Placed an order earlier today which never arrived. Photo of delivery in which driver had dumped the order on a random wall somewhere up the road from where I live. Raised complaint with Uber eats and they have informed that I'm not eligible for refund as driver was within policy?! WTF!! Never again will I use this company

The last couple of times I ordered from uber eats it has been messed up. Last night I made 2 orders. My food was way over cooked and burnt. I had received refund for 1 of the but had to pull teeth. Then after hours back and forth I only received less then half of what I paid for 2nd order and got told they won't do anything else.

I was missing an item in my order. I reported that it was missing and got a message that basically said "sorry". So I called their customer service (800) 253-9377 , in case you need the number. They argued about refunding it saying that they couldn't but would not give a reason. I dont know why. I've literally only had maybe 2 order in the past couple of years that I've had any issues with. Anyway, I asked to speak with a supervisor. They refused. I told them that by refusing to refund me for items I did not recieve they were committing theft. Continued to argue with the rep who clearly didn't care. She finally calls the restaurant. She tells me that the restaurant said they forgot the item but refuse to refund me and I'll have to drive across town to pick it up. At this point I'm beyond done. I ask again to speak with a supervisor. She then tells me they can call me back with in 48 hours. Absolutely not. I want to talk to them now. It's no longer about the money, now I'm just mad about them stealing. I inform her that by refusing to help she is pissing me off. She tells me she's not pissing me off. Wtf?! This company is ridiculous. I tell her to have a supervisor call me. Then hang up. I call the restaurant. They said that they did forget the item and they told uber to refund me. They then tell me uber said no and that I have to go pick the item up. He was like me, not understanding what kind of stupidity we were dealing with. He did tell me he'd make it right if we ordered from them again and took my info. I have canceled my uber eats account and recommend you do the same since they are theives.

Uber eats was good at first and were good with resolving our issues with the orders. Now when There are issues with my orders , even if I didn’t get it, they say they can’t do nothing about my order.

The last two times I’ve used Uber Eats I was double charged. Will never, ever use Uber again. Switching to InstaCart and Lyft

I purchased food on yesterday and they charged my credit card 74.02 and then come back and say I owe 7.38 for the tip, which the tip came off with the 74.02 so I tied to order today they told me I had to pay the 7.38. They’re a rip oss o would snot recommend them to nobodty, then I ordered today some McDonald’s & the wait time was to long so I was trying to cancel the order and they said they would charge me 23.00 so after I get my food they send me a balance again saying I owe 3.50 for the tip, they are scammers and rip you off

premium delivery is an absolute scam when my order arrived later than offered with premium delivery and i contacted support to resolve the issue they said it wasn’t late since it after almost an hour after i placed the order. when i asked what is the purpose of premium delivery if not faster delivery they only apologized i was upset and offered no explanation uber eats premium delivery is a scam never choose that option shady company horrible experience wish more options were available near me

They seem to be able to charge you and not bring you anything. Trying to call customer service and the make up nonsense reasons not to refund back your money even if you didn't get your order. Do not use Uber Eats it's a scam or very close to it. I will never use an Uber product again.

I RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS NOT BY CHOICE! I ORDERED A BANANA ROYAL & A BANANA SPLIT & ALL I GOT WAS ICE CREAM. I DID NOT EVEN GET A CALL TO ASK ME IF I WANTED A REPLACEMENT OF MY ITEMS OR TO CANCEL SINCE I FOUND OUT LATER IN THE BAG WRIITEN, “ SORRY WE RAN OUT OF BANANAS,” YET I WAS FORCED TO PAY FULL PRICE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION, NOT EVEN A CREDIT FOR THE NEXT TIME. I WAS ALSO INFORMED 2 DAYS LATER, WHEN I CALLED IN BECAUSE CHATTING & WAITING FOR A DAY WASNT GOING ANYWHERE, BUT PER IVETTE, A SUPERVISOR BERSY WOULD BE CALLING ME, THIS WAS YESTERDAY WHEN I CALLED IN. BUT NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! UBER EATS SERVICE IS MESSED UP, THIS WAS THERE LAST DRAW!

Never use Uber eats. They will steal your money despite the driver not turning up with your food. You cancel thinking you would get a refund bunt you don’t. You only chat to bots on their site and there is literally no customer service. I feel sorry for people who have been swindled out of money or have to work for them! Pathetic

This is a uk review. Please do not leave your account details on the Uber eats app, they will dip into your bank account, then when you raise the issue they deny all knowledge, then if you put pressure on them to prove it is their company taking payments, they stop answering you!!! I’m incredulous that a company of this magnitude is practicing what is tantamount to thievery, please take my advice, if you have to use them, do not leave card details with them. Nothing more than criminals!!!!

I had four orders from this lousy good for nothing company that screwed up and did not give me my food. Today was Red Lobster. Very expensive over half of my order was missing. Talk to a woman from the Philippines who told me sorry I'll policy is to screw you over say apology and not give you your money back at least she was honest about that but guess what I'm going to my bank and I'm going to dispute every single f****** charge there is so have fun Uber Eats for stealing people money for now because you best believe I'm going to get all of my money back and then some

Is it an Uber eats policy to drop food at door leave. No text no way for customer to know foods getting cold. This happened before a few times. I try not to use Uber. Even with deliver instructions (ring Doorbell) same they just leave at door drive away. $54 and Im microwave my dinner again. Tonight 3star for fining my address being n time. My dog got up went to door. My food on step driver leaving my driveway. Ugh come on every driver does this why??? Twice before Uber eats left food at wrong address. Or They don’t knock foods been left at my door -0 they don’t contact customer I didn’t log in and I don’t have the app so can’t write review on Uber website.

Uber screwed me, took $111 and I never got my order. Refused to refund me and me Uber cash $25 and took $18 of the $25 to give to the driver that brought the wrong order to me and then took it back to never come back!!!

The dumbass delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong house and couldn’t find my house so I inform Uber Eats of this and said I want my money back they wouldn’t give it to me bad business.

I just ordered uber eats and apparently my driver was at a Doctor's appointment instead of dropping off my food! I waited patiently for my food to arrive, I finally called the driver and his Dr. answered saying he was at an appointment with him. Are you serious??? My food was delivered 3 1/2 hours after I placed my order. He was a grown man. Unbelievable. The order was incorrect, cold, and missing the drink I ordered. I will never use uber eats ever again.

Horrible customer service. The driver was a complete imbecile who could not understand the simplest instructions when the restaurant did not have what I had ordered. Asked me 6 times what he should do, and I answered each time. Then he left to make another delivery, and came back to the same restaurant. Again told him repeatedly to just have them put the order on bread. He could not seem to contemplate this, and just kept repeating that they were out of the wraps, what should he do. This went on for over an hour after placing my order, with him arguing, until Uber cut off the text and canceled my order. NEVER AGAIN! No customer service

They are thieves!!! I ordered mcdonalds, it arrived missing an item. Rang uber eats and they issued a refund... item cost £5.19... refund was for £2.49!! WTF!!!! Robbed just a few quid but still not on!!!

I can guarantee this company gonna go out of business pretty soon, dishonest people, I ordered 4 pizzas from little Cesar for the total of $50 and I checked my bank account there’s actually 2 charges of $50 , Why would you take another $50 out of my account without my authorization and use it for a couple day why? Why if I went over draft and I get hit with a fee from my bank who’s going to pay it ? What in the fuc*** hell happened in the world where companies like this can legally operate
