Poor/no customer service phone contact.
Driver didnt speak english at all. Couldnt communicate, got lost, didnt understand me at all.
No customer service phone number at all.
Wont use service anymore, deleting app.
Will use other services with better service+ customer service with drivers who can communicate at least a little/enough to work things out.
