If I could give zero stars, I would. Officially DONE with Uber ests. Once again they (the restaurant) has left out my granddaughter's food. Every. Single. Time an order is placed, we don't get part of an order. So, we complain. At first, it got fixed. Now... no. If the restaurant and/or driver would make sure the entire order is there then no one would need to be refunded. Simple. I am done. When items are missing, you should get refunded or get what you ordered.

I've been a loyal customer of Uber eats since the beginning. Lately, they lack customer appreciation and service. 5 out of 10 of my orders will be incorrect and 5 out of 10 times uber will do absolutely nothing about it. They are a rip off and don't care about their customers anymore!!! My last order was chicken tenders and 4 different sundaes. I only got the chicken fingers. The restaurant closed, so I couldn't even reorder. Even if i was able to reorderyou get slammed with all there fees. It takes forever to find a live agent and when you, they do absolutely nothing to help. I got a "refund" but i am still paying service fees?? For what service??

UberEats STEALS your money!! AVOID using their services AT ALL COST!! Like many other negative reviews below. I have had almost the same identical horrible support for legitimate complaints from countless missing items, orders that never arrive and even food safety issues like MOLDY FOOD!! All of which were refused refunds lately with a phony apology "I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for but you are not eligible for a refund at this time"!? I have spent THOUSANDS over the years, ordering once... sometimes twice a day and report a small handful of issues in comparison to the volume I order and spend on a daily/ weekly basis. I often end up letting things slide because I know how painful it is to get any kind of real support or help from them. I understand there are customers who have abused their system and do things like "tip bait" or falsely report missing items but this solution of limiting users to 1-2 complaints a month is ridiculous when you're someone who orders 1-2 times a day some weeks. Those of us that are loyal customers ordering regularly, are the ones paying the biggest price and now throwing money away... or should I say having our money POCKETED by UberEats... even when we are completely missing items or entire orders. Even with photo proof and evidence they still REFUSE to refund anything lately. Completely crooked way to run a business and I hope Karma comes around and they start feeling the ripple effect of all their unhappy customers switching over to their competition.

order is super late and then charge me because I canceled it ill never use uber eats door dash etc over charging inflation of price of restaurants etc. Trash is what all this is now

UBER EATS is a complete racket. Every time I order food and something is missing from one item to the entire order they refuse to refund any part of the order. I've had a 2 dollar item missing and a 50 dollar order never arrive. I go through the qestionar under help that's by design is trash answer the questions to get a response of sorry you didn't get what you ordered and we can't issue a refund but be sure and rate us to help with future mistakes. They keep ALL the money you spent and deliver less then what was paid for. This should be illegal. They are being paid for product that's never received and keeping the money knowing it's not been received. The entire outfit should be AUDITED and ALL that stolen money returned to customers. It's a complete scam and they need to be shut down

App should not allow customers to change tip . People tip bait every week. Not fair to drivers. I will not be delivering for Uber eats no more . Door dash does not allow this to happen so I will be changing to the superior app . When you complain to dispatch all they say is " sorry " wtf is sorry going to about anything . Being fair and not taking items from customers making sure their food is warm with the 90$ bag I bought ???? Good riddance .

Worst service ever. Ordered lunch. Delivery LATE. WRONG order. WRONG restaurant. My advice is to find another service, ANY service than this one. Delivery person hardly said 2 words, disappointed in attitude. Not worth a membership to Uber Eats for sure and less worth even one delivery. I will never give them a good review because this isn't the first time it's happened. I'd give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND

No help from customer support whatsoever. I can't cancel a reoccuring payment on an old account of mine because my phone number has changed and can no longer login. I get redirected towards the help center to help me to gain access but they eventually tell me I have to contact them from the concerned account, which is the one I'm trying to login to! My old card linked on the account expired but somewhow they've continued the payments with my new card details which I didn't provide to them. I couldn't even if I wanted to because I'm travelling overseas and the new cards are back in my home country

I order from Gail's soul food My total should have been $29 with tax I asked the young lady about the issue she said there was no other charges I get my food it was horrible and my total ended up being $41 bad business watch out for the fees

If you have the unfortunate position where you were 15 hour. Ships near the universal studios location in Orlando. never order Uber Eats.After instructing a driver, then actually saying please. And thank you to leave my food items on a chair outside the main door. Of the building.. it was decided to throw my food on the ground on the opposite side of a door that only opens outward. so after my 15 hour work day at the hospital, I got to come home to my food knocked Uber on the floor covered in ants. that is the service you will receive. try doordash next time. Lesson learned.

Great customer service if you don't mind cold food and a crappy attitude. Their representatives are rude and condescending. Do not order from them. Seriously, do not use this service.

App is okay if you can get it working. The text verification didn't work. Finally found a work around a few days later after I didn't get a response from customer service. Now I get promotions emailed every week that I'm not actually eligible for. Nothing makes me want to use the app more than an 'appreciation coupon' that I can't actually use.

I made an on Uber eat in the amount of $33 the next day there were an additional charge of $2 for adjustment. 4 days later there were an additional $6 charge for another adjustment and 3 days after that an additional charge of $9 posted on my card for tip's which I did not authorize because I tipped in cash at the time of delivery. Called support several times and nothing was done. They keep telling me it was escalated to supervisor but no one ever contacted me afterwards! They needs to be Sue for being a fraud

Customer services/ chat are useless. I had an issue of 3 delivery from grocery shopping all failing in a single day. Then the 3 grocery shops all closed. The app tracking was useless and timer keeper going up. I spoke to customer chat though the app and all I got was copy paste answers. Finally got them to cancel the orders and then was put though to another chat agent about the issue . They keeper asking for an order number . It was shown in app as they was cancelled. 4 more copy paste answers later asking for order number they closed down the chat. Opened up again next day 3 more copy paste posts about order number. I decided then and there to close my account . They are quick enough to take your payment but when issues arise I have more confidence speaking to my 5 year old then getting any help from Uber eats support staff.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are inconvenient do not care to make anything convenient for employees or customers. Allow you to cancel an order immediately but then KEEP YOUR MONEY. Unless the restaurant is still open to confirm even though they see it cancelled and the time frame on their end. UBER EATS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. FRAUD

After years of giving Ubereats loyal and frequent service, I have finally decided to stop using it cold turkey. I advise avoiding Ubereats unless you have no other option. They are notoriously bad at refunding legitimate mistakes on their end (ex. missing items, wrong items, and legitimate safety concerns). I have let these things slide over the past year(I really should have stopped using their service months ago). But this past couple months with mistake after mistake and not being refunded, I was basically throwing money in the trash can. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I chipped a tooth on the food I ordered on the app (there was something hard in the dish that shouldn't have been in it). I had to throw it away and now deal with a chipped tooth which is more time and money and an overall upsetting experience. I explained the situation to Ubereats and they did not refund me one penny for this order that cost me almost 50 bucks that went in the trash and resulted in a chipped tooth. I will no longer use Ubereats. Additionally their customer service is awful, they do not help you with legitimate concerns or do any investigations when it comes to safety, they did not even refund me for this situation at all.

I don’t know how food is delivered to the wrong house when my address is in big numbers on the mailbox.. if you can see and count.. you would be able to see it. Not only that, but sometimes the order is changed and what was not ordered is what is received. I really feel some drivers don’t care whether it’s at the correct house or not.

Zero stars if possible. Ordered a cake from Dairy Queen, cake was not even an item they offered. Manager called and told me to cancel through the app. I did that immediately. Uber Eats still kept my $30 claiming to be fair to the merchant who started to prepare my order. Which is BS, no order was able to even be prepared per their manager who I spoke with. Dairy Queen didn't get paid, I got robbed $30 and Uber kept the $$. Scam scam scam. Then they start telling you on the phone, and the app, that they won't discuss your order anymore, you have reached the maximum attempts. I obviously will never use them again, and let anyone who I see attempting to use them, to be ware of their scamming nature.

Order wasn't received. Driver said he has taken the order back to the shop. When we arrived at the shop the food hadn't been returned. UberEats refused to refund the order. Absolutely shocking customer service and they allow there drivers to steal food.
