careful

I’m very disappointed.👎 Today I ordered food from Uber Eats and the food never arrived. When I checked why I didn’t receive the order I found that they delivered to the wrong address (as the photo that the driver sent shows). And when I contacted them they told me sorry but we can’t refund this order. 👎👎👎

and a black gentleman called me racial slurs even though I was on time and he received his food. Sure enough I have a thumbs down and I reached out to Uber support but they said there is nothing they can do. Okay so UBER EATS allows racism towards employees?! Uber is going to get a law suit soon watch.
