They charged me twice for my order and didn’t give me my money back first and last time I’m using Uber eats.

If I could give them a score less than 1 star than I would. Horrible horrible horrible. I was and have been paying for Uber One, which had a different name before, and supposedly for a better service. I use them religiously weekly if not more, typically spending 100+ dollars every time. Even with that my experience with their customer support has been horrible and apparently based on their overall rating its not just me. So what happened? I decided to order some food and as usual we did so. It was right around 1PM if not a little earlier. As normal I received the message that the food was on its way and started watching the map. The delivery person started to move but the stopped right before leaving the parking lot. There was no movement for more an hour after that and the "time for arrival", which means absolutely nothing in the end, and at this point was around 2:34 (image attached), just kept being extended. I knew I couldn't cancel myself or I would be charged so I got in contact with the "super Uber One support". I didn't note the name of the person but he investigated the situation for various minutes and said that the delivery person wouldn't respond to him either. HE THEN SUGGESTED THAT WE CANCEL THE ORDER SINCE ITS TAKING SO LONG. He did yhe cancellation on his side NOT ME and apologized for the issue. He even gave me a discount for the next order. So the next day I recieve a receipt for the full amount of the order charged to my card saying that since the restaurant made the food already I had to pay for it. WTH. I didn't cancel, Uber Eats cancelled. So I get ahold of Uber explaining the situation and this time Im speaking with Omar. All Omar has to say is because I've had issues with missing items from restaurants before then I'm not eligible for refund. We aren't talking about missing items, we are talking about an entire order that didn't arrive because their support team cancelled it. I repeated my concern and Omar just repeated the same thing and in part gave me the impression that he didnt even read my response. There are many more services nowadays and Uber Eats is no longer the monopoly. We need to find services that really value their customers. I'm done with them.

Beware of Uber eats!!! You know what they did..they charged me the full bill for cancelling my order within a minute of ordering because most of the items I needed were unavailable at the particular store I usually ordered from.So, I saw the option of cancelling the order and did so and, believe me, there was no pop up or alerts that I would be charged $ 222.17.If I had been alerted,I wouldn't have cancelled and tried to be satisfied with whatever the store had.Now ,it's been 5 days and every time they say the money can't be refunded as the store had already started the order.How could the store start an order when I had cancelled it within a minute of ordering.When I called the store,they said that they never started the order and they had nothing to do with the money.I am so frustrated because I got robbed of $ 222.17 and then I had to order groceries worth of $ 280 from another online store.

You should never order from here... They leave your order on the street where you're not located. You will never receive your order. The delivery people don't even know how to get your location then they just dump your food anywhere on the street and confirm that is delivered. PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES YOU WILL REGRET it there will be no resolution!!!

Uber app sucks. If I'm ordered something from the same place 25 times I'm not sure why the app doesn't automatically put that in since it's my favorite. I called the restaurant of the other one where I don't order from 45 seconds later and Uber said it was they were already making the order. That was a lie because I called the store first. They said no problem but Uber customer service said they already start making the order no they didn't. There's a reason they don't have a phone number. Doordash is just as bad if not worse. Oh and they need my email to make sure I'm genuine that's their name disingenuous

Ordered from McDonalds through UberEats. Had a call from the driver saying he was outside but went outside and he wasn’t there so called him back and tried to give him the address and asked him where he was. He kept saying wait and then hanged up. 2 minutes later had a notification saying “order delivered”. Send three messages to UberEats and tried to ring them saying that my children are still waiting. It was £48.15 and they’d better refund it! What a rubbish service! Would never order anything with them again!

No customer service Poor/no customer service phone contact. Driver didnt speak english at all. Couldnt communicate, got lost, didnt understand me at all. No customer service phone number at all. Wont use service anymore, deleting app. Will use other services with better service+ customer service with drivers who can communicate at least a little/enough to work things out.

This is the worst service out there. I received only 1/2 my order. I contacted support and they told me my order wasn’t eligible for refund. I asked to speak to supervisor and they told me that wasn’t one available and I would need to call back. I’m done. Never again!!!

I really really wish I could give 0. We placed an order, 4min later uber eats cancels our order with no given reason and then i go on the app see the restaurant is all okay and still taking orders so i place another order thinking obviously they didnt charge me the first time but NOOO they did. No costumer number and tif they cancel the order there is no way to message on that order and complain! They designed the app to STEAL from you! I got though to them via another order which a bit kept replying the same thing and after 7 DAYS they said sorry, its our policy and cant refund you!! LIKE WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? If they charge me 10 times they can cause that’s their scam and its a policy? What policy? I have cancelled my uber One and i urge you do the same if you reading this.

Modern slavery, send you trips for less than $3 when fuel is $1.48 per liter, not even worth starting your vehicle for that, then they drop your acceptance rate if you decline, wears your vehicle out real fast, increases insurance premiums by 10%, won't even help out for road hazards or inclement weather, terrible support if you can understand them. That the bad part, now for the good, Oops there is NO good it's worse that community service, charity work is more rewarding

I wouldn't even give a 1 star if there was an option for a lesser or no star. I placed an order while I was at work, to a restaurant that my daughter works at. In a text she told me their Uber was down for at least an hour, so I canceled the order. They charged me and would not refund me the money. I asked for a manager to called multiple times and have not heard from anyone! Worst company I've ever dealt with, would never recommend!

I HAVE ORDERED MANY TIMES FROM THE SAME LIQUOR STORE THIROUGH UBER EATS I HAM 77 YEARS OLD AND HAVE A STATE ID THIS TIME THE DELIVERY PERSON CAME FILLED OUT THE INFO AND WAS TOLD TO TAKE MY ORDER BACK TO THE STORE THIS IS AFTER SHE TRIED TO TALK TO UBER FOR 1/2 HOUR I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH UBER EATS AGAIN BAD CO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

ridiculously expensive!! the restaurant menu lists $13 uber eats adds 3 to the menu and then charges extra for everything else actual order would have been around 20 for the food ordered from menu, ordering thru uber cost 16 extra

The worst service ever. Uber eats sent a driver where this location has not enough doughnuts. Then, Uber Eats tried to send another order with 1 hour delay. When I canceled they charged me the service fee and the tip. Which is not fair. None of their mistakes are my faul. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. After spending well over $1000 with them, they still treat me like a criminal. They never hold the restaurant or driver accountable but always make the customer feel like they are just out to order food and getting refunds. It's ridiculous. I work an overnight shift at a hospital and order for multiple people. If we missing items, like tonight when we only received fries and drinks for 3 10 piece wings combo. No wings. The uber eats driver even stated that's the only thing he was given. Uber eats support told me that it was no refund that could be given and I had to pay out of pocket to my coworkers. Ridiculous and this is the 4th time going through something like this.
