“The delivery driver gave my food to the wrong customer, didn’t complete the order. I was still charged for food that never arrived because they messed up. Customer service was very hard to access and when i did get through to customer service on twitter they weren’t completely useless and unhelpful.”

“Most disgusting company I've ever had to deal with. I am part of Uber one, on two occasions now you've credited my account due to mistakes made by yourself (as your promise to your Uber one customers). The first £5 was credited because items were out of stock and my order was cancelled and the second time was due to the order taking too long so I had £10 in my Uber cash pot. I placed an order and used £5 of this cash towards the order but upon looking at the invoice the £5 wasn't actually credited to the order it was just stolen from my cash pot. I messaged you about it and you relied you have 'decided not to give me the £5 anymore'!!!!!! I've then been to check my account today and it appears the other £5 has now been taken as well. You make promises to your customers when part or Uber one but then decide afterwards you don't want to give them the credit promised? If you didn't want to give it dont make the promise and don't give it. But the fact you've put it into my account and then stolen it back is absolutely disgusting. This will be going to consumer rights and I'll be contacting citizens advice of where I stand with this as in my eyes it's theft of my money you had already given me then decided to take back for no apparent reason or explanation from yourselves. I will be boycotting everything to do with Uber and will not stop until resolved. I've emailed them directly and as you can see from pictures they just ask me the same question on repeat, almost like tbere laughing at me!!!!”

“Just lost me as a customer how is their service fees cost more than taxes so we're supposed to not only so now the consumer is now responsible to help pay to help run their company no just lost me as a customer I refuse to pay a service for lackluster customer delivery services everybody should boycott this service fees that these delivery companies are putting on the customer”

“Please please please do not I repeat do not order with Uber eats if you live in a suppressed neighborhood they take forever to deliver your food the drivers eat out of your food and the restaurant send out anything half cooked over cooked just nasty and when you report it to the customer service they are very rude and they tell you that they will speak to the driver smh don’t order with Uber eats use doordash or grub hub”

“the drivers never read delivery instructions. food arrives cold regularly as drivers are clueless. uber eats customer service is horrible and their answer is always sorry we can’t do anything. that is if you are able to even figure out how to contact them and then if you do waiting for someone to even contact you back. is the worst customer service. i always look for what delivery service is offered and avoid anything where uber eats is the only delivery option.”

“I have ordered food at my workplace (royal blackburn hospital). I put in the notes to ring me on whatsapp but the delivery guy never rang me and left my order somewhere behind the bushes which i never found. The guy just send me picture which could be anywhere, that is so stupid my order worth £45 which i never been refunded Cheap delivery service, never going to order from uber eats again”

“I would give no stars if I could. My order was over 30 mins late and my subs would have been soggy and gross if I did ever get them. My driver was sitting in another city and was not making any progress on my order. Uber eats would not refund me my money for the order. In other words if it’s there fault your order is not taken care of then they will not refund you.”

“They bought over half of my order....I called Customer service. The rep was extremely Unprofessional. I never received the other half. I will never use them again!!! I was a loyal Customer. Usually have them deliver my morning coffee...No more!!!!! Do not use them!!!”

“I didn't receive two sandwiches and a drink and an order and when I brought this to their attention they told me that my issue did not result in any type of a refund which I don't understand I paid for a service or an item that I didn't get and they didn't give me my money back for those items that I didn't get so they just stole money from me horrible horrible horrible customer service”

“Order collected by a male and half the order delivered by a female, when I asked where the rest of my order was, she got verbally abusive. According to the restaurant, this happens all the time, the Uber driver hands it to another driver who take half the order. Absolutely disgraceful ! Be careful Uber Eats, we see you, shan't use again !”

“It is finals week and thus I had to order ubereats to continue studying. Eventually, an hour passed and I had not received my food and couldn't focus. I contacted the driver several times to no avail then contacted customer service to see what could be done. They told me I could cancel the order or wait and they assured me it was on its way and that they only hired trusted individuals. I called the restaurant and they said it was picked up over 40 minutes ago and probably stolen. I told this to customer service again and they still assured me it was on my way. I still need my food so I asked if I could have it canceled and receive a $5 compensation so I could expedite the delivery time, and they said no as the $5 is only applied if I would "wait" until my order was delivered. They were entirely unhelpful, didn't listen, and I never received my food. I will never be ordering from uber eats again.”

“there's was no indication if I would have gotten the free wings from the buy 1 get 1 free special from popeyes on the uber eats app. There wasn't an option to even select the type of wings I wanted for free. I didn't receive the extra free wings in the buy 1 get 1 free wings special from popeyes.”

“Uber eats is a horrific, horrible, I wasn’t allowed to say a swearword But they are a bullshi* company to work for, they pay peanuts to use your own vehicle to deliver food while they make a hefty profit. You never get through to customer support as a delivery driver they, I work for deliveroo a far better company at least they give you the time of day. One day Uber will be obsolete, money orientated. They never get back to you about any issues you have, so you have to take all the flack it’s a faceless company never work for Uber again. Customer support is nowhere I don’t care about you or your order didn’t care about the drivers they just care about the profit they make. Screw Uber. £3 for one delivery sometimes £2.91 sometimes what a joke.”
