and a black gentleman called me racial slurs even though I was on time and he received his food. Sure enough I have a thumbs down and I reached out to Uber support but they said there is nothing they can do. Okay so UBER EATS allows racism towards employees?! Uber is going to get a law suit soon watch.

this delivery is the worst i had ever experienced!I payed for chinese food and then it i didn’t answer the door,and then i saw the delivery driver take the food back to his vehicle.It was only 3 minutes that didn’t answer the door.

My wife and I both have Uber eats and will not use it ever again! They screw up the offer every time - We are ✅ done- Will order direct from restaurants from now on.

Ordered food for my lunch break. Two hours go by and I still never received my food. Called uber eats and they told me the restaurant never received my order so I asked to cancel and be given a refund and they said they can cancel but can't give me a full refund. Asked to speak to someone higher up and the representative kept saying over and over again "You're just wasting your time, you can not get a refund." Asked him if he was refusing to let me talk to someone in charge and his response was "No, you can talk to whoever you want but the answer is not going to change. You can't have a full refund." And this went on for like an hour of him just refusing to let me talk to someone else or give me a full refund for an order that was apparently never even received. Gave up after awhile because I had to get back to work. Apparently times are so hard for Uber that they had to steal about 25$ dollars from me.

Uber eats is the worst! Completely SUS! Everytime you get an order delivered by bike litterly means they don't have a license. I've had their drivers be inappropriate with me, dump trash in my neighbor's yard, & not deliver my orders etc...

Talked to 2 chat advisors and both ended the conversation without resolving the issue and not even informing me about it. I spend my whole break time talking to them and it was complete waste of time.

I started an order but accidentally hit place order, I meant to wait until later to place the order. I immediately cancelled the order, in less than 2 minutes. I was charged for the entire order, $53, & was told it was collected as a cancellation fee. I tried to speak to customer service but was told there was nothing they could do about it. So they’re robbing me of $53 because I made a mistake. I would understand a cancellation fee but $53 is excessive & so I will never use any Uber service again.

They will not refund an order that was incorrect, cold, and because of the incorrect order, inedible. But I got a refund of 5$ instead of the 35$ I spent?!!!!!!! I’ll just take my business to DoorDash from now on

After three hours of waiting for my meal I get told I either need to wait or cancel and I will still be charged the full amount. I phone the restaurant and they say they have been waiting for someone to fetch my order for two and a half hours and they are actually closed and the staff cannot go home until my order is collected. Uber just didn’t care and said we must wait, I ended up driving to fetch my own order. This company does not care about their customers or restaurants.

I ordered through the Uber Eats app so I give this to Frischs and then both. They have a special for the super big boy combo buy one get one free $15.60. I ordered that with two drinks and a vanilla shake. I didn't get the drinks and the fries were ice cold. On my receipt they wrote out of ice cream. I paid $29.85. But was told I never ordered the drinks. We did not eat the fries. Lol How was the bill that price then if the promotion was buy one get one free? They refunded me $6.00. I will never order from them again. The customer service lady was rude. I kept the receipt. My sister-in-law is driver for uber and told me to call them they'll fix the problem. I am truly dissatisfied. I have been a customer with uber for a couple of years and have never had this happen before like this.

The customer service experience was disgraceful. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Last night, after receiving heartbreaking news from our vet about our beloved 10-year-old dog, we were in shock and devastated. Knowing that our paw baby will not be a part of daughter’s 20th birthday celebration next week we decided to do an early birthday celebration. Despite our grief, we ordered a cake from Breka Bakery via Ubereats. Unfortunately, we forgot to change the delivery address. We quickly corrected the address, but were still charged a $83.91 cancellation fee by Ubereats. Even after reordering from the same merchant, the fee persisted. Customer service refused to refund the amount, which is disappointing considering my regular use of Ubereats and Uber rides. I hope they prioritize empathy and compassion in their employee training. I will not use Ubereats again.

Missing item, was promised refund when contacting within 20minutes of receiving order. Refund never came. I contacted them again 3 days later and they said I am no longer eligible for a refund because I am contacting more than 48hrs after delivery and I have no proof that I contacted them 3 days ago right after delivery. I said check the chat history, I am sure it is saved. They said they can’t and hung up. Different person, same exact scenario/conversation repeated. Bizarrely awful customer service. Deleted UberEats from my phone. Never again.

I just called as I had a whole order delivered incorrectly from the McDonald's app, including everything with onions which I'm severely allergic to. Rang them. Apparently I'm not eligible for a refund. When I asked to be read the clause of their refund policy which states I'm not eligible and was told it's an internal policy which the public aren't allowed to see. Insisted on speaking to a manger. Got told they can't transfer calls. Persisted for 10 mins to then be transferred. Told me the same thing and then told me they were terminating the call and put the phone down on me! Disgrace of a company and they deserve a nationwide boycott

I ordered food and waited for 2 hours and still did not receive the order. Please bare in mind it is ramadan and I was meant to break my fast to the food that I ordered 1 and a half hours before breaking time. I sorted myself out with deliveroo who were on time and excellent with their speed even though it is busy everywhere since it is ramadan. Ubereats kept the money and did not refund it. I made a complaint and they claimed that the food was prepared and I cancelled it. A few minutes after I cancelled the order, I recieved a call from the restaurant "taste of persia" in greenford and they offered to start making the food and deliver it, which by then was already too late to deliver, let alone start making the food. Ubereats still refuses to refund the money. If this is not blatant thievery, I don't know what is. The least they can do is refund me for the food that was never made and the delivery that was never recieved. THIEVES! They kept full £33 for my order instead of £3 cancellation fee.

It happened now tonight for a second time Uber eats takes my order approximately 12:00 a.m. for delivery at 1:10 a.m. just to find out at 1:10 a.m. order was canceled no explanation nothing better go to dooor dash

I used Uber a lot, even had the membership and all, but ever since I cancelled my membership, I’ve been having issue after issue with the services. 2 days in a row did my driver did not deliver my food, the first one they refunded my money and the second and they stated they couldn’t refund me and would not tell me why even tho I had PROOF that my food wasn’t delivered. And I continued to ask how are they staying they determined that they can’t refund me and they kept giving me an automated message. Definitely will no longer be using Uber eats anymore. Worst come to shove I’ll have to go back to DoorDash cuz all the issues with drivers and now the costumer service is insane to me.
