My order never arrived and I couldn’t reach anyone to complain Once i contacted customer service Neha she told that it is too late because my order passed 48 hours i have even told her that i have a flight to catch taking 14 hrs to reach home . The only thing that she did is closing the chat without helping or getting my refund back. This is unprofessional and very rude from her part and the company policy as well. I have deleted the app and never ever using it again. The worst experience ever.

Food took longer than expected but thats on the restaurant. I get that. No problem. The uber driver did pick up my food and i watched him drive by my house with no attempt to stop and deliver the food! I called the number provided for the driver and he never answered. Then he cancelled my order. So i drove to the restaurant and they say he never came back to the restaurant. So now im waiting here at almost 8pm and my wife and two kids are waiting at home so we can eat dinner at a ridiculously late time!

Driver, gerald, kept pushing deliver time back then post food was delivered which it was not. After alerting uber eats, message read, conncting to driver, who didn't call. Food was never delivered. Very inconvenient and upsetting because I had to eat at a particular time. Most likely, I will not be using uber eats again because of that creep. I did get a message saying I will be getting a refund in 3-10 days, hopefully I do.

Uber Eats sucks. there is no customer service. I placed an order online burrito bowl - got few leaves of lettuce and little cheese. No way to reach Chipotle restaurant where I ordered from. no one pick up the phone and uber eats don't care. non refundable. no customer service at all. I will never use Uber eats.

Never used such horrible delivery company. The app screwed up my order, i tried to cancel it but it took over half an hour to even get close to the customer service who told me it's too late to cancel or replace. I got delivery and delivery driver was ringing my bell instead of just leaving it at my door. And to top that fiasco, the food is horrible and now even after just tasting it I feel sick. Stay away from Uber eats, it's the worse food delivery company in NYC!

If I could give a negative-10 I would. A delivery person came with my order and demanded to take a picture of my license and said he required my social security number as well. I told him no way and he left with my order. I reported it to customer service and they said there's nothing they can do about it and still charge me $70. STAY AWAY FROM UBER EATS!!!

Terrible experience, I ordered a delivery and received the incorrect order. I asked the driver to redeliver my order which he advised he is unable to do so and to contact the following number 0800 088 5663. however, after being on hold for 20 mins the adviser on the phone advised due to policy I am unable to retrieve a refund. He was rude and hung up the phone. Would not recommend. Service - 0, price - 0, delivery - 0, returns and refund - 0

When my drink wasn't delivered with the rest of my order I raised a complaint through the proper channels and they refunded part of my money. ie part of what the missing item cost me. How many people do they do this to?

My food was never delivered but the driver took a picture of the floor and never left it anywhere. Why would u put my food on the floor? There is no reliable contact to complain. I am so disappointed I will never use Uner eats ever again!

Horrible been fighting with uber eats for almost 3 weeks to get my money back when they tripple charged my card. Was told many false things, that the 3 charges are correct, that I submitted my complaint 48 hours too late ( I called minutes after I saw the charge the day I ordered), told that the charges were for a ride, I never ordered a ride. This last time when I called, they were singing happy birthday and I could hear a party in the back ground. They didn't say hello to me on the phone just kept singing, I called 4 times, and each time they were still singing.

I placed an order for two shakes and the driver delivered only one of them. Driver said one fell in the floor which I am certain is a lie. Uber Eats refused to give me a refund for the missing item. I will NEVER order from their app again. It’s theft!

Lisbona: ordine di circa 90 euro effettuato tramite app. Consegna mai avvenuta. Il pacco è stato abbandonato a 2 km dall'indirizzo indicato nell'ordine. Contattata l'assistenza di Uber eats, assente la sera stessa dell'ordine, ha risposto il giorno dopo accollando la colpa su di me. Semplicemente ho inserito un numero di telefono diverso da quello del mio account, perché mi trovavo all'estero. Hanno utizzato questa scusa x non rimborsarci. Inaccettabile! 90 euro buttati via senza cenare!

I have ordered yesterday and food never arrived. I have called the delivery person and he refused to answer my call. I have logged the help on Uber eats. They never responded. We wait for an hour and order again from another app for our food. Such a poor customer service and the driver karishma rude person

I've purchased from the same restaurant many times, yesterday the food arrived cold, soggy chips and stale kebab {shawarma} did complain, received part refund, my guts are bad this morning. Enough said.

A delivery address I didn’t put in was put in for the order. Not even 1 minutes passed from the time the order was placed to the time I tried to cancel and I was charged 31.00 for the cancellation!!! They claim for “Fairness to the Merchant” Wendy’s doesn’t charge 31 dollars for 2 frosties, large fry and nuggets! I will never use Uber again! EVER

The most awful service ever I’ve been a member of Uber & Uber eats for many years and out of all of those years I think they may have gotten 4 orders correct there services are horrible you go to get help to get refunded for what’s incorrect or missing and they serve no help and end the chat. I ordered a salad with extra dressing and revived no dressing they said they couldn’t help because the item wasn’t missing so now I’m stuck with a $13 bowl of lettuce. Another time they delivered me an empty bag with no items saying they were all out of stock and they refunded the items but I still had to pay the delivery fee for a EMPTY BAG. Uber eats is thee biggest scam to date and I hope they figure themselves out but by the time they do I will no longer be using there terrible services.

I’ve been burned so many times. They deliver to the wrong place and if you press a wrong button they charge you anyway. Uber eats is the worst
